Nestled in Siesta Beach, this charming condo for £164 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This completely renovated unit in the Sunset Royale is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the world famous sands of Siesta Beach. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with sweeping, unobstructed 180 degree views of Siesta Key Beach and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The sand of Siesta Key beach is less than 50 feet from the front entrance of this recently renovated building. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is provided to prepare your beachfront view meals. For those who prefer their meals out, the restaurants and nightlife of Siesta Key village are less than a mile walk away. The free Siesta Breeze Trolley gives you access to the village and the entire island from the convenient stop right in front of the building. Boat, jet ski, parasailing and paddle board rentals are also close by. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach towels, a cooler, and a cart to carry them in are also provided for your trips to the beach. Just bring your swimsuit and sandals, and enjoy this little piece of paradise. When choosing accommodations for your Siesta Key holiday, do not settle for no views, long walks to the beach, or crowded parking lots. Excellent condo with many amenities and located directly across from the snow white Siesta beach. Close to Midnight Pass to avoid traffic but close enough to the town for a cool-vibe coffee shop, restaurants, live music, and shopping. The host, Frank, was a clear and accurate communicator. I appreciated being able to create my own keypad code and the easy and quick checkout! I will book again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two young kids. The ocean/beach views are great from the condo and it was very convenient being directly across the road from a public beach access and free trolly stop. The condo very clean and had everything we needed! We called the property manager once for a hot water issue and she was there in minutes and got it fixed right away!

Our expectations were high because of the good ratings, but our experience exceeded our expectations. Condo is very clean, spacious, convenient and has a "feel like home" sense. The view ot the beach is magnificient, and we were very close to the Village. This place is perfect. Thanks Frank & Sharon! Also, a special Thanks to Val who greeted us so warmly!

When you open the door all you see is THAT VIEW! Steps from the beach was wonderful, and so was the closet full of gear for a perfect day! The entire condo is spacious and comfortable, very clean, and a kitchen stocked with everything you would need—so many extras, it was great! The owner is very attentive and gave details about the condo,which most owners do not do. Our family of 4–including 2 teen boys— had plenty of room! The Village is a short drive or walk for shopping and dining, great location. The building is also fabulous! Laundry on each floor, carts to haul your things and an elevator too! Your car is parked under a cover so it shields the sun and rain, great feature! Already looking to return again very soon!

There aren't enough words to describe how perfectly wonderful this condo is! It was pristine clean, the views of the ocean were absolutely perfect, there were plenty of beach items, the location to Siesta Key Village was so close, and just an all around amazing stay. The owners answered every question efficiently and they were so kind!!! I hope we can come back to visit again VERY SOON!

Location ,location , location !! Across the street from Siesta Key beach and a 15 walk ( or short trolley ride )to Siesta Key village where there are many shops , restaurants and bars . The condo is well designed , updated , clean and well stocked . The storage room has everything you need for the beach - chairs , umbrellas, beach cart , beach toys etc. , etc. High end Weber grills in the common area and a covered parking spot are nice added amenities. This condo exceeded our expectations !!

This property has everything. It is walking steps from the best beach we've ever seen. The condo is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You can view sunsets from the comfort of the lanai. The complex is well maintained and easy walking distance to/from the village. If you want to ride to the village, the free trolley stop is right in front of the building. Finally, Frank and Sharon were extremely responsive and helpful. You won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay,
Location and amenities. We did communicate one problem of some left women’s panties in the closet and bed sheets with hair on them. Frank was apologetic and quick to respond to offer changing of sheets and I would put that on over site cleaning crew and not owners. Rest of condo was clean. Location was amazing and view was great. Beach supplies of chairs and cooler were awesome. Weather a little hit and miss but we were really happy with the rest of our stay.

This was a fabulous condo, extremely clean and very comfortable.
The location was second to none, fabulous views of the beach which was quickly accessible.
We really appreciated the beach chairs and equipment, easily transported to the beach in the cart provided.
Frank sent us very comprehensive instructions for check in and Val in the office was an absolute treasure, so helpful and friendly.

Frank and Sharon are wonderful hosts, their condo could not be more perfectly located. The stunning view of the Gulf was breathtaking and the most perfect way to celebrate our anniversary! The weather was superb and we enjoyed every sunset on the beach!
Their manager Valerie was wonderful as well and very knowledgeable of the area and very responsive and assured our experience was excellent!

Perfect location. Just across from the beach, no condos across the street to block your view of the beach. You can hear the waves at night if you are sleeping in the master bedroom. Just a mile walk to the village which is perfect since there is limited parking close to the shops and restaurants.

The beds are horrible, foam doesn’t fill the holes. Bathroom was dirty. Refrigerator froze and ruined over $100. Fridge needs replaced. Pleather furniture is unwelcoming and not comfortable. The location cannot be beat.

Wonderful host and property!
We absolutely loved our stay in Sieasta Key. The property is in a perfect location. It has all the comforts of home as well. The walk to beach access 11 is right across the street. The condo has a beautiful beach view! The trolley runs frequently and will take you all the way down to turtle beach and to the village. Frank and Sharon have great communication. We look forward to coming back very soon!!!

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation in Frank and Sharon’s immaculate and comfortable condo. Beautiful view of the beach and great location. Frank was 100% available for any questions we had.

This was our family's first time staying in this condo. Our check in instructions were very clear and we appreciated being able to go straight to the unit without having to pick up keys, especially since we were arriving late after a long day of traveling. The condo was clean, spacious and bright with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We also appreciated having a designated parking spot for convenience. The condo was in a perfect location across from the public beach access #11 which was a bit down the road from the more congested area of the beach. The condo was quiet with no noise from the road outside. The village with its many restaurants and shops was a one mile walk away. I had a little bit of trouble opening the lock box for the storage closet and Val was available to help me out with that. The storage closet was well stocked with items for the beach- chairs, coolers, toys, wagon, and other items. Really appreciated the thick beach and bath towels which were a good size and not thin at all. The tension bar in the showers were handy for hanging wet swimsuits. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances, pots and pans, storage containers and basic cooking supplies such as salt and pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee filters and regular and decaf coffee for a drip coffee machine. The only thing lacking were ice packs for the cooler, unless they were in the storage closet and I missed them. Bed and pillows are on the soft side, but there were extra pillows in case you wanted to double up on them. There was plenty of closet and dresser space in the bedrooms and plenty of storage in the bathrooms. Frank was very responsive to the few questions I had prior to our arrival. Truly a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was immaculate, well stocked, updated and decorated very nicely. The location - near Siesta Key Beach #11 - was great; enough out of the hustle bustle / traffic of the Village and Crescent Beach. We loved walking both on the beach / Gulf of Mexico and in the neighborhood. Frank was very prompt with his responses and directions about access and use of equipment, etc. were very clear and helpful. Loved the labels on the light switches!!! The kitchen was well stocked (dishes, pots & pans, measuring instruments, bowls, appliances, etc.) I am a tea drinker and loved the hot pot to heat water quickly. Val, housekeeping, and Clare, office were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and friendly. We would definitely like to stay again! Thanks for sharing your condo with us.
