Whether you are coming to town for the amazing wine, ample sunshine, great restaurants, or a family event, we promise that you'll enjoy your time at Grant House. Newly renovated and impeccably decorated, Grant House exudes a true mid-century modern "Palm Springs" vibe. Located minutes from everything Walla Walla has to offer and every amenity has been provided. It is a comfortable home with a private heated pool (open May through September) and a 6-person HOT TUB (open year round). Perfect for up to 8 adults (no kids, no pets) Entire home and grounds 10 pm outside noise ordinance strictly enforced Adult-Only property. All guests must be age 18+ No Kids/No Pets Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

6 of my best friends and I take a girl's trip annually. We loved our stay at this unit in Walla Walla. The house was clean, contemporary, and there was enough room to sleep all 7 of us comfortably. We loved the pool and hot tub! It was wonderful that beach towels were provided. We also love the added soaps, towels, and makeup wipes. Wifi connection worked well too. Besides visiting the fun places downtown we also enjoyed spending time at the large patio table on the back deck. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and cleaning items. The communication for arrival, departure, rules, recommendations, and wifi was well done! Great place to stay!! **Notes for elderly or those with a mobile disability: there are a few steps at entry and a few steps within the home (kitchen entry). There are rooms on the main floor.

Pool and hot tub was clean and temperature just right. Kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans, serving plates and cooking utensils. Could use an extra luggage rack in the queen bedroom since it’s small.

This house is a nice, updated property. The kitchen is well apportioned, the bedrooms are comfortable (although a bit warm with no air conditioner and no screens on windows). The downstairs area and bathroom are very nice. The main bath toilet is not comfortable or accessible as it is crammed into the corner. Upstairs shower wouldn't get warm. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are great. Wish our pups could have joined us.

Despite some iffy weather, we were able to enjoy the backyard pool and hot tub! Lots of space to hang out and enjoy each other's company, and close to all the wineries and restaurants we wanted to visit. Would recommend!

We just celebrated my 40th in Walla Walla and this property was perfect. The house was very well stocked with everything you need in an orderly fashion (kitchen tools and towels all set). Also there is enough room where you aren't on top of each other and have room to spread out. The backyard is an oasis. The only slight bad thing is the neighborhood is very noisy with dogs barking all day long so while you are pool side that can be a bit much, but I would not let it stop me from staying there again.

This house was GREAT! The home was very well appointed with everything we needed. It was clean throughout and even provided bathrobes and slippers! We were so incredibly happy with our stay and will definitely consider staying at this house again.

Wonderful well equipped home
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Grant House. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation full vacation and the pool and the Private backyard Is fantastic.

I booked Grant house for my sister's bachelorette party. We stayed for two nights. The house is set up really nicely for a large group. Three full bathrooms and the basement even had a kitchenette. The house was very clean and worked really well for our purposes. The pool was awesome and it was great to have so much seating outside and umbrellas. Despite being in a residential neighborhood the backyard was really private and it was quiet. Overall a great place to stay, and a great location, just a short drive to downtown for restaurants and bars.

What a wonderful place to arrive at; particularly on a hot day! The air-conditioning worked well and the pool was so inviting. The property manager was very responsive to any questions I had although if I had looked more closely, they had very informative signs posted throughout the property which answered most of my questions up front. Very good value. We'll be back.

We’ve stayed at the Grant House a few times now for ‘work from Walla Walla’ stays. House is well set up for everything my husband and I need and we each had good working spaces and the WiFi worked great. The pool and hot tub are the best part of this house! We enjoyed our time in the backyard.
