Nestled in Canmore, this charming house for £181 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Brand new and beautifully furnished, top-of-the line Canmore Townhouse. A perfect destination for a luxury mountain retreat. The high end finishes, stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops, and open concept living space make for a perfect getaway for large groups. With incredible views of the Three Sisters, Ha Ling and Rundle Mountain range from the living room and deck you won't want your vacation to end. Walking distance to downtown and groceries (7min) and steps from coffee shops and restaurants. A home away from home, this mountain retreat comes fully stocked for your needs. The kitchen is equipped for a gourmet chef with all necessary cutlery, plates, pots/pans, blender, slow cooker, wok, toaster, coffee maker, etc. All linens are supplied for guests to use as well. Towels, face cloths, hand towels, extra sheets and pillow cases make for a worry-free stay in Canmore. The unit is very comfortable for 9 people. The first floor: King bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom. Washer/dryer and plenty of closet space. The first floor also has a full bathroom with tub and shower. Also has a single pull out couch in the lower level sleeping nook. The second floor: King bed in the master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom equipped with large shower. This floor has the large kitchen and living space with a 1/2 bathroom. The living room has a queen size pull out couch as well as a fireplace. The south facing deck with BBQ is off the second floor. The views are incredible! The unit comes with central Air Conditioning. This is a LEGAL tourist home adhering to all rules placed by the Town of Canmore. Business License # NOR-07132. Total price includes 5% GST and 4% Alberta Tourism Levy on all bookings.

My family and I stayed at the house and loved our stay! We had 6 of us spread across the 3 bedrooms and the couch and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great amount of space for everyone. Everything was great quality, very clean, and we were able to make snacks and breakfast very easily with the kitchen set up. Parking was easy and it was overall very quiet. We did find that the walls with adjoining townhouses could be quite thin, but noise within the townhouse was very hard to hear, so it seemed to depend on the room. Overall we loved our stay and were very happy to have had the opportunity to stay there!

Our family had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in this very clean and well organized property. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the view of the mountains off the deck! We also loved the location in Canmore as well…lovely town!
Our only feedback on improvement would be to add blackout shades to the bedrooms as we were woken up early from the light coming through.

We spent a week at Terry's place, as my wife and I celebrate our 40th. Our adult kids joined us, and it was perfect place for 6 adults to have time together, but be able to spread out also.
The check in process was seamless, the place was clean and well stocked, and in a great location.
Would recommend to anybody, and we look forward to a return trip, soon!

The owner communicated promptly, provided plenty of TP, Towels, & loaned us a bike . They even disposed my trash once. But Construction persisted from heavy machines & rolled by all days. Owners' visits to the garage disrupted the 2nd living & 1st floor bedroom w/vibrating noise.
Noise from upstairs tenants' kitchen/patio above our primary bedroom/living disrupted days' peace & nights' sleep. Pounding walking & staircase steps from other units' stairs, scooted chairs were loudly audible, impacting sleep & enjoyment.
After owner notifications, I provided an hour recorded audio file. He responded, "Let me know if the noise continues", "I have contacted the owner who will contact the people in his unit above you. If they don't quiet down please contact me again and I will call the police", "Thank you for your feedback. We'll see what we can do", "I have taken your feedback seriously", and "Your feedback is very helpful". It went unresolved, & will affect future renters since this is a design flaw of the unit unless the owners of the units add wall insulation, upper patio/kitchen rugs etc. This listing should disclose the aforementioned noise from construction, neighbors/unit's thin wall design & noisy owner garage visits (used as storage). The lower bath shower curtain smells rotted & needs replacement. Musty mold permeates the washer & needs sanitation.
Other rentals w/the same/better mountain view/town proximity can provide the sleep & sanity expected at this price.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very comfortable furniture and super comfy beds. Centrally located in the cute town of Canmore, just minutes from a grocery store and the town center with shops and restaurants. Easy 15-minute drive to downtown Banff with tons of shops and restaurants. Easy 25-minute drive to ski resort Banff Sunshine with amazing skiing. We had such a wonderful stay! Until next time, Canada!!

Our family came for a reading week ski trip and we’re very impressed by the townhouse. It had everything we needed and we recognized we were sharing someone’s home. Thank you. As the polar vortex returned! We did not get out as much as planned so truly got to appreciate Terry’s wonderful recreational property. Everyone said they would definitely stay there again.

We had a terrific experience with this rental. Location is excellent - easy to get to off the Highway and and nice quick walk along the path into downtown. The views are also wonderful. The property is very clean, well stocked, and modern and has ample space for a group of adults. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Great space that had all the amenities of home. Clean and spacious, extra warm bedding, and comfortable furnishings. Attention to details with charming decor and added mountain flare. They even had a Christmas tree up, adding to the already great ambiance. Amazing view of the mountains and a central location for our activities. We will be booking here again!

This property is well situated in Canmore with a 20 min drive to Banff. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness was to a high standard and the house was well equipped, especially in the kitchen. It was a relaxing space to live / sleep after a long day out sight seeing and hiking. I would give the property 12/10 and totally recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Canmore and Banff

The property was perfect for our stay. Lots of room for 6 adults. We loved the large deck with a view of the mountains. The deck got hot in the afternoon, due to the sunny hot days, but was perfect in the morning and evenings. Kitchen was very well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the place.

Very good property, especially for tall people
What I like most is parking. Much more convenience than those underground parking in condominium buildings around Canmore. If your group has more than 2 vehicles, you may consider this property. Kitchen is well equipped. You need to bring your own rice cooker if you want to cook rice. If you plan to do some cookings, you may consider bringing your own sharp knives. Other than these two items, this property is perfect for group vacation.

Spacious and comfortable
Our family of six adults gathered here and found it bright, clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The view from the deck is beautiful. The location is handy to coffee shops, restaurants, and it is possible to take a short hike to the Main Street. The condo is across from a main road that during the day is quite noisy and busy but at night we found it very quiet. At the time of our stay, there was construction just beginning next door, but again, noise only during the day and pleasant workers. We all slept soundly. Terry answered my messages promptly prior to arrival. We had a smoke detector beeping in the upstairs bedroom (low battery?) but it stopped within 20 min of our arrival. Terry was informed and I expect the batteries will be refreshed. We had a great stay there and would consider it again if opportunity arose.

The view from the patio is gorgeous. Quick walk to downtown. The condo is very nice but it is time for a deep clean (walls/floors). The smaller bed is not great for an adult. Otherwise, overall happy with our stay.
