About this house rental
Located in Fullerton, this lovely house for £211 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Charming upgraded Fullerton home close to shopping and local attractions (5.5 miles to Disney and 6.8 miles to Knott's Berry Farm). The home is on the 2nd story above the garage. This lovely designer home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Cal King master bedroom has an upgraded ensuite with a marble countertop, tile flooring, and a custom shower design. The other bedrooms consist of a queen bed and a children's room with full over full bed bunk beds. The last two bedrooms share a beautifully upgraded hallway bathroom. Laminate hardwood flooring runs throughout. The main floor open concept layout with kitchen, dining room, and living room makes it perfect for socializing with the family. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, dishwasher, dish soap, and refrigerator — the dining room seats 8. The living room has plenty of seating on the sectional sofa, with a queen-sized bed pull-out. All bedrooms have 47' LCD TV with cable. The main living room has a 55' LCD TV with a blue ray/DVD player. Strollers, high chairs, booster seats, and pack n' play are available for infants and toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage for guests' use. The house does not have a yard or patio/outdoor seating. The home has wireless high-speed internet. There is central Heating and air conditioning. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 11 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Parking for 1 standard-size car in the garage and 1 in the driveway next to the garage Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. *All Major credit cards and checks are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 50 miles of this house, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. In addition, homes are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.

The home was as expected. Perfect location and size to accommodate our family of 6.
Recommendation to change the mattress in the guest bedroom and allow the thermostat to drop a little lower. It started to get a little stuffy with all the bodies.
I’ve already referred this home to other friends and family planning their Disney vacations.

Perfect stay...even though we used the home JUST to sleep for a few hours both nights, the set up was incredible for rest...plenty of beds for our large family, comfy mattresses and bedding, spotless bathrooms and kitchen, warm showers and fluffy towels. Slept great, which I rarely do away from home!

We spent a week at this home in Fullerton. It was about a 15 minute drive to Disney and close to 91 for quick access to other areas of LA. It is in a quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and had a nice layout. A note to those with disabilities: the home is on the second floor of the building, with garages taking up the full first floor, so it isn’t wheelchair friendly, but that wasn’t an issue for us.
Lots of amenities were provided, so we were able to make meals easily and do laundry as needed. There isn’t a large outdoor area, but it didn’t matter as we spent our time at local attractions. There was an issue with the fridge leaking at check in, but it was resolved quickly.
This house is an excellent choice for families with older children who are looking for a place to stay close to Disney.

We were in town for our daughter’s soccer showcase and this place didn’t disappoint. The location is fantastic! Quiet neighborhood and close to everything that you would need. Will stay again in the future!

We picked this location because of how close it was to Disney. We spent most of our days at Disney and it was always nice to come back to a quiet place to rest. We enjoyed being able to eat breakfast in the morning before we left and having snacks upon return. The kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. We appreciated the ceiling fan and extra fan in the master and that the property offered A/C.

Just as the title says this was an excellent stay. You're about a 2 minute walk from the beach and hearing the waves on the balcony in the morning is amazing. We will likely look to get back to this property again in the future. The only problem that I had was getting to and from the property was a bit complicated but was not impossible.

Beautiful, updated 3 room house. Overall very pleased. The only problem we had was poor check in instructions. When we arrived, the front entry was closed with a sliding gate and we kept entering the code they gave us. I called them and left messages. Finally I realized the gate can be just pushed open. The entry code worked for the side door. They called back 3 hours later! After that Jeff called and was super helpful. He gave us his direct number. He also helped quickly when we found out there was no ironing board and he bought a brand new one and delivered very quickly. Overall, very pleased with the stay and will use it again.

Clean house, close access to Disney, Knotts, Convention Center, and Cal State Fullerton. Garage to park our car. Neighborhood felt safe with lots of restaurants nearby. Flat screen tvs in each room and a nice kitchen and eating area. Highly recommend.
Only negative is the VRBO app doesn’t have the check in/out/contract info, so I had to keep searching emails to find info. Would be nice if everything is in one place.

We stayed here with my parents and my two boys. We had a great time, the house was well stocked with kitchen tools and everything was clean and comfortable. Our only hiccup was not realizing the gate needed to be manually pushed open to access the house. We got there after dark however so probably would have figured it out if not for that. Would definitely recommend

Overall, a really nice spot, however we found some kind of dirt on the floor of the garage. Also, some bugs in the kitchen. The refrigerator water filter also needs to be replaced. Aside from those things, the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Property was in good condition all of the flooring, appliances finishes were clean and presentable. Property is on the second floor so have to lug your stuff up and down the stairs. Parking is tight, we were able to fit my brother-in-law gmc full size pickup in like with 2 inches. There is a piece of furniture in the garage that makes very tight on one side. Outside parking is very small as well for a full-size vehicle but there is a gate that can be closed. Straight shot from the property down Harbor without need to take any freeways. This is noted in the property information for parking. Not being able to load on the street makes it hard to get in and out if your are using both spots.
Communication from the property management was quick. I would stay there again. FYI ant traps on the counter so don’t leave any food out they got into my daughters Birthday cupcakes. Hall restroom shower valves could use some maintenance but were operational.
Slept good, after being sacked it wouldn’t take much. Stayed 5 nights here. Quick access to stores on a quiet street.

We booked this property based off having a larger group for a quick vacation get away. Some people didn’t join us, however that didn’t stop the shows we had a Blast great location, great property. Traveled with a baby and it was amazing that there was baby necessities at the house for use to use and to lighten the travel burden. Would definitely stay again no questions asked l.

Loved staying here. It was a great location for a Disney trip, being only 10 minutes away with minimal traffic from the park. Plenty of space for guests to relax after spending all day
standing in lines. The property managers were a pleasure to work with and great to communicate with. They were helpful in making sure all the paperwork was in line for the rental. They were kind with last-minute texts (thank you Carolyn for the late-night responses!). The neighborhood streets were packed with parked cars at night, so I was very thankful for the available garage and driveway parking at the house. I will definitely book this house again for our next Disneyland vacation. Thank you for making our trip stress free for our lodgings.

We booked this property for a short family trip to SoCal with plans to visit Disney and Universal knowing the property was not very far from the Disney Parks. It was a great location with easy access to the highway for our trek to Universal (was an easy drive) and we were close enough to Disney that we came home both days for breaks to eat, take a nap and get off our feet before returning to the parks for a second wind each day. The accommodations were clean, spacious and everything was as described. I misunderstood how to access the home the upon arrival but was answered quickly by the property manager and it was smooth from there. If we are in the area again, we would definitely check for availability of this property. Great value overall.

There were white finger prints on the fridge handle when we got there and tiny black bugs on the counter and floor showed up the day before we left (we were there a total of 3 nights), but overall it was a nice place to stay. They had everything you would need for a family except for an air fryer (which we would’ve used more than any other kitchen item to warm up leftovers from eating out). There was plenty of space for the children to share a bedroom because of the full size bunk bed. They loved being together. There was a puzzle of the USA they enjoyed putting together while they waited. My MIL stayed with us one night and we were glad she got a comfortable queen size to sleep in instead of the couch. The sectional was comfortable to watch a movie together. Thanks for a great stay :)

Positive: the home was nicely laid out. Master bed was comfortable. Negative: Process to e-sign was frustrating. Communication was poor.
15 steps to get upstairs to the main house. Should be disclosed in the description. We entered the home and got a toxic smell of bleach. Thank goodness we were on the 2nd floor. Opened all windows and left for 3 hrs. NEVER have we run into this nauseating problem in all the homes we have rented. I immediately responded to let them know on the tablet left on the kitchen counter. Next morning one of the guest had to go to urgent care. She reacted to the chemicals used. Dr. said no one should be using bleach this strong and that she should not stay in this house. Called Carolyn. She offered to resend the cleaning crew to use unscented chemicals and change the sheet. Jackie is 78. We were all emotional about the loss of our 21 yr old grandson. She could not stay in the house. She had to rent a hotel room for the next 3 nights.
By the 2nd day we also had a problem with sugar ants on the table and kitchen counter. I would NOT recommend working with Anaheim vacation rental.
