Located just north of the main plaza and one block back from the beautiful Malecon, Casa De Jefe makes the perfect base of operations for your Cozumel adventure. Don’t waste your time in an impersonal hotel; feel at home in our home in Cozumel. A top floor unit with vaulted ceiling, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit has room to spread out and relax. The master suit features a king size bed and huge closet with a safe. The attached master bath has two sinks, so there is no arguing on vacation. The glass walled shower is large enough to share too! The first guestroom, the blue and white room, features a comfy queen bed and the other, the green room, features two twin beds. A hall bath with a large glass walled shower is between the two bedrooms. Casa De Jefe features a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and stove, fridge with ice maker and cold water supplied by bottled water. It has all the stuff you need: juicer, blender, toaster, coffee maker and bottle opener! With all the great inexpensive restaurants nearby, you may just want to use the microwave to warm up the leftovers. Hey, why cook in paradise, but if you want to, it is all there. Even better, Casa De Jefe has a full size washer and dryer! Pack light and just wash your clothes. No one will notice you wearing that same flowered shirt twice in the same week! Each bathroom is stocked with fluffy high quality towels and in the laundry room you will find additional beach towels. Each bedroom has its own mini-split air conditioning as well as the one for the shared area. Of course, being on the top floor you can often open the windows and enjoy the tropical breezes. It is great to unplug on vacation, but if you are like me, you like to stay on the grid. Casa De Jefe features DSL Wi-Fi for your use. In addition to a local landline phone, we have a Vonage phone that will allow you to talk to the States and Canada as much as you want. (or as little ?) Friends and Family can call for the price they would pay to call Pennsylvania. (You don’t have to answer…) We have a couple of power strips to charge those electronic as well as a cord to connect your IPod to our small stereo. Additionally, Casa De Jefe has a nice covered patio sitting area with a ceiling fan and ringed with plants – a nice place to relax in the evening or watch your family in the pool during the day. A large pool is there for your use and usually quiet. It has a nice shady palapa so you can sit by the pool out of the sun to enjoy a good book or a nap. The complex features a gated parking area so your car, if you rent one, is secure as well as night time security staff. The area is safe and well lit for nighttime strolls. Located on the edge of the action, the area is peaceful at night, but you are a short walk to the nighttime action. There is a small public beach about one block north along the water with a beach club restaurant. South of the condo, restaurants and shops are everywhere. Be sure to check out Los Cinco Soles, one block west and 2 south, for great, quality souvenirs and memories. If we can help sharing our knowledge or love of ‘La Isla’ with you we are happy to do it. Stayed with a larger family group in July and enjoyed it so much that we decided to rent the same unit again for our Dec trip even though there were only 2 of us. Clean well appointed condo with responsive management. Multiple good restaurants nearby (try Cafe de Isla for breakfast or lunch.) Very nice pool.

In the past 7 years my family has stayed in a number of units in Las Ventanas. Casa de Jefe is the best. The condo is centrally located within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The condo's furnishings are comfortable with a pleasing tropical vibe. The beds are comfortable The kitchen contains all the appliances, dishes, pots and pans and utensil to cook anything. The bathrooms are stocked with nuce toiletries. We love that daily maid service is included. The property managers are fantastic and attentive. They checked in several times to inquire whether we needed anything. Casa de Jefe provided a stress free base for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

Highly recommend Casa Jefe if you are visiting Cozumel. It is in the perfect location, close to downtown, walking to restaurants, shopping and malecon. Easy drive to any beach on the island. We loved the patio in the morning and pool in the late afternoon. It was very well appointed and the most comfortable beds on the island. Check in and check out were a breeze and property manager was only a text away if you had any questions and very responsive. We can't say enough good things and look forward to our return visit.

Super comfortable and clean property. The beds were very comfortable, ACs in every room did the trick to cool the place down. The pool was also awelcome respite after warm afternoons walking the town. The location is very central walk to any downtown restaurant or bar. El Jefe's book about local places was spot on, we didn't use the kitchen much, mostly supported the local economy. Communication was easy with no glitches. We look forward to staying again.

We spend an enjoyable 5 days at Casa de jefe! Accessing the property was very easy. Communication was quick clear and concise. The property is very beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable, great beds and quiet. Wifi was very good. Onsite secure parking was available and easily accessed. Grounds were well kept and although we didn't use it the pool was warm and well maintained. The location was just far enough away from the tourist area so as not to be bothered by noise but close enough to walk to easily. Plenty of good restaurants and bars close by if your looking for a night out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a home like stay while away on vacation.

This condo was amazing!!! It was perfect for our family for Christmas. We love the culture and exploring local restaurants and this condo was perfect for that. Great location and plenty around. We didn’t have the best weather for a few days, but we were still able to relax will plenty of room. Great pool and balcony. We will definitely be back to this condo. Everything was perfect!!!

This was our 3rd time to stay in Cozumel. We have stayed different places each time. This location has definitely been our favorite spot! The home was clean and spacious, the gated parking was very nice, and the pool was huge and clean! This home is in walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants including Guido’s which has the best lasagna! The full time residents were friendly and would communicate with us. This is definitely a home we would love to visit again. Thank you so much for sharing your home in Cozumel with us! Oh, the Book of Tips was very informative! :)

My wife and I and brought our two teenage boys to Cozumel for their first ocean scuba dives after open water certification. We stayed for a week at Casa De Jefe and it was ideal. The condo is large and well-appointed, and the pool area is excellent. The location is just a few blocks from the central square and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Catching a taxi is easy by walking a block or two to one of the main streets. The condo complex was very quite while we were there during Thanksgiving week. We received ample communication from the hosts providing information about how to make the most of our time in Cozumel. We highly recommend Casa De Jefe.

Since I was traveling solo, I only stayed for 5 days in Casa de Jefe before moving to a less expensive apartment. I wish I could have stayed longer! The unit has everything you need for a comfortable vacation or even a longer stay - comfortable bed, TV, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and use of the pool. Las Ventanas is located 1 block off of the ocean in a very safe, quiet and clean neighborhood. Everything you need is within walking distance - restaurants, dive shops, souvenir shops, convenience markets, the Cozumel Museum, and many tour operators. Taxis are also readily available and on site parking is provided for a rental car. The residents at Las Ventanas are very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend a stay at Las Ventanas condominiums and Casa de Jefe!

We've stayed at Casa De Jefe multiple times over the last 3 years. We return because: it's clean, has the basics and more, comfortable beds, lots of room to accommodate 4 to 6 people, quiet neighbors, elevator for heavy suitcases and those who prefer not to use the stairs, well kept grounds and pool, restaurants within a 5 minute walk, city center about a 10 minute walk. Living in a suburban area we enjoy all of the walking, including the 15 minute one to and from the pier for catching the dive boat and many restaurants and shops within 30 minutes.

Great place to stay. This condo is close to the walking plaza, ferry pier, shops and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and the complex is clean and relaxing, just what I look for in a vacation spot. Forget the busy resorts and stay at Casa De Jefe's place.
