This house is amazing! well-kept and clean Perfect for friends or families. lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out in. Ryan was great to work with and very accommodating. will for sure stay again and will recommend to others.

This house is wonderful for a large family to spend time together in! The kids enjoyed the sports court and everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool table. There were lots of places to watch movie and sports games at the same time. The kitchen has everything you need! Lastly, the location is perfect to casinos and the airport!!

There were only 8 of us so the house had plenty of room and beds. As advertised and Frank was easy to work with. Great backyard and pool and had everything we needed. Thanks!

I stayed at this property with 12 buddies and had an amazing time. It’s a short ride to the strip and very easy walk to a handful of food options. At the house we didn’t feel crammed for room, nor amenities, and the property provided all you could need for a stay in Vegas. The property manager was very helpful with accommodating our early check-in request and met us at the property to show us around. If you have a large group (10-15) this house is an excellent spot and no one will be sharing beds!

The owner, Frank, communicated often an early to make sure I had all the details before we arrived at the house. He met us for check in and provided a quick tour of the house and amenities. I had a few questions for him over the weekend and he was very quick to respond. House was clean and very nice. Spent most of our time in the backyard in the pool and on the basketball court. Highly recommend!

Was great place to stay off the strip with only a short Uber ride to the strip. House was great very comfortable and clean. Pool was amazing, Would stay again!

Outside, the pool is heated and incredible and the patio space is comfortable with tons of seating. Inside, there's a spacious kitchen, massive TV and plenty of bedrooms and beds. The beds were so comfortable as well! We could not have picked a better spot to celebrate. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect. There were 14 of us, kids and adults, and we had more than enough space to spread out. The outside is a dream… pool, basketball court, sitting area… both the adults and kids took advantage of the space. Even the waterslide! It would have been nice to have access to the backyard grill, but we managed just fine using the grill in the front of the home, which also had a great fireplace for colder nights. Our host was super responsive as well which always makes VRBO stays better. Overall, it was a fantastic home, so much so that the kids wanted to stay a lot longer.

Our family traveled to Las Vegas to celebrate our family Holiday trip! The home was amazing with all the comforts of home plus more! Plenty of space and beds for everyone to have their own space!!! Puzzles were worked, pool was played, hot tub was used, viewing of New Year's fireworks was done! Kitchen was well stocked with every kind of gadget and appliance needed to have several meals at the house. The huge washer and dryer allowed us all to keep fresh towels, and clothing daily! Location couldn't have been better for visiting all the hiking parks, Hoover Dam an seeing Las Vegas strip! Most of the family even got to go to the Las Vegas Bowl being a bonus to the football fans in our group. The owner of the home Frank was extremely helpful with everything! Thank you so much for letting us stay at this perfect home!

This house is the perfect place to gather a large group together for a getaway in Las Vegas, close to the strip. The house has a beautiful property with an outside seating venue. The pool is amazing - complete with a slide and an adjacent hot tub. Inside, each couple had their own guest bedroom. The Master bedroom was so comfortable and the master bathroom had ample space for mom and 2 daughters to all get ready for a night out on the town. Kitchen facilities were perfect to prepare meals for our large group. We were able to grill chicken on the provided grill for our first meal, make baked pasta for the birthday celebration dinner, as well as make a pancake breakfast feast for 15 people! The fridge was big enough to store all of our food supplies and drinks! The oven was big enough to cook 2 large tins of pasta AND our garlic bread. The owners were helpful in providing everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. They went above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a comfortable stay for a large group with ample space for relaxing, chatting with family and friends, and preparing home-cooked meals.

We stayed here while in Las Vegas for a convention and the house was perfect. Everything was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for everyone. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a rental house.

This property checks so many boxes on any family wish list for a vacation in Las Vegas! We had 13 adults and four children from infant to age 3. There is plenty of space for multiple play activities for all ages, and amazingly large bedrooms, some perfectly designed for sharing. Extremely well stocked with kitchen needs, games, bath and personal needs. The owner was super friendly and eager to accommodate our needs. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. We had a wonderful stay!
