About this house rental
Situated in Lake Almanor West, this lovely house for £335 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This cabin is located on Lake Almanor West's Golf Course 3rd hole green with a beautiful pond and fountain right out the back deck! Also, while off the front deck you can view the beautiful Lake Almanor. The boat launch is less than a mile a way and so is the big recreation center with bocce ball, bbq's, children's playground, volleyball, basketball and more. This two story home has vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, open great room, fireplace, surround sound stereo system throughout the upstairs. There is a primary bedroom with a king bed on the main level and two other bedrooms on the lower level with queen beds. There is a full bathroom in the master with a half bath next to the kitchen and family room, and a full bath downstairs for the two queen bedrooms to share. Through one of the downstairs bedrooms you'll find a nice, relaxing hot tub with beautiful nature views. Enjoy all the available outdoor sports such as tennis, golf, all lake sports with the boat launch close by. There's also fishing, hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and a full community rec center with volleyball, bocce ball, basketball and a playscape for the kids. This is a great retreat for the family vacation with room for a large recreational vehicle including water and electrical plug-ins. Come enjoy the relaxation of Lake Almanor West, with all the frills of the mountains and lakes, close to town, and all those extra amenities such as the lakefront recreational center, bike trails, and breath taking blue skies and clean babbling rivers and creeks. Potential Pets: Pets are subject to approval and require a non-refundable $300 pet fee. Also, MUST follow pet rules: No pets on the furniture. No pets on carpeted areas. Must take pet with you or crate them when you leave. Clean up poop. No not leave pet unattended outside. If your pet swims, completely wipe off before entering the home. Thank you for understanding. *Exterior balcony cameras facing away from home. *There is no A/C in the home which is common for the Almanor area. House could get hot in the evenings. We have fans on hand for you to use.

The house had everything that you would need for a get away. Cozy and ideal for a family. Backyard faced the golf course and you see the pond and in the evenings you would see the deer and late at night you could see and hear the bats.

Fantastic place!
Great place while traveling with family and friends. Lassen volcanic National park is nearby. We enjoyed our stay at this well maintained home!

This property was pure joy. Our stay was very relaxing and we were able to create some amazing family memories. The owner of this property takes very well care of it and the neighborhood is very nice. There is a multitude of things you can do from golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, and and and....the list could go on for days. This property was pure joy. Our stay was very relaxing and we were able to create some amazing family memories. The owner of this property takes very well care of it and the neighborhood is very nice. There is a multitude of things you can do from golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, and and and....the list could go on for days. Beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. Clean, comfortable beds. We had my mother with us who is elderly, all the stairs were a bit difficult for her, as well as the beds being high off the ground. Beautiful place, but not necessarily
toddler friendly. We had 3 small children with us, my youngest 1. Beautiful definitely would stay again when they’re older, or if just my hubby and I, or my girlfriends. Hubby golfed, very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Great location that's not too far from Lassen and other beautiful areas. No direct access to the lake across the street, but quick drive. Beautiful hiking trails nearby too. Couple drawbacks should note. A lot of ants in kitchen so had to put all food in fridge to keep safe (though found spilled honey in cabinet with mounds of ants and cleaning that substantially reduced the ants). We had never seen that type of tiny ant at our home, but started to immediately upon our return home and they're still around a while later. Owner kindly offered that we could stay as long as we wanted New Year's day since no one on the books. However, owner rings the doorbell at 10:45am New Year's day saying that we need to leave because she needs to clean the house. She booked someone and forgot she told us we could stay (a couple of times), but was very apologetic when realized she forgot. Fortunately, we felt better than most New Year's days and hadn't planned to stay the day, so we packed quickly and departed. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay- everyone in our family really enjoyed it (my wife and I and 2 teenage daughters). Beautiful there when it snows!

Pictures do not do this property justice. It is such a beautiful cozy space and worth the drive up from the Bay Area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy. The many decks throughout the house were great and the hot tub made the stay even more enjoyable. Waking up in the morning in the snow was breathtaking. Would definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone. What a treat! Thank you for sharing your house.

Cozy 5 star cabin

Family Bonding
This beautiful house on the golf course has it all! Gourmet kitchen with everything my daughter needed to make us delicious meals, close proximity to the recreation center for our family to relax by the lake, short drive to restaurants and boat rental facility! It was so hard leaving today and returning to reality! Thank-you for providing the ultimate family reunion home!

Comfortable and clean cabin home
Kris was a great host - very responsive, and offered great ideas about the area. Her lake house is large and easily fit three adults and two children. We really enjoyed the fireplace, listening to music, and long walks and sledding at the golf course right behind the house.

So much fun!
We went for a long weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was the coldest June ever, it even hailed when we were on the lake! But we had so much fun enjoying the beautiful house we can't complain! Our dog, Sonny, loved it too!

This was such a great house!
Our family stayed here for 3 days and we loved every minute of it. There were almost all the amenities you could think of. The views from almost every room were gorgeous! We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an beautiful and comfortable place to stay!

A total GEM!!!
What a find this fabulous mountain home was for a girls reunion! The huge front room/kitchen/eating area is very open so everyone (including the cooks!) can all be apart of conversations, movie watching, etc. You can look out front through pines to Lake Almanor and turn around and see the beautiful golf course! We especially appreciated how comfortable ALL the beds are! Both downstairs bedrooms/bath are perfect - lots of natural light (if you want it) quiet and VERY comfortable! The master bedroom/bath is just gorgeous and very, very spacious. The kitchen is truly a chef's space with everything you need to create great meals! It was easy to take off from the property in any direction for beautiful walks or head a short distance to the lake. This home is very tastefully decorated and feels warm and inviting. The owners were very friendly and easy to contact. We are already planning a summer family reunion at this sensational Lake Almanor home!

Beautiful, Relaxing Home
We have stayed at this beautiful cabin during the winter a few times now. Each time has been better than the last. The owners are very accommodating and make it easy to enjoy their home. The house is very new and has a great layout. We especially enjoy the main floor, which has a nice open layout, perfect for cooking, enjoying cocktails, and playing games. We also enjoy the hot-tub on the back deck, especially when it snows. The property is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable for a large group (we had 8 people). If you are planning on staying in Lake Almanor West, I highly recommend checking out this cabin!

Great getaway, so clean, new & spacious
My family had such a wonderful holiday at this house in Lake Almanor. It's right on the pond with the fountain on the golf course, yet close to the recreation center & boat ramp. The best part is we could take Leonardo, our German Shepard! All the kitchenwares were great & it came with all the necessary condiments, so we didn't have to buy all that stuff. Definately going back next year.
