Beautiful house on golf course with amazing sunset views
About this house rental
Situated in Nags Head, this lovely house for £219 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located at Milepost 15, in the Baymeadows section of the Village at Nags Head, the house is located on the sound side overlooking the 7th fairway of the golf course with a nice view of the sound. A grocery store and local shopping are within walking distance from the house (one mile) and restaurants and entertainment are only a short drive away. During your stay, you will have access to the Village at Nags Head 'members-only' beach club during the season (Memorial Day- Labor Day). The club has private access to the beach, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, arcade and activities for the kids, showers and a bar/restaurant with great lunches at reasonable prices. You won't need to pack food and haul coolers if you don't want to! . On the ground level of the house you will find an outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off. There is also a closet with beach chairs, beach toys and four bikes for roaming around. On the entry level, you can relax in the master bedroom with a king sized bed and master bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on this level. One has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has a king sized bed. The washer/dryer are located on this level as well as a second full bathroom. All of the bedrooms have TVs and a door out to one of the many decks. On the sunny top level you will find a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home during your stay. Relax in the living room with a 42-inch TV, Stereo/CD, and DVD player. There is also a half bath on this level. Our location is perfect for families. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs up to the golf course. It has a large front deck with four Adirondack chairs and a hammock for relaxing. It has a back deck on both levels with stairs for easy access between the two decks. We are within a short distance of putt-putt, go-carts, beach stores, movie theaters, bowling lanes, and many fabulous restaurants. There are a wide variety of water sports available -- jet skiing, para-sailing, water skiing and kayaking to name a few. For bargain shoppers the Outlet Mall is only one mile away and includes stores such as Ralph Lauren, Coach, Gap, J Crew and many more. The charming town of Manteo is only 10 minutes away and there is also the Wright Brothers Monument, Jockey's Ridge Sand Dunes, North Carolina Aquarium and much, much more for you to visit. Great house, perfect for our family of four, we all fought over the hammock on the deck : ). We vacationed with our two kids (early 20's). We enjoyed staying within the Village of Nags Head, allowing us to park by the beach as well as use of the beachside pool. The house was clean and well appointed and the the owner was incredibly responsive.

My husband and I invited our daughter & her family to spend the week with us. Our grandsons are 4 & 7 yrs old and this house has everything we needed for a fun week. From included access to member facilities that included a beautiful pool & private beach access to a house well-equipped for a young family or a group of adults.
I wasn't initially sure about staying on the bay-side but that quickly became a non-issue. The breezes on both the porch & back deck were perfect respite on a hot day.
And most importantly, Linda is the most responsive Host we've ever experienced! We would not hesitate for a hot minute to recommend being her guest.

My family (husband, 11 year old, & two 10 year olds) and I had an amazing week at the beach. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and has everything that we needed! We loved having access to beach chairs and boogie boards; we went to the pool and to the beach every day. Each day we had a ton of fun and were completely relaxed at the same time. We are ready to go back already!

Had a great week - July 2023 -at this beautiful house! Our host gave great recommendations for restaurants ! This location is so close to all the amenities , food, attractions...and the sunset views are amazing - an easy bike ride or walk down to the gazebo/pier for great pics...we also loved the use of the VBC for pool , snacks, and tasty drinks....only a shuttle away or can drive..very nice! We had a great time and highly recommend ! Our host was great :).

Cozy beach house in a great location near shops, restaurants and activities. Short drive/bike ride to the beach. House was fully stocked to make the stay extra comfortable and came with plenty of beach gear for your use.

We loved our visit to the Outer Banks. The house was clean and comfortable in a nice community. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the option of using the pool at the beach club on days that the ocean was a bit rough for the kids.

The rental property was fantastic. We were impressed with the cleanliness, layout and space. It is set up in a quiet cul de sac and a short walk to the sound to watch the sunset each night. The owner was prompt with communication. We would stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family of 5 and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to shops and tourist activities. We utilized the VBC often during our stay and was just a short drive to the beach! Easy access to the home and had all the amenities we needed! The owner was very easy to work with and provided all the information we needed well in advance so our arrival/departure was seamless. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home on a quiet cul-de-sac & very nice beach club pool closeby
This home in Nags Head was beautiful, beachy, and perfect for our family of 5. (3 adults & 2 teen girls stayed here during summer break in June 2022). The home had plenty of room for the 5 of us, and it is beautifully decorated with lovely updates. We enjoyed the golf course views from the deck off of the living room / kitchen, where you could also see part of the sound. We also enjoyed relaxing on the nice hammock on the front porch. The cul-de-sac that this house is on is very quiet & is surrounded by other beautiful homes. We absolutely loved the beach club pool & beach club restaurant/snack bar that is only a few minutes from this home. The large beach club pool was very clean, and it was so nice being able to walk to the beach from the private beach club entrance. So convenient walking to/from the beach and pool once we were at the beach club. The people at the beach club were very friendly, and the food was tasty from the snack bar. The location of this home was great because it was close to stores, outlet stores, Putt putt, and very good restaurants. It was also wonderful riding bikes in the community along the sound! The sunsets were amazing!! 5 of the 6 bikes that are provided in the home were rideable. The chain of 1 of the bikes was off, so we couldn’t use that bike. With only 5 people staying there, it worked out for us. The bikes were pretty old, & could be updated, just a suggestion. It is a wonderful place to bike ride. The home provides so much: boogie boards, beach chairs etc, but a beach cart would have also been nice to have to haul the beach items. The only other issue really was the washing of our clothes. We noticed some our clothes coming out with rust-ish like stains and attributed it to the water heater in the home, as it did look dated and had rust deposits leaking from the spigot. We notified the owners, and they’ve since replaced the water heater, which is great. The owners’ responsiveness was quick and timely. Unfortunately, some of our clothes were permanently stained/ruined though. We are happy that future renters will not have this happen to their clothes since the owners did replace the water heater right after our stay. It’s great that the problem has been resolved. We would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood, and if we do go back to Nags Head, we’d love to rent this home again. It has everything you need for a fun beach vacation! Thank you so much

Great place and host!
Communication with Linda was prompt, friendly and helpful. Place is lovely and comfortable. The only issue we noted was that some of the detailed cleaning could be improved. Kitchen, living, and outside were amply stocked. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in the Outer Banks
This was our family's first trip to the Outer Banks, NC. This home was a perfect fit for our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids). It was centrally located to attractions and close to shopping as well. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked here several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed which was a nice convenience. Check in instructions were clear and made it very easy. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to this area.

Delightful Dream home
This home is gorgeous and extremely comfortable for all. The home is beautifully renovated and decorated. From the wrap around porch for reading to the upper deck for having morning coffee or viewing the amazing sunset. The open living space allows everyone to gather comfortably together and and the bedrooms are spacious. The owner provides beach chairs and bikes which we really appreciated. The Village Beach Club was close by (we biked there every day) and allows guests to use the pool and beach as well as snacks and bar. I highly recommend this home for your perfect OBX vacation!

Nice stay
This rental is clean and tastefully decorated. I loved having blinds that were easy to raise and lower to block the morning sunlight. So many beach homes don’t have that and it’s not ideal for a restful vacation.
