Probably would have been a good idea to let guests know that the vrbo is in a hotel. But the location was great and we enjoyed our stay! The washer and dryer situation was a pain and didn’t really dry any of our clothes, but that’s more on the hotel than the host. The hot tub was awesome too.

We booked this for our granddaughter and her husband for a short honeymoon get-away. Our granddaughter reports that this place was "very nice". Comfortable bed. Great location. "It was cool that they had a personalized travel book from Romeo". She reported "the only con...was some slight damage in the room. "The towel hanger was broken off the wall on one side and one of the shower head clips was broken so the detachable shower head was just balanced on the other head". Their stay was unfortunately cut short due to being stranded on Sulphur Mountain August 7 and having to spend the night on the summit because a lightning strike took out power for the gondolas. They weren't sure they were going to make it back before check-out the next morning but Romeo was quite willing to stall the cleaning staff as long as he could to give them the chance to get back to pack up their own things. Luckily, they were air lifted off the mountain the next morning (check-out morning) and made it back in time to pack up their own things. The night at the summit of Sulphur Mountain, in the company of 300+ others, was much less romantic than their night at Romeo's would have been! Would definitely book again (and hope for better luck next time).

This studio was perfect for our visit to Banff National Park. If anything, the listing underplays how nice the property and the location are. The studio itself is immaculate with a porch with an awesome view of multiple mountains, a fireplace, great shower, and there is a front desk to help out. We were able to cook (and grill) all our meals, except going to the awesome cafe across the street. We fell in love with Canmore- an Aspen-type town (as opposed to touristy Banff). Despite being near a "highway", it is quiet. Roman was easy to communicate with. Would love to come back!

Clean and comfy. Location and building felt safe. Underground parking is a fantastic bonus and the water pressure is Amazing! Roman was very helpful.

This property was super clean and the owner was awesome to deal with ! I will definitely stay here in the future I would highly recommend this property!

Besides the fabulous mountains that surround it, our unit was clean and updated. It’s close to all the beauty that Banff has to offer (and that’s a lot!) Our only complaint was that there wasn’t much room to hang or put clothes away so we lived out of our suitcases, which wasn’t horrible for our four night stay. We were very close to great dining (breweries) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

All you need for a comfortable stay from toaster to BBQ. Very clean, easy to access and quiet for sleeping even on the ground floor.

There was a couple of things that we needed clarification on : 1) How to use the hot place . 2)Would be nice to have robes to wear to the hot Tube 3) The cleaning cost seems a bit steep when we left in great shape . 4) we could not find regular channels to see news etc ( we watched a few great movies though. We loved the hot tub

Cute little deck, mountains in every direction. Just beautiful! The small kitchen had coffee maker, microwave, fridge and a convection burner to cook on. No need to eat out if you do t o. Close to Banff National Park entrance. So much nicer then staying in a hotel

It was clean, organized, and fair priced unit

Loved our stay at Falcon Crest. Nice room with comfortable bed, nice upgraded shower, convenient kitchenette, bbq and patio. Loved the gift of my favourite wine on the table when we arrived! We also made good use of the 2 hot tubs on the property. And the food in on-site restaurant was fantastic! Would recommend this place!

Only negatives are: not enough towels (only one facecloth and one handtowel for 3 people). Bedding for pullout had no top sheet and no duvet cover. Stingy on the toilet paper, no Kleenex provided. Bonus: Thanks for the complimentary wine. That was a nice touch. Underground parking was great. Easy access to highway.

We just got off to a bad start as we didn't receive the property instructions/information until the day before checkin and only because I had to contact the owner (Roman) which was onerous going through home away. Roman sent me the instruction asap. When we got into the unit at about 5:00 pm the place hadn't been cleaned so that was distressing. Fortunately I got ahold of Roman within 20-30 minutes and he had a cleaner come in while we went out as the place wouldn't be ready until 7:30 pm. Roman agreed to refund our cleaning fee so I appreciated that. When we returned to the unit once it was cleaned it presented very nicely, cozy, nice little outdoor area, very homey. We would stay there again!

This property is very nice and a perfect location for a trip to the Canadian Rockies. Communication with the owner was excellent and checkin and checkout was easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend this property!
