A recent guest said: *****Fantastic rental property and location The location of the property can't be beat: across from the Nags Head Village Beach Club Community Center and tennis courts; a short walk to the ocean; a short drive to the bay; a short drive to the golf course. Then there is the fully stocked kitchen (we usually cook half the days, eat out half the days), with everything we needed. TVs in every room, although we barely watched any at all. Loved the hot tub and then jumping into the cool pool. Having a refrigerator on the ground floor off of the carport was key - glad that was there! Laundry facilities too. More rooms and beds than we need as well! This is definitely a high quality rental and premo location. Highly recommended!! The details - Beautiful, 3 level freshly updated, 4 bedroom/3 bath beach duplex located 100 yards from boardwalk beach access. Lori’s place was exactly what we were looking for when booking a girls weekend. She was very communicative and helpful and the property was as pictured. It met all of our needs and we had a blast

We loved this house! Everything was exactly as advertised, the house was super spacious and had everything you needed. The pool and hottub were awesome after a day at the beach. Having access to the pool club was awesome because we could hop back and forth from the pool to the beach. The beach club was right across the street from the house. Super convenient. The host was super responsive with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location and the home. It was nice to be able to utilize the club facilities the first day. We all commented that it made us feel as if we had an extra day of vacation! Lori was great at communicating and we were able to get into the property several hours early. The home itself was great, nicely furnished and more than met the needs for our families. Having a private pool was great and we used it daily after a full day at the beach.

Nicely decorated. Very convenient to beach club and beach. The beach club had a large variety of amenities, especially activities for both kids and adults. Own pool was great for kids. Extra refrigerator a plus. Location is convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. We went to Corolla for years, but would come back to Nags Head in the future.

The house was in a great location and close to everything. We had 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids and everyone had plenty of room. Lori was very responsive and the list she provided with activities and restaurants in the area was very helpful. Would definitely stay at this house again on our next trip to OBX!

Lori was a fabulous host, per usual! The location was perfect as we were right between the clubhouse/tennis courts and a short walk to the beach. Lori provided everything we needed and responded to our questions immediately. There were a few things that needed to be repaired but nothing major and Lori said she would take care of it right away. We had a great vacation!

Property was even better than the pictures. It was the perfect size for our family. Very cozy and we all felt right at home.
The food and snacks at the Clubhouse were excellent! Highly recommend the shrimp tacos. Our granddaughter loved the community pool. I’m not much of a community pool person; thus, loved our private pool in the back yard. Wished the tennis courts would add Pickleball lines though.
Great location. So close to the beach with 2 accesses. We used the boardwalk mostly because it was an easier walk and for rolling our beach cart. Food Lion was like 3 minutes away. Seafood market was also just minutes away. Blue crabs are ridiculously overpriced this year though, so, we passed on these.
The owner was fantastic! Her communication was phenomenal both in answering our questions and needs before we booked and afterwards. She always replied so quickly. She emailed us with tons of information along with how to access the duplex 3 days prior to our arrival. Easiest entry keypad we have ever used. Having access to the pool and clubhouse before check-in was a great asset. The duplex was ready 4 hours earlier and she let us know via VRBO. Also, loved that all the beds were made and we didn’t have to strip them at checkout.
We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here, and it was a wonderful place. The location was perfect. Very short distance to the beach and the Beach Club. The private pool was a treat too! The house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. We especially liked the two King size bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. My husband and I got one of those rooms and my in-laws had the other.
This was our first time at the Outer Banks. We enjoyed staying in Nags Head because it was close to a lot of restaurants and other activities (i.e. Lighthouse, Wright Brothers Memorial, Sand Dunes, etc…).
Lori the host was wonderful. Very responsive and she was a joy to work with!

We loved our stay! The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have extra beach chairs there, as well as pool noodles, rafts, etc. The beach was just a short walk as was the community pool and clubhouse. I would recommend this place for future stays!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Very easy walk to the beach and they have plenty of beach chairs available. Someone has taken the umbrellas so you'll need to bring your own. The pool is top notch we used it a lot. The beach is private, so plenty of room. The house is well apointed, everything we needed and plenty of space. The host was very quick to respond to any needs we had. The house is a little worn,
but beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

This was such a great experience for me and my family! Our party included four adults and three kids (ages 9, 6, and 2) and there was more than enough space for all of us. The property was in the perfect location, right across from the community pool, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and grocery and shopping within 1-2 miles drive. The property itself was clean and in excellent condition. We used the private swimming pool and hot tub out back almost every day. Lori was an excellent host and was very responsive. For example, we asked for the heat to be turned on to the private swimming pool and she arranged for it to be turned on the very next day. Overall it was an awesome vacation and if we ever return we would love to stay in the same place. Highly recommended!!!

We had an amazing long weekend girl’s trip! The house was perfect for 9 of us. We loved the easy access to the beach right across the street, but we also spent a lot of time at the pool in the back yard and loved using the hot tub at night. The location was great - very close to grocery stores, shopping, Duck Donuts, and anything that we needed for our stay. Lori was so wonderful and answered any questions right away. We will absolutely be back on another trip soon!

The property had a fantastic location, very short walk to the nearest beach access and lots of amenities nearby. The house was nicely furnished and had great features such as the pool and hot tub. We used the recommended list of favorites for dining and activities and everything was as described and was so helpful to have a reference guide.
The only minor bother was the air fresheners on every level. Necessary, but a little strong.

Cocoa Cabana-rama
Our family had a great week in the CC. Plenty of furnishings and living space to accommodate our group of 10. TV/Cable was confusing but no problem for tech-savvy teenagers. The kids loved the pool and the pool toys. The gas grill was old but worked just fine. Access to the private club across the street was easy and their facilities were awesome. They closed at 5pm; evening hours would have been great. The information in the welcome book was a big help in getting oriented to the area. All in all a great choice for an OBX vacation.

Awesome!
The house was amazing. Very spacious and everything we needed was provided. All we had to bring was a beach towel and bathing suit. We appreciated the small details that were put into the home for guests. Clean, perfect location to shopping and easy beach access. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Lori was great to work with. We had a great time and are looking forward to coming again.

Lori was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and helpful. The house was as described and is well placed for beach access. Even though it was mid October the pool was warm. We also enjoyed the tennis courts across the street. Food shopping and other stores are very close.

We enjoyed being very close to beach and the pool at the house. The house had good size bedrooms and living areas. While the house is older and décor needs updating, the owner has kept clean and provides great amenities. The bathrooms had shampoo, soap and toothpaste. The kitchen was well stocked. The living room had toys for kids and books to read. House had WIFI and TV had streaming services to watch movies. The pool while small was very fun and enjoyed coming back to after the beach. So much so we never used the community pool. Outside shower had warm water. The owner provided beach chairs and umbrellas and pool toys.
We had 8 adults and 2 children and overall we had great time staying at the house.
