Located in Orange Beach, this charming condo for £209 per night is a great option for your next break. Silver Beach Condominiums are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama, and directly across the street from the largest shopping and dining complex on the beach road. Amenities include a large Gulf front swimming pool, boardwalk with shower to private beach, chair & umbrella rentals available for rent but not included in price, 2 elevators and reserved parking. Our 6th floor non-smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is uniquely furnished and has just been freshly painted with vibrant colors with a tropical flair! The recently completed remodeling also includes new tile throughout as well as new flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, Stereo, full size washer and dryer and ceiling fans! The kitchen has also just been remodeled with granite countertops, tile back splash and new appliances! Both bathrooms have also just been remodeled with new fixtures and tile throughout! Out condo features a unique tempered glass balcony railing that affords breathtaking Gulf views, and wooden table with 4 comfortable chairs for outdoor dining on the newly tiled balcony floor! There's a Queen Size sleeper sofa, 3 chairs, new 50” Flat Screen TV with cable, DVD & stereo in the living room, a dining table that seats 4, and a breakfast bar that will seat 3 more. Bring your laptop computer as we have free Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access! The master bedroom has a king size bed new 32” Flat Screen TV, DVD and its own private bath. The master also opens onto the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, a new 19" flat screen TV, and its own private entrance to the 2nd bath with shower. Conveniently located directly across from the area's largest shopping center featuring two large grocery chains, video stores, beach supplies and great family dining, this is the perfect accommodations for up to 6 guests. We have a fully stocked kitchen with new cookware. We also have a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave! Our laundry room has a new full size frontloading washer and dryer! Condo and the owner were great but building was not. Owner response time was immediate. The building issues were due to renovations in progress. With multiple condos being renovated, construction noise started at 7:00 AM and continued throughout day. Only one elevator was operating and it was a scary ride due to wires hanging from ceiling, creaking noises and the cardboard covering the walls. Someone had actually written “Tower of Terror” on the elevator wall. We used the elevator twice and did not get stuck but three other visitors told us they had been stuck.

Beautiful place to stay. Dolphins in view daily. Easy access to numerous shops and restaurants. Condo being renovated while we were there but was not a problem. Nothing in the way. I’m sure it will be wonderful when they get done. Thank you

My wife and I booked the room about 7 months ago. The views and room location caught our eye. It was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the beach. Our daughter had her own bedroom and bathroom. The owner was very easy to work with as well. We enjoyed the whole experience!

My wife and i stayed here for the weekend for our 17th anniversary and we were incredibly happy with the cleanliness, aesthetic, and location of the condo. Soon as you open the door, a beautiful view of the gulf awaits. Barbara was very quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended this amazing condo !

My daughter came in on Thursday afternoon. We had a great time. My mother came over on Friday which was my birthday . We hung out at the pool after having a relaxing lunch. My son came over with his roommates daughter. My mom stayed a little longer and headed home

This is a wonderful condo. It has everything; best view, across the street from a wonderful market that offers everything from lunch to groceries. In my opinion, best location on Orange Beach. Communication with the owner is excellent. I highly recommend.

The website pictures were accurate, the view was beautiful. We cooked every morning for breakfast and we appreciate the plates, bowl, silverware, cups and glasses in the unit. We appreciate the refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry units. It made our stay much more enjoyable. The location is perfect with nearby Walmart and Publix stores, and plenty of choices for dinner. We highly recommend Doc's restaurant and Cactus Cantina!!

We enjoyed the stay at your condo - and the location was wonderful. The view from the balcony was awesome. One thing I would consider is an extra light near the door keypad because it was dark when we got home & couldn’t see the numbers. Everything else was very bice!!

As a condo Owner in Destin, Florida - I see the other side and all that goes into leasing your property. Most times when I’m at my condo - I am working on something! It was so nice for me to just be a guest. I loved the 2 bedrooms and the views are stunning from the living room and from the main bedroom. Orange Beach, for me, offered a laid back vibe, plenty to do and convenience of everything you need being close. Out host was AMAZING! The kitchen was well stocked, our instructions when leaving were short and concise, our parking permit and code was sent ahead of time. Our Host was simply excellent and we will be back!! Thank you for allowing us to come stay and be worry free!

We had a fantastic week!! The condo is exactly as described in listing. The owner stays in contact with you. The view was awesome, the dolphins gave us a show everyday playing close to the shore. Since the complex is not one of the larger ones the beach area in front of the complex did not have wall to wall people, which was great! Also the condo conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, activities and so much more. Would highly recommend!

The condo was just as pictured and described. Warm relaxing atmosphere. We felt very much at home. Unit was very clean and smelled fresh. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Unit had everything we needed, without having to purchase alot. The balcony was amazing. Our 3 year old loved the glass and that she could see on her level. Barbara was very easy to rent from, communication was excellent. The only thing I was unhappy about was that there was no way to lock the front door from the inside for child's safety. Sliding glass door lock was very tricky and stuck. If you don't have a small child it is just a minor thing. But even with that we were still very pleased with our stay.

Our stay was amazing. Condo was perfect. It was clean, and beautiful. The view is perfect. We had so much fun, and alot of restaurants, and shops are close. We will definitely be back. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The condo itself was really cute and location was perfect! Walking distance to Starbucks, Subway & 3 grocery stores. The cons were the age of building. The elevators are old and do not always work they really rattle and shake while your in them. The walls and ceiling of the condo are really thin so every conversation and the little dog upstairs was heard. The prancing of the claws across the ceiling all night was maddening. The internet cannot support everyone on it so we were not able to stream any TV in the living room. Bring extra towels as there is only 1 bath towel per person (sleeps 6) so washed towels every evening. Overall great value for the rate.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Just a couple of things I would address if I were the host. The cleaning crew did not do a good job at all of cleaning the unit beforehand. They left used bars of soap in the shower, dirty sponge in the sink, all under the bed was trash, and hair behind the TV. Kinda sucks paying around a $150-$200 cleaning fee when thats what you get but I also know the host probably had no idea. 2nd thing is there is absolutely no way to lock the door from the inside and it is unlocked with a code. I was scared the whole time and made my husband block the door with a chair. Lol. Besides those minor issues we really did enjoy our trip. The oversized balcony was the highlight of our trip.
