About this villa rental
FULLY equipped Luxury Villa. Bedroom #1 with a king-sized bed with a Serta pillow top mattress with protective cover, and a Smart flat screen TV and full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two full-sized beds, also with Serta pillowtop mattresses with protective covers and a smart flat screen TV. Also has a full bathroom and a sliding glass door to a private outdoor patio. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. We also have lots of beach towels! Full kitchen with all new GE appliances: oven and stove, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, 45 decibels quite dishwasher, large built- microwave and Keurig K-cup coffee brewer, coffeemaker, airfryer and tea kettle. Also supplied are kitchen cookware, bakeware and utensils. Living area has a new large flat screen Smart TV. The villa has a very spacious feel with cathedral ceilings throughout, and the tropical decor make this your perfect island get-away! It is equipped with central air conditioning, WiFi (Wireless Internet- free service when you bring your own laptop) and two telephones: one for placing local calls and receiving calls from anywhere in the world, and the other for free calls to and from the U.S. and Canada. Outdoors, enjoy our new gas grill, the heated salt water pool on the premises, and tropical landscaping that separates each unit in this residential community of 25 villas. Treasure Cay is a very secure private resort, ideal for swimming, boating, golfing (18 holes), and exploring the surrounding islands. Only minutes away, you can find the beach bars, restaurants, a post office, supermarket, liquor store, police and fire station, churches and a medical center, as well as cars, golf carts, bikes, tennis courts and boats for rent. The white powdery sand of the world-famous Treasure Cay Beach, one of National Geographic's "10 Best Beaches in the World" and turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco are just 50 yards from our doorstep.covers

Nancy’s villa was perfect for my husband and me. The pool was a great alternating activity to ocean swimming. She had lots of great info about things to do and contact numbers too. Also a handy gift bag! Nancy messaged me several times making sure we were enjoying ourselves. It was perfect! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

We stayed for 7 nights and it served as a great home base! The unit is actually better then the pictures and everything was high quality from the linens and towels, to cookware to the furniture.
Treasure Cay is a little out of the way and still getting over hurricane Dorian, but we rented a car for a couple of days and then rented a boat (across the street) for a couple of days. We had sundown drinks at the resort next door and linner (lunch/dinner) and a superbowl party at Florence's. The beach is right there, a 2 minute walk and the pool looked very clean.
Although there was only two of us the Villa would comfortably hold at least 4.
This is a great place to stay and Nancy was a great host!

I almost don’t want to write a nice review because I want it to be available the next time I want to visit!!! It’s small and cozy and decorated so cute. I am an organized person and was impressed with every drawer I opened. It was by far the cleanest property that I have stayed on in Treasure and I have been visiting for about 8 years multiple times a year. We all slept great, which is important to our family. The unit is right across the pool so if you have kids you can watch them from the porch. The beach is just steps away. I will definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect. you can walk to multiple restaraunts, the grocery store and you are steps from an amazing beach. The property was clean, AC worked well and was everything we needed for a good nights sleep for 3 adults and one child. Nancy was super responsive and Mike (female) property manager was very nice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa, just steps from an amazing beach!
My husband, 10 year old granddaughter and I stayed at this lovely villa for 24 days and loved it! The villa is beautifully decorated and everything we needed to be comfortable was included. We enjoyed the pool being so close, and the ocean with amazing clean white sand such a short walk away. My sunrise walks each morning were so peaceful! Groceries were just a short walk away as well and Florence's Bakery is not to be missed! We found multiple good restaurants nearby, especially Treasure Sands, where we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary! Our interactions with the owners were all very positive and helpful. We can hardly wait to return to Treasure Cay and will definitely rent this same property!

We had a great time at this cute and lovely furnished house! We loved to be there! The amazing beach is only a few steps away. We didn't miss anything in the house and outside. The whole villa park is very well maintained and quiet.
The contact to Nancy was nice and very friendly and all our questions were answered quickly. She even recommended a reliable taxi driver and gave us good information in advance.
Many thanks to have us let stay there!

Perfect second visit
This is the second time we've stayed at this villa and it was just as lovely as the first! Great location - steps from beach, restaurants and marina. The owners are great and very responsive/helpful! Always such an amazing, relaxing getaway with everything you need at your fingertips!

They were also very quick to respond when we had questions. The grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance as well as booking excursions. We decided to rent a golf cart at the end of the week to tour the island.The beach is only a meander down a walkway through the Villas to the most beautiful sand and view that you have ever seen. I am so looking forward to going there again and will definitely stay here!

Short walking distance to grocery store, car rental location and two fun nightspots-Cocos and Tiosy Seagull. The on-site property manager was very helpful. She did do laundry for us. It was a bit pricey at $8 load. But nice to have clean bathing suits and towels midweek. The only down was the shower in the second bedroom had such low water pressure it was barely a trickle. Everything else was great though!

This is a favorite location for our Spring Break and Ocean Villa #908 was a great place to be. Nancy and Louie were easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. The villa is just steps from a great pool and a short walk to the ocean and beautiful white sand beach. There are good restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Thursday night Pizza is always a "must do" where you meet friends and later dance the night away. Thanks again to Nancy and Louie for a splendid Spring Break.

Great undiscovered small village
I have been to Treasure Cay the last 7 winters. Love the place and the people. The villa is in great condition, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has anything you could need and great location near the pool. short walk to the prettiest beach in the world, not crowded!!!!

Clean, cosy Villa with direct access to pool and beach and great owners who really care!
We arrived and got into a nice Villa where we got everything like expected. Everything was very clean and in very good conditions. On the frontside is a nice pool that we almost always had just for us and the same with the amazing beach... was basically our private beach. We had an amazing time, will come back and can absolutely recommend this Villa! The owners where super friendly, were always taking care and responding super fast on questions we had - I don´t think anything could have been better.
It´s in a walking distance to the village but if you go for a golf-car, I would recommend to make a reservation. We had to give ours away the last 2 days because we didn´t make a reservation.
in sumary: it was an amazing vacation with our kids and if you like to go for a Villa on Treasure Cay - this is the one :-)

Best vacation ever
My mom and I visited and had one of our nicest vacations ever. The villa was super-clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, and, of course the beach was amazing! The owners were very knowledgeable and responded promptly to any questions we had, and their local property manager was very helpful too. Will definitely rent this villa again- so happy!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Perfect villa and perfect location. My wife, myself and two friends, who have been lifelong friends, spent the most relaxing and enjoyable four days in a long time. We look forward to our next visit to Treasure Cay and will look forward to our next stay in this wonderful villa too.
