This beautiful beach house sits on a bluff with a view of the ocean and within walking distance of a private beach. The beach nearby is safe for swimming and good for surfing and boogie boarding. It has a small clubhouse and a life guard on duty every day in the summer. The facilities include a basketball court, paddle tennis court, play area for small children, picnic tables and beachside barbeque grill. San Clemente is located half way between Los Angeles and San Diego, 20 minutes from Disneyland, 30 minutes to Legoland, an hour to Sea World. The village of San Clemente has many restaurants, including the Fisherman located on the pier, boutique and antiques shopping on Del Mar, the main street. It is close to Dana Point Harbor for sailboat or jet-ski renting, or to board a boat for a day on Catalina Island.
