La biancheria da letto non sembrava molto pulita. La doccia non totalmente chiusa fa dispendere acqua sul pavimento

Fantastically terrible. Booking supports scammers.

Professional deceivers and swindlers. Upon request, a day before, what instructions would there be for obtaining keys and access, they sent a message, wait, you will receive information. When I arrived at the ordered time, there was no information for 15-16 hours. Late in the evening, when things had already begun, a notification arrived - go to the office again and try. Let's go. Again it was impossible to get to the office.. To all messages, call, answer messages on the phone - complete silence. Scammers. It’s strange that Booking is involved in this matter. I had to book another hotel. It's surprising that booking is involved in this scam. Perhaps I chose a scam site?

All. They promised to send messages within 24 hours. They sent it an hour later than I arrived. The messages are sent so that I would not be able to use them.

Great apartment with sauna and balcony in city center.

The apartment and reception desk were located in different buildings, within 5 min. walk. The SMS with up-to-date information was sent 1 day before arrival. The apartment was clear and comfortable with the location in the city center. The sauna worked properly and was included in the reservation price.

To sum up, nice place to stay for a couple of days or even longer!

Really nice space, close to a bus station. Incredibly nice appartment with a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening!

In the begginning we were a bit confused looking for a right door, but if you attentively check all instructions you will find the appartment.

Great location, but far from luxurious

Great location in the heart of Kamppi Spacious apartment compared to a hotel room in the same price range Sauna <3 Separate bedroom Big balcony

The entire apartment reeked heavily of parfume when we arrived Others have mentioned this too, the furniture were covered in stains No black out curtains so even in winter when it's dark at night the lights of the city were a bit disturbing The bedroom had a glass block wall facing the kitchen so we had to keep the lights dim after our child went to sleep

The bathroom and Sauna, bedroom.comfortable bed.convenient for facilities, shopping and transport. and getting around centre.

The sofa was and is dirty and needs steam cleaning. Lightbulb over dining table incorrect bulb which had blown. Heating to Balcony lacks instruction and is inadequate.. poor address details very poor compared to the last apartment rented. This apartment had no loving atmosphere no feeling to it. Very disappointing for Kamppi. Needs proper curtains in bedroom neon lights all night are sleep depriving.

Best location and own Sauna

The location and the sauna! The apartment is close to everything in the center of Helsinki! We love to be there and it was so good to have our own sauna to enjoy!

A few things to improve! When you pick up the keys they make you sign a document with a deposit of 200 euros in case of any damage but they do not give you a report of the small damages that the apartment already has. There are no clear specifications on how to use the washer or dryer machine so you are afraid of causing some damage! I wrote messages asking various questions, they helped us but they took a long time to answer! We found the dishwasher full and it wasn't very clean. Despite these little things, we would love to stay there again because the new apartment is very nice and comfortable!

Good location. Lovely apartment complete with sauna. Plenty of space and light and a great balcony.

There were a lot of small things that needed attention - broken blinds, a curtain that only covered half the window, thin curtains in the bedroom that did nothing to block the light, light fixtures hanging out, broken handles on drawers.

Perfect.

The location is excellent. Right in the centre but you can’t hear any noise and it’s super calm and peaceful. Very clean, very well maintained and we loved it!

Who likes to clean up other people's garbage?

Garbage on the kitchen counter, not one sheet clean, dirty used towel on the dining table, unclothed sheets! Everything I wished I could get to the accommodation at 21:00 and clean up the mess at the hotel. Washing dirty bed linen...

Perfect location, but...

Location is absolutely perfect for the city trip. Apartment has a large sunny terrace. The place was clean. Kitchen very well equipped.

Overall, the apartment had a bit tired look. One lamp was missing, the other did not work properly. The window blinds were also worn out. We had to bend them into place. Only hand-shower available. Shelves over the bathroom sink were placed the way you can easily hit your head when washing. The worst of all was that this apartment does not have proper ventilation. If you keep the windows open you have to endure the street noise, but once you close them, there will quickly be no air to breathe. Private parking was not available although it was and it still is advertised so in booking.com.

The location is great, right in the center of Helsinki, in the same building as shopping center Kamppi. The apartment is nice, good layout and the sauna is good.

The kitchen appliances were in quite bad shape, frying pan scratched, and placed in drawers and cupboards in no order at all, hard to find. The light above the stove was blinking, impossible to use. The dining table light was flickering, probably a broken dimmer or incompatible LED-bulb.

-We traveled here from other city and when we arrived there was a double booking in our room. First they didn’t believe that there was some other customers in our room and we had to call many times and try to solve that problem by ourself. Reception never apologized or compensated that for us, so for me that was very poor service! It was supposed to be nice and relaxing staying but what we got was just a waste of time and money!
