Being just far enough down the Island, you'll be away from the traffic of the main land so that noise will not interrupt your relaxation, BUT you are still within just a little bit of a walk down the gorgeous sugar white sand beaches to the restaurants, shops and activities that Fort Walton Beach has to offer. No sky-scrapers or massive buildings to impede your views, all properties are seven stories and below on Okaloosa Island so you'll not have to worry about the possibility of your views being cut short. Its one building is conducive to a smaller crowd on property, but the size of the units and the amenities are above standards here- pool and hot tub on the Gulf side, as well as a gym and direct beach access via boardwalk. Drive underneath the parking garage and you'll find your privately reserved covered parking spot. Beautiful beach condo on the beautiful Emerald Coast! The condo and facilities were great, only wish the pool had some umbrellas for shade if you wanted to sit and watch the kiddos swim.

Me, my husband and my parents came down for a few days to relax. This beach is by far our favorite! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, well stocked, easy to get to and not crowded. The water was more calm than the beaches in Destin and Panama City. Having beach chairs/umbrella and a designated parking spot in the garage was great! The beds and furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The pool and hot tub looked nice - we didn’t use them - the ocean was so clear and warm we didn’t need to. We loved the fact that the whole building wasn’t huge so nothing was crowded. We hope to come back next year!

You can tell when an owner really cares and it is obvious these owners do. Everyone in our group was complimentary. Everything worked. No annoying appliance noises. Neat and clean. Balcony overlooks the beach so even when the weather wasn't the best, it was still fun. On Okaloosa Island you are out of the main traffic so for us, that was a plus. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal, even crocket pot. The bedrooms had fans, laundry hampers, hangers, etc. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and even make up roomer. The living room even had menus of local restaurants and recommendations. Did I mention it had Alexa? There all so many plugs and outlets everywhere. It really felt like home away for home. The trash chute was right outside the door along with stairs. The stairs took you near where the car is parked in the covered parking. The decorations are beach theme and updated. I will definitely will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our room was clean and the perfect size! The TVs in the bunk bed were a nice surprise. The sand toy sharing space was really convenient. Check in was easy and the app had all the info we needed. It was nice that each unit had 1 assigned parking space in the garage. It didn’t feel too busy. The beach chairs and pool were also great! We plan to return next year.

This place was amazing!
We loved this place so much. Made for a perfect vacation. My only suggestion is that one of the corners of the counter sticks out and it be rounded out. My son bumped his eye on the corner and got a black eye, he was walking around in the dark so it was mostly his fault. Besides that this place is a dream to stay in. The master bedroom is so large and cozy! My kids loved the bunk beds with the TVs.

We have stayed at Pelican Island multiple times over the last 6 years and Unit 603 was by far our favorite unit. The color scheme and design was absolutely beautiful and we loved the layout and amenities. The master bath also served as inspiration for my own bathroom remodel! We look forward to our next stay!

We have stayed in lots of units at Pelican Isle. We have always preferred 601..... Until now. This was by far the best room we have ever stayed in. It was beautiful, clean roomy & updated. We were there during Ida so spent 3 of our 6 days inside. We loved this unit. Especially thankful for tall chairs on the balcony! I will never understand why places put short chairs on the balconies. I will always request this unit. Well worth every single penny.

Everything was fantastic. We have stayed at PI three or four times, and 603 has been the best. It is beautifully done and well cared for. It is definitely truly as pictured. The covered parking spot and the daily beach service are our favorite perks. We also took advantage of the complimentary excursions provided. We go on the Seablaster every time we visit-it is a family favorite! This time, we also went on the Cattywampus catamaran, and it is a must. Such a relaxing morning! The Okaloosa Island Boardwalk, a favorite spot of ours, is super close. The Shack and Parlor Doughnuts, both in FWB, were new discoveries to us this time. Both were amazing! We can’t wait to come back and this unit is available when we do!
