Situated in Long Beach, this attractive house for £184 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 25 Years and older to rent. ID required. NO EXCEPTIONS. No pets. No Smoking. Maximum of 4 guests. **A GOLF CART IS NOW AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR YOUR STAY. WE ALSO HAVE A FULLY ELECTRIC DRIVEN BEACH CART TO EFFORTLESSLY TAKE YOUR GEAR TO THE BEACH. NON-ELECTRIC CARTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR RENT. *** No pets. No Smoking. We only accept reservations for Saturday to Saturday from June to mid August. The owners have completely renovated the unit! If you are looking for an updated and clean unit, this is where you want to stay. Park directly in front of your door with this ground level entry town home. No waiting on elevators or crowds. This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy. Non Smoking. No Pets. 11 swimming pools (5 heated), tennis courts, 18 hole putt putt, shuffle board and a Beach House with a pool directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom town home sleeps 4 comfortably with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest bedroom. An open floor plan with tropical decor features tile floors, plenty of seating to enjoy the 55' flat screen TV, kitchen is completely equipped for all your cooking needs, washer and dryer are steps away from the kitchen. The newly furnished dining area offers seating for 4. If grilling out is your pleasure, enjoy cooking on the new charcoal grill while relaxing on the back porch. Upstairs features an updated bath, master bedroom with a balcony overlooking a canal and the beach walk. A nice sized guest bedroom with a large closet. Activities are just out your front door with tennis courts, a swimming pool and a shuffle board court. In the laundry room you will find a full size washer and dryer, also we have included for you vacation stay, a beach buggy and 4 putters and balls for the putt-putt course. If you want to take a break from cooking, Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options. When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open air shopping, restaurants and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement area is right next to Pier Park. If golf is your game, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club and Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple minutes of the town home. The place we stayed at was very clean, and it had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The condo is a very short walking distance to the beach. It is in a convenient location. We also enjoyed swimming in many of the pools and playing on the pickleball court. The owners are very easy to get ahold of. It was a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay! The townhouse is very nice and the location is so convenient to the beach. The Gulf Highlands community was friendly and we felt safe walking even at night. Quiet. The owner of the townhouse always responded quickly when we had questions. We are coming back!!

This condo is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and bar/grills. It is well maintained and clean. There are multiple pools and other activities to do. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe being there. The owner was great and very responsive. Hopefully we get the opportunity to stay here again!!

Nice townhouse to stay in
Everything went well. Andy the host text and called me with check in information. Nice townhouse for a little vacation or work. Outdoor place was really nice. Grill and back patio was nicely set up with outdoor lights. Everything within driving distance. Would recommend to everyone to check it out
