Thank you!! We will definitely come back!

First of all everyone of the staff welcomed us so nicely! Without asking they decided to upgrade our room to the suite! Even tho the check in was supposed to be at 15:00 pm they insisted that we go and eat breakfast because we came early and they gave us our room a lot earlier then they were supposed to. Everyone was super nice! Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, nice and warm staff, great breakfast with a lot of options. We had the BEST time!

Excellent hotel!

The pool, the food, the room, the attention I have got for my birth day. The cake, the wine...Tnx. And especially Efthimios he was very kind and helpful.

That people putting tawls at 7 am at the pool, so if you come at 08:00 am, you don't have a place to sit.

Passable

We got a very warm welcome when we arrived 😊 And it was a pleasure to have fresh towels and linens every day, without special policy for them.

A lot of things distracted us from relaxing... I will list some of them. Dining. To my mind, the good service is with a minimum of fuss. It was not the case in the restaurant. We did not like that drinks were not included in buffet, every time we had to order them separately from food, free for breakfast and paid for dinner. I cannot remember something fantastically delicious offered in the restaurant. Maybe, chocolate mousse, it was good. As for the room. The bathroom was not convenient to use: water leaked out of shower door and the towel rack was far from it. We like to drink tea and found some tea bags in the room, but no kettle there. And there was no drying rack. Sunbathing on the beach. The loungers were always busy, so we paid for a place for two for 10 euros in the hotel nearby. We were not disappointed with that, as we liked their sunbeds more. But, our hotel could arrange this as they do not have space enough for all guests. Environment. The hotel looked intriguing and impressive on the photos, unfortunately, not that in reality.

Just perfect

I loved the room (was upgraded) ! The stuff was so nice and helped with every question I had. The food was also very vary good. The location is perfect, on the beach but also in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. For me everything was really perfect....

The lobby is like a foto Studio. The interior is modern and stylish. The size of the room is a pré!

The opening time of the steam room and sauna. Opening from 11:00-14:00, those are the hours people are most active. The quality of the wine served with the all inclusive package is terrible!

Disabled people can also enjoy this hotel

The hotel is very beautiful and beautifully designed. It has 2 pools, one infinity and one regular with a descent of stairs. There is a beach adjacent to the hotel which makes your vacation much more enjoyable. The hotel staff is family and makes you feel the best in the world. The hotel is accessible to the disabled with a chair. wheels and there is nothing to worry about, the breakfast is wonderful and the location of the hotel is excellent on both sides there is a promenade with restaurants shops and car rentals I highly recommend this wonderful hotel

Real Resort Experience

Super nice experience, loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The food was very tasty especially the dinners, always different variety. Very interesting cocktails and were actually bar level quality, recommend to try them. With the all inclusive you really feel like you are always taken care of and you can have snacks/desserts all the time available between meals. We had also a very pleasant and unexpected room upgrade which honestly was soo amazing and enhanced our experience, very thankful for this. Wifi is super fast in the room, and quite well near the bar/pool area. The entertainment was also good (water gym and quiz night was very engaging). Clean beach towels always available. They had one pool filtered with sea salt. Private beach on the hotel premises. The resort is the biggest in the city to our view.

The fitness room has room for improvement, but it’s nice that they have one in the first place. Around the pool there are not many available sun beds, everything is occupied by 9 am, would recommend to occupy them early.

I really like the service. All of the employees ( bar, restaurant, reception) were extreme friendly. They let us swimm and have lunch after check out. I liked a lot of varieties of vegetarian food.

Animation staffs were not professionals. They are not qualified for this job position. They did not know anything about activities they were showing ( Bachata class, water basket,...) I would not rate this hotel a 5 star hotel.

- Staff ( reception,bars , ) are very friendly and professional. - Lot of vegetarian options.

-Sunbeds are never available at the pool or on the beach side. -You have to be there very early to get an available sunbed. -I would not rate this hotel as a 5* star hotel- it's more 4* star hotel. - Animation employee should work on their professional skills , unfortunately not trained for this position .

A Fairytale

They worked so hard to make sure we had a great holiday. The staff just don't stop trying. The food is outstanding. We stayed 8 nights and the food just got better every day. The hotel is right on the beach. We had a Delux Sea facing room. What a marvelous view. What a room. And the bed is so comfortable. The hotel tries to go one step further. Drinks are served on the beach. They take your order and bring it to you on the beach. Evening entertainment every night. They made sure we had a great holiday. We just can't thank them enough.

Amazing Hotel

We were staying in the hotel for almost 11 days and it was amazing. Let’s start with the reception. I arrived at 9:00 am and they gave me a room at 11:30 am (even thought check in is at 3:00 pm)after the long flight it was a great start. The room was super clean, big, very modern. The food was so delicious. We loved it! Every day different types of meat, sea food, lots of fruits, vegetables and so on. The food was so good that we didn’t even want to go and eat outside. We did enjoy every single day of our stay in the hotel. Thank you very much for helping in all our requests, questions. We will come back with pleasure! 10 out of 10!

We absolutely loved our stay at I Resort. The hotel was beautiful, modern and immaculate and the views were amazing. The best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a warm Greek welcome by Themis and the girls at the front desk. They were all so attentive with all of our needs. Modern gem in Stalis

Very modern design of the hotel and also our room (Suite with sea view), room devided into 3 parts, all possible to close independently, very comfortable bed, excellent food!!! Right by the sea, water was amazingly clean. Expectations were exceeded!!!

Hotel is ok , definitely not 5 🌟 and not all inclusive , food was not so good. But my 1 🌟 review its for the guy "guard in the night " I came to the hotel with a friend to change my clothes and go to the beach been in the room for 1 minute. The guard came in to my room screaming , shouting , and demanding that we will leave immediately , he was aggressive and handling the situation like a prison guard and not 5 🌟 hotel , it was shameful I never got treated like that before and I traveled a lot. He was standing outside keep screaming and then I needed to pay 80 euro for this short friend visit. Will not recommend this place for no one and will never go back there again. There is a way to communicate and in 5 🌟 hotel you don't treat your customers like a gangster from the neighborhood.

Mother daughter holiday

Spa was fabulous people were very friendly in all areas. Would come again. Room was very nice. Great location would recommend.

The buffet was a bit disappointing at times as food wasnt very hot. Coffee was very strong. Main bar could have been bigger
