Located in Seward, this lovely house for £465 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Location, Location, Location! This luxury home is as close as you can get to the ocean in Seward. A pair of otters feed right in front of the house. Watch sealions swim past along with the occational orca or humpback. While under construction the property was nicknamed the Front Row. If you like a spectacular view, the Front Row has it with the Bay, surrounded mountains and glacial views. The view from the third floor master bedroom will simply take your breath away. All three bedrooms have great views. Bad weather is not a problem as the Hot Tub is tucked under an overhang with a great view of the bay. You can see Fox island 12 miles down the bay. Sit around the large firepit in the front yard with your family and friends! No car is needed; you're 2 blocks from shops and restaurants, the shuttle pick up is just down the street and there is a bike path along the waterfront leading to the harbor with fishing charters and tours of Kenai Fjord National Park. Cabs charge $5 to anywhere in town. When the Silver salmon are in you can fish right in front of the house and we have a fish cleaning sink in the garage so bring home what you catch. We offer tour planning and tour booking and have neightbor properties we work with to accommodate larger groups. Property was beautiful and provided spectacular views. The Seward aquarium as well as several dining options and shopping were all an easy 5 minute walk. Everyone was comfortable and the included air mattresses gave our kids some flexible sleeping options while still providing the adults with privacy. Took an unbelievable sightseeing tour with Major Marine Tours and saw orcas and humpbacks along with numerous other wildlife species. We had a great time and thank you for a great stay!

The condo was fantastic! Much bigger in person than in the photos. Great location. We walked to town, the sea life center and even up to the marina. We arrived early off the train and were able to store our bags until check in. The large family area and hot tub were so welcome after day trips from Seward. The views from the house and the deck were incredible. Would highly recommend visiting Seward and staying at this property.

Group of 5 women celebrating a 50th birthday and a divorce. Home was perfect for hosting large group, making meals in the wonderful kitchen and taken in the view from the hot tub. Also enjoyed a hike out Tonsina Point.

We rented this Seward property in order to spend time as a family with visitors from the lower 48 as well as from Alaska. It was perfect for our group. The location is exceptional. Close to everything in Seward, including the Sea Life Center which we took the two children to for a fun afternoon. The views are spectacular. So spending time inside was great as well, enjoying the waterfront scenery. The house was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is large and great for preparing group meals. The kids and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We had a hiccup with the heat when we first arrived. It was taken care of immediately. The responsiveness and customer service with this property was excellent. We hope to come back again. Highly recommend this property for your trip to Seward.

Our family recently stayed in Seward at the Front Row Townhouse for a week. We really enjoyed this place due to the luxury feel of the accommodations. Hands down the best constructed and largest home we have stayed in while visiting Alaska. The hot tub was divine and well as the location to restaurants within walking distance. We look forward to booking again next year ! Thank you for an awesome stay !!!

Our family loved the townhouse. The views are awesome! Close to restaurants and other activities. Loved watching the boats come in and out of the harbor. Hot tub was a bonus. Bedrooms all good sized. Big kitchen and livingroom. This was our second stay there and plan on going back next year.

Walking distance or short drive to everywhere in Seward. Right across the street from the pedestrian waterfront park. Try Zudy's for breakfast. The house itself is huge and well equipped with nice big rooms and bathrooms and showers, laundry, heating, etc. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Seward.

Great Seward escape!

This was our second time visiting this property in Seward and we love it every time. The views are unbeatable and the location is perfect for exploring all that Seward has to offer. Our group included two kids under 5 and an infant and it was great to have a large, open living area for the kids to play on a rainy day. The beds are super comfortable and it was convenient that each room had their own bathroom. Tom was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and communication with the property manager, overall, was great. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

This has got to be the best place to stay in Seward. Awesome views from deck and bedrooms. The younger adults enjoyed the hot tub every evening which they really appreciated after a day of adventure. Close to downtown restaurants and gift shops. Easy check in and a notebook filled with many suggestions.

This townhouse was amazing! Everything was amazing — the house itself, the location, the view, the space, the hosts. We had a fantastic time and wished we could stay just a little longer!
