The original house was built in 1967 but as the years went by we rebuilt in 2017 and joined the Airbnb family January 2018. This private home is a Family Oasis and we’ve decided to share this beautiful experience with our guest. You re guaranteed fun and memories when you come to Belize - book today! More information The space Our humble abode is centrally located in the heart of San Ignacio Town, with that said it’s a perfect point to start exploring this Town of ours as it’s a stone’s throw away from down town with a 2-10 minutes’ walk to all major tourist attraction • Bus Station • Car rentals with in walking distance • Restaurants ( local food) • Coffee shop • Grocery stores • Local market • fruit stalls • Gift shops • Pharmacy • Tourist Information Centers • San Ignacio Casino • Bars • Entertainment • Parks Spacious, comfortable, relaxing with a home away from home experience would best describe this house. The entire home is fully equipped for families with children, couples, singles or a group of friends, to be specific it fits 10 guest with comfort. Air-condition unit in all 3 bedrooms as well as kitchen and living area. Your kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates and a double sink. A small dining area which seats 4 is also perfect for meals. We also share this space with our living room provided with cable television and a wide variety of channels... It s a home where you can spend quality time, bonding with family n friends while in comfort. I must mention we have 2 huge terrace with hammocks and outdoor furniture which is perfect for relaxing with views of our famous Macal River Park as well as the very friendly neighborhood. First Bedroom: • 1 Queen size bed ( 4 pillows) • Cable Tv • Wifi • A/C unit • Kitchenette area ( small microwave, dorm size fridge, cups, plates, utensils, kitchen sink • 1 walk in closet space • 1 sofa • toiletries, towels, and linens • Huge bathroom (Hot and Cold standing shower, double vanities) Second Room (located upstairs) • 1 King Bed (4 pillows) • Wifi • A/C unit • Bathroom ( Hot and cold standing shower) • 2 main access to both Terrace as well as Private Balcony Third bedroom: • 2 Queen size bed ( 8 pillows) • Cable Tv • Wifi • A/C unit • Kitchenette area ( small microwave, dorm size fridge, cups, plates, utensils, kitchen sink • 1 walk in closet space • 1 sofa • toiletries, towels, and linens • Huge bathroom (Hot and Cold standing shower, double vanities) If you find you need something just ask. 3 Very large units and a common area. Very clean at a very reasonable price. 3 Nice balconies. Some amenities could use some updating. Need to bring your own Amazon Fire Stick or Roku if you want live TV. Close to the best restaurant in town, the Guava Limb. Would be much nicer if there was a washing machine. Ideal location for all activities in the Cayo District.

This was super great. Three huge spacious rooms. Full kitchen and living area. Two patios to unwind. 5-10 minutes walk to all the best dining options in town, and the central location where all tour groups meet. Free WiFi, and owner provided 5-gallon drinkimg water drinking water jugs as needed.

Our family of 7 loved having so much space. The location in town is perfect. Quiet and just a short walk to buy street tacos or check out the market. Great base camp for exploring the area. There was always street parking available just in front of the house.

We traveled with our 2 adult children and chose this house so we could each have our own bedroom, bathroom, and some private space. The hammocks on the upper deck were so relaxing! We loved the large showers, open kitchen & living room area. The bathrooms & kitchen had a lot of counter space which was really nice. We also appreciated the 5 gallon water jug of purified water. The location was perfect. There are several awesome restaurants right down Burns street (we ate at Guava Limb, The BURNZ, and Ko-Ox-Han-Nah aka. Hannahs) There is a park right behind the house and a block to the market and the center of town. The only tricky thing we found was that streets aren't really labeled, so finding the house initially gave us an unexpected tour of the town. Fortunately we'd seen pictures of the house and knew it was close to the market, so that helped. The code & door key were easy to access, the house was very clean, and we loved looking at the book on the coffee table "Heavenly Belize" showing pictures of this beautiful country.

Located in the community of San Ignacio, this house was our favorite home during our travel in Belize. The back porch view faces a beautiful park where we observed children playing soccer and a impressive flute player providing us with music every night! The house has three private bedrooms with a bathroom for each. The bottom bedrooms have their own small refrigerators and kitchen sinks. The main kitchen, dining area and living room are a perfect communal area for family members to gather. Within walking distance is the infamous market and excellent dining choices! We had our own vehicle and were close to the Mayan ruins, Raptor Center and all the attractions that San Ignacio offers! This spot is definitely a gem that we hope to return to. San Ignacio is beautiful! Wildlife is bountiful if you visit the right spots!

The home was perfect for our group.
It is a large home with three very large master bedrooms each having there own master bathroom. Also two large decks that we loved having our morning coffee while watching toucans feed in the nearby trees. It was very clean and in a great location for easy walking to the shops, market, and multiple restaurants. WIFI worked good and our host Melly was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend, it was more than I could have asked for.

Great location!
After some searching we chose this property for our stay in San Ignacio. Booking was simple and Melly was helpful.. The location was great and felt safe. Melly was responsive to some of our concerns during our stay.(larger table on the patio and additional towels)
Some things we might have liked to have as a family group: More furniture on the 2 patios, more cleaning supplies
( cooking and children can be messy), the large refrigerator in the kitchen area and smaller room units were not plugged in and could have been useful for us. TVs were functional with fire sticks brought from home so luckily not having cable was fine and the wifi was great!!! Overall great experience at a vacation home that would be especially good for smaller groups. Melly was a wonderful host.

The house was clean, updated, and fresh. This house is close to restaurants and shops. My host was Melly. She was very helpful. The house seems pretty new. I did ask about washer and dryer, since we were coming from Caye Caulker and traveling with toddler and infant. I was told they provided washer and dryer when I had inquired about the place on Air B&B web site. However, I didn't have any proof of that since I booked through home away. Anyhow, It was a great deal on home away. I would book this
home if I returned to this area.
