This property was awful! It was not clean when we checked in (including dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a used mask on the floor in one of the bedrooms), we had ants in the bathrooms, the kitchen has NO supplies and we ran out of dishes every day before we were done with meals, had to ask for extra paper towels which we did get but asked for toilet paper and ended up buying our own after Dorthy told us she had never had problems with people running out. We have stayed in lots of different places and this one was by far the WORST!!!! The location was nice and we did enjoy the pool but that’s it!!! Would not stay here again if it was free!

Great property! Super quiet, high quality surfaces, finishes etc. The photos do not show that the living room, kitchen and dining room make one large open area. Very impressed with this unit. Loved the heated garage as well. Doroth the owner is fabulous!

We loved every minute of our stay, the unit is just as described. It is spacious, has a great layout and the beds are really comfortable. The unit is very close to the hot tub - which was great. We drove 5 minutes to Canyons for free parking, took a quick Uber to Park City one night, and also drove to easy dining 2-5 minutes away. We want to come back!

Dorthy was amazing with communication and very helpful with any questions. Her house is beautiful, clean, and super close to everything you would need. Looking forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. So peaceful (didn't hear any other tenants) the entire 3 days! We had a baby who was fussy at times. I hope no one heard us too! We enjoyed the condo's location, the cleanliness, the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Would stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay! Had everything we needed, was very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again. Host was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Pros-The condo is very clean and the property is extremely quiet. I’m not sure we ever heard another neighbor the whole time we were there! It was a very cozy place to stay for vacation. My kids loved the bunk room and all of the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick! Check in and out process also very smooth. The pool is saltwater and very nice! Cons- while on the free bus route, the complex is a ways uphill so it’s quite a walk downhill to get to the bus stop. If you were planning to use it in winter, it would be a pretty big walk uphill with ski gear. We were expecting it to be right in front of the condo building itself and weren’t able to take advantage of the bus since the walk up was too much for our younger kids. The condo was sparsely stocked in a lot of areas compared to many VRBO rentals we have stayed in. There was *just enough* toilet paper to get us through our stay-no extra rolls anywhere, only a couple paper towels which we used up day 1, no extras in the kitchen that we usually see in vacation rentals like cooking oil, a few spices etc. one small baking sheet that didn’t fit a few things we needed it for, no trash can in one of the bathrooms… just things like that that certainly aren’t a deal breaker but do make for a more pleasant stay! Overall, I would stay here again and just come a little more prepared!

The condo is wonderfully laid out. We had 6 adult family members, and the condo worked beautifully. We drove the easy drive to Canyons to ski each day (Park City lot filled quickly). There is a bus stop right at the entrance to the development. Bring supplies as there was only pepper in the kitchen and liquid soap at the bathroom sinks. Dorthy was great to work with - responded quickly.

Overall the stay was fine. Expected more for the price we paid for the week. We rent condos/houses through AirBnB and VRBO all the time, so we have lots of experience. Pros: Very close to the ski resorts. Quiet. Plenty of space. Cons: No street parking passes and garage parking is very tight. Laundry from the previous week in the washing machine still. Sinks drained very slowly. Water pressure in the guest bathroom was very strong. Fireplace not working consistently. No smart TV (so no Netflix, Disney+, etc.). Skiing for the week was great. Access to everything was good. But I wouldn't consider staying here again. Felt like our stay was an afterthought. Again, it was fine. Just expected more for the high price tag.

The property is very nicely updated and we were pleased to have a gas stove top.

Property was great. Everything we needed in space and amenities. The Condo was perfect for us. Condo was neat, well maintained, and in a great corner of the units. Clubhouse across the street was a bonus. The Condo's were quiet, even with many families there. Owner was welcoming and gracious - a perfect week in the mountains. We love Bear Hollow and will return again!

Our family of six was very comfortable here. Close to shopping, restaurants, hiking and only a short drive to historic Park City. We stayed 3 days and really enjoyed our time. Super comfortable accomodations, well stocked kitchen and great communication from the owner, Dorothy!

Our stay was wonderful here - everything we needed and right off the bike trails. Short distances to everything. Easy communication - overall, a great condo in a great location!

Long story short. It was perfect! If you are thinking about booking g this place just do it right now and stop searching. It had everything we needed for a super fun 3 night get away. We will be back for sure. The owner responded very quickly when I reached out through text or phone call.

This was our 5th year to stay in the Park City area for the annual father/son's ski trip and Dorthy helped make it great with this property. From it's top floor right on the end by the e elevator access to its nearly private hot tub access for the property we had a great time staying here. Plenty of room for the 4 of us but could easily accommodate more as there were two beds we didn't even use. Extremely responsive, courteous, and proactive with all details needed for the stay, would spend time here again in a heartbeat, thank you!

It was a bit confusing finding our unit but once we had the garage access, it was perfect to have heated and safe garage. Hot tub at Clubhouse was not working. The location was great as we were at both Park City and Deer Valley skiing. Nice access to local retail and restaurants without the hassle of being in PC all the time.
