Search no further than our home away from home in the heart of beautiful downtown Carolina Beach, NC. Enjoy the various amenities we have to offer in our cozy 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo. With room to comfortably up to sleep 6, bring the family and friends to enjoy a vacation you’ll never forget. This first-floor condo is just one block away from the beach and other amazing places in the city. If the sand or ocean water is not for you, fear not! There is an on-site pool and lake right next door available for use as well. Don’t forget to take a stroll down to the boardwalk and enjoy a day full of fun for all ages. Amenities Include: Our goal is to leave your worries at home; we supply linens, towels, beach chairs, & many extras (phone/email inquiries welcomed). In-unit washer/dryer. Sophisticated interior: hardwood floors throughout the condo, granite countertops, and flat screen TVs in each room! We have many different activities such as in home wifi, board games, a DVD player, and many things to do right outside of the front door. We are neighbors with the famous Squigley's Ice Cream shop, a park for the kids, and many family-friendly restaurants. A deluxe bedroom has 2 comfy Queen Beds inside! Living room includes sleeper sofa, a day bed, and a nice table to enjoy coffee or a quick meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need during your stay including a Keurig, waffle maker, wine glasses, and all plates and utensils. We strive to be family friendly and cater to even the youngest of guests. One of the cleanest condo in Carolina Beach with all the upgrades and amenities you will not find at a hotel.

The property is centrally located to everything. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped, and they had plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. We would have liked to use Netflix, but couldn’t quite figure out if it was available. Regular cable worked fine.

It's a great, 1-bedroom condo that's close to everything. While not beachfront, the short walk to the beach was easy. Right in the middle of restaurants and close to the boardwalk.

We really enjoyed staying in Carolina Beach at this hotel! There is a pool and so many places close by that you can just walk to, such as great restaurants, stores, and plenty of things for all to see.

After being very pleased with our stay in 2021, we put this on top of our list for 2022. Nothing appeared to have changed until the mold/mildew encrusted shower head was noticed. After contacting the owner, I was told the shower head was scheduled to be replaced. When I questioned the overall cleanliness, I was told property management and the cleaner(s) were "top notch" and nobody else had complained. If you read the reviews, that statement isn't entirely true as there are other complaints. Knowing the toll coastal life takes on structures I left it alone, but I did clean the moldy/mildewed handheld shower head. Otherwise, I would have removed the head and put it back when we checked out. The crusty shower head made for unpleasant showering as we tried to avoid the water dripping from shower head.
The second to the last night of our stay I discovered a roach under the covers of my bed. We did not sleep in the bedroom and checked out a day early as a result. The owner downplayed the incident, IMO, by informing me the roach was a palmetto bug, which is still a roach. I get insects do what insects do but, I draw the line when they crawl where I sleep and where no consolation was provided by the owner (replacing the sheets, offering to have someone take care of problem, a credit for the night last night) or the property management company that never responded to my email.
This is very unfortunate because the location is great. Walking distance to the beach, entertainment, & restaurants. We won't be back.

Clean functional little condo, 2 min walk to beach. Easy to drive or walk to local resteraunts and board walk. Enjoyed our stay, did not expect more or less from this rental. Thank you for including linens. Stocked kitchen met our needs.

The accommodations were very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The children loved getting to go to the pool at the end of the day and walking to Squigley’s for ice cream. Everyone had an amazing time!

You can see the beach from the condo, it’s less than 5 minutes walking to the beach.
I recommend this beautiful condo to anyone.

July 4th Trip
The check in and check out process was very easy! GREAT location, a very short walk to the beach and pool. The place could have been a little more clean as I had to clean the shower head, kitchen sink and vents. I would stay here again!

Carolina Beach Dream
This place is amazingly clean! I had an issue with getting in but the property manager answered promptly when I called. I was just confused about the lock with never had using one. It is great for sitting on the balcony and watching the fireworks on the Boardwalk! Only complaint I have is the lack of towels and washcloths. You need more than 3 so it does not have to be washed everyday when 3 people are staying there. Other than that it is a really nice place to stay and I will be coming back! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location; a straight, one block walk to the ocean as well as being within walking distance of many restaurants. The unit is clean and has 1.5 baths with a large walk in shower and an amply stocked kitchen for basic meal prep.

Laid Back Living.
Renting was very easy. Everything was handled online and the property was exactly as advertised. The property manager made contact upon our arrival and was handy for any problems which we had none. Being by the beach was so laid back and could become addictive even for retired folks.

You are steps away from the boardwalk which has a fabulous schedule of activities with something for everyone. Parking is easy with 2 parking passes. The restaurants are within walking distance: Be sure to check out Kate’s Pancake House for breakfast and the Lake Park Steakhouse for dinner. We ate their every night, is was that good. Visit Southport for some nostalgia and to step back in time. It was my first time in Carolina Beach and won’t be my last. Brian and Sheila have a little piece of heaven in CB. Don’t miss out - It’s great value and perfect for a family trip to CB.
