Our condo was huge, well stocked and very comfortable! The view is amazing! Amenities at the property were stellar. The only issue we had was the pool being out of commission for an extended period of time on Monday.

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was close to shopping and restaurants. Being right on the beach was, by far, my favorite part. I enjoyed many sunsets. We felt safe and we had plenty of room. My only complaints was that there were too many knickknacks sitting around and a new patio set would be nice...but neither were a big deal. We would MOST DEFINITELY return!!!

The location is great! Maui Sunset has great facilities (lawns, pool, gym etc). The beach there is lovely. The view from the apartment is spectacular and faces the beach. The apartment is spacious and is very well equipped with kitchen stuff and beach stuff. It’s a bit cluttered and we didn’t quite like the furniture but we loved it anyway and will come back!

It was unfortunate that the unit below us was being remodeled and we had to listen to saws and pounding on the walls. Our rental unit is dated and could use some updating. Only negative comments would be the tv in second master bedroom was not hooked to cable, the garbage disposal did not work, and a construction crew showed up early one day to work on the unit below us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

We have stayed at the Maui Sunset numerous times during the last 25 years. It is our favorite place to book when we are in Kihei. This is the third 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that we have rented and I have to say this is the nicest one. You can tell that the owners took great care in the way they decorated their place. The paintings and other art works and pieces are really nice. The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked our meals. The beds are quite comfortable and the condo had an ample supply of linens and towels. It also helped to have a full size washer and dryer. There are plenty of chairs, mats and an umbrella to use when we went to the beach as well as sand toys for my grand-daughter. My only suggestion would be to provide a cooler. Fortunately, I always bring an insulated bag when I travel which came in handy when we went to the beach. In addition, we enjoyed seeing the awesome sunsets each night from the lanai. Overall, this is an amazing condo and look forward to renting it again in the very near future.

Great for whale watching from the Lanai. Well laid out large suite. The pool was well maintained. Guests are able to sign out rec equipment like shuffle board, tennis rackets, and bocci ball. Suite is dated.

Great central location. Close to stores, restaurants, beaches etc. Very nice and well maintained property. Unit had a well-stocked kitchen and closets.

Condo was well stocked with kitchen accessories and bedrooms all came with plenty of towels and needed items. Highly recommend for families.

This is for unit 123B great for children to be able to go right out and play on the grass, It was clean and updated, and plenty of room for the people we had. We would rent it again

The view from the 2nd floor balcony is fantastic. Two large master bedrooms with California King mattresses made it very easy to share the property with another couple and their children. Having all of the kids in the third bedroom worked out great. Well stocked kitchen and lots of linens available. Even had toys and beach supplies (like chairs and umbrellas) available. Only criticism is that the floors could have used a mopping due to sand, but it is Hawaii and that stuff gets everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

All 6 of us totally enjoyed our stay! Great location right on the beach. Ate our meals outside on the deck. Able to get a nice breeze most of the time thru the unit. Plenty of free parking. Washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Price more reasonable than many other units we considered. We would rent the unit again!

We had a wonderful stay, The condo is really nice! The tile flooring made it feel open, updated and clean. The beds we're comforable and a/c in every bedroom plus the main room made it very comfortable. They are new and do a really good job of cooling the unit. We had everything we needed to make our week on Maui amazing. The views can not be beat!

We brought our adult children, their spouses, and our two-year-old grandson. This was a perfect place for the family to spend time together. The pool and the large lawn were well manicured and perfect for the toddler, and there were ample toys for him to play with in the closet. The beach access was nice, there were three nice beach chairs to use, and we were able to rent stand up paddle boards one day. We also checked out bocce ball for a game. The furniture was a bit worn, but that is fine for a beach house. This is not a five-star resort, but the large patio, panoramic ocean view, and the nightly five-star sunsets were perfect for our family. We stocked the fridge, did most of our own cooking, and we could drive to top restaurants and shopping nearby if we wanted to. Will definitely come back.

Easy experience to rent the units. Does need some updating to the interior and appliances. However, great deal and space for my family. I would rent this condo again and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Two couples and an 8 y-old boy required 3BRs. This unit was perfect because two BRs and two bathrooms were at one end of the condo, making an ideal arrangement. The furnishings and appliances were in excellent condition;, and the setting was great! We discovered that th coffeemaker was out of order and it was replaced with a new one the same day. A truly outstanding unit.

We were very happy with this property and enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was SO comfortable and the view was spectacular. We would stay here again. The only negative I would mention is the beach is very soft deep sand and hard to walk on. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area but it was a good place for us to unwind and start our vacation in Hawaii. We went on to Maui for a week afterward.

Beautiful view. We love the three separate bedrooms With own bathrooms and air conditioning in each room. My only concern is we had trouble with the plumbing, we showed up and the master bathroom shower was not functioning and they had the plumber out the next day. The sheets did not appear clean on the bed. We had a prime view of the ocean from the patio that was to die for. Would definitely stay here again.
