It boasts partial ocean views at the small 18 unit Lanikai Resort, which sits just a few steps from Lae Nani Beach in the Wailua area of Kauai! This quiet and private condo has a peaceful lanai where you can eat breakfast each morning, air conditioning in each of the main-size bedrooms which each have their own private bathrooms. A shared, heated, year-round, saltwater oceanfront pool is just 65 steps away where you can sunbathe, dine, and soak in incredible views of the coast. The condo has a large, well-equipped, and newly remodeled kitchen and a full-size washer/dryer. This condo is centrally located with easy access to the island. It is in an extremely walkable area, and sits within steps of Lae Nani Beach and the warm Pacific Ocean. You'll be a short walk down the beach from oceanfront happy hours and top restaurants on Kauai. On the east coast so you can easily drive to any part of the island, 20 miles south to Poipu, or head 25 miles north to Hanalei's beautiful beaches and rugged landscapes. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: There are exterior security cameras on the grounds, in the parking lot, and in the pool area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo was centrally located and there was a great bakery nearby and the Coconut Market Place.
The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable.
We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV but that’s because we aren’t used to it.
I got Covid so spent more time in the condo than I planned. My husband was able to get what we needed nearby.
I would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay on our condo in Kapaa. The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfy & in a good location to restaurants, stores & beaches. The condo was very well stocked with everything you would ever need.

We had a great stay and the condo was spacious and lovely. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with an induction cooktop. We ate our meals at the table on the patio with a view of the ocean. There were also beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards for our use. Highly recommended!

The reviews on this property were spot on! It was absolutely wonderful! The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and the A/C was much needed! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. We used the boogie boards and beach chairs and ample supply of beach towels-what a money saver and made our vacation over the top. The access to the beach was secure and super close. The surf was very rough during our stay so we walked on the beach but didn’t get in the water. But the pool, wow! That was my favorite spot. The grounds were beautiful and with the pool right next to the ocean it was a slice of paradise. ❤️

This is one of the cleanest, classiest rentals I’ve ever booked. It was absolutely immaculate. There was a lovely hospitality gift for us that was above and beyond expectations. The property is so quiet. The location is centrally located on the island so it is easy to visit all the attractions (and it’s near Safeway!). I really can’t say enough good things!

The washing machine is out of balance even when empty. It is unusable. This was reported to management and the responded immediately with with a credit. It has not been repaired. Other than that our stay was wonderful and this is a beautiful property. The residents and other vacationers were all very friendly. Thank you.

There is not a more beautiful setting on Kauai than Lani Kai. It is quiet and serene and yet so convenient to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. This condo has been beautifully remodeled and outfitted with all the amenities one could ask for. We started each day watching the sunrise from the perfect ocean front viewing point, followed by a walk along the public walking path that runs for miles along the ocean before beginning our day’s activities. I’m already dreaming of our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. First time in Kauai. The condo is very well done and well decorated. Wish they had the flexibility to convert the second room into a king bed!
The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Cooking oil would have been a nice addition. Restaurants and grocery shops are very close by. The backyard and pool and access to the beach is very pretty!

This checked off all the boxes for a place to stay on line and in person. We really enjoyed our week there. It met all our expectations and then some. The grounds were full of flowers and were impeccably maintained. Having a fresh pineapple and other treats was a nice welcome. I loved being able to get right to the pool and beach. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was a welcome amenity. The place is secluded, yet right in/close to all the action. I would definitely book here again.

This condo was everything and more that we hoped it would be. The pictures do not do it justice. It's open, clean, and very airy inside. A benefit to being in the side yard is that there's more privacy when spending time on the patio. It is also walking distance to one of the best baby pools on the island and made it so easy, and fun, to spend time at the beach with our 2 year old each day. We will absolutely be returning in the future!

Wonderful Stay!
My family and I were visiting our daughter who lives in Kapaa and this condo fit the bill perfectly!! It was spotless, was stocked with all the essentials we could possibly need, and was in a perfect location to explore all sides of the island. The pool and beach being so close was a huge plus as well. Downtown Kapaa is so charming...loved Fish Bar Deli and Kountry Kitchen. When we visit again, I would def rebook this place!!

What a great condo to stay in Kauai. When we arrived the lights were on, the windows were open and there was a personal card welcoming us. Everything was very clean. The beds are super comfortable. Location and views are wonderful. I highly recommend this unit for your family vacation.

We loved being able to stay in a central location for our first stay on Kauai. The pool and private beach weren’t crowded. The condo was ground floor with an outdoor patio where we could relax for for meals/coffee. The unit was well stocked with good pots/utensils, not cheap dollar store stuff. Laundry was a bonus

This ground floor unit was well stocked, immaculate on arrival, quiet, and conveniently located. We loved to location because we could walk out our lanai to the garden and pool which was incredibly convenient. The resort is gated, so upper units ( not on the ground floor) have to bring a key each time you want to visit the pool, so it ground floor was ideal.
While this unit doesn't have a full ocean view, it does have a partial one, and the hedge on the east of the lanai kept the sun off the lanai all morning, so it was easy to sit out there when we needed breaks from the sun.
There were fins, beach chairs, and pool noodles; oversized beach towels, and a cooler in the unit. Plus a set of plastic kitchenware that could be used poolside. Kitchen was fully stocked.
Rooms are big; beds could probably be a bit more comfy, and the master bed seems to be slightly too small for the frame.
Pool was warm and pleasant, and staff we interacted with on site were all very friendly and kind.
We would definitely book this again.

unexpectedly fabulous
This was the most well equipped vacation rental I have ever stayed in. It had everything. And the pool, just on a rise overlooking the ocean was warm and well appointed. The ocean beach below the pool had a wonderful reef sheltered area which would be wonderful for little children, if only there were permitted at this Vacasa condo.

Wonderful oceanfront vacation
We could hear, see and smell the ocean. Also had a built in pool. Very close to everything. The owner takes great care of the place. The owner also gives very clear instructions.
