Summer sizzling Sale additional 20% off remaining open weeks through September This 2 story OCEAN VIEW home is in Award Winning Ocean Lakes. It will sleep 13 guests. Limo cart is available for rental, you must be 21 to operate and follow all ocean lakes rules and regulations. We also accept other forms of Payments as a way to save on credit card fees! The first level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, Family Room (with flat large screen tv, ceiling fans, and access to deck), Full Bath (Tub and Shower Combo), Washer-Dryer, and Queen Bdrm Cable TV and WIFI are included The Queen size bedroom on the main level has a flat screen tv, and ceiling fan Upper Level features 3 Queen Bedrooms all with ceiling fans, and flat screen tv's 5th Bedroom has a Full/Twin Bunk, and a Twin set of Bunks ceiling fan and flat screen tv 2 Full Baths with Tub/shower combos A Gas Grill is included Hot/Cold covered shower under the house So we are able to maintain a high level of quality for our guests, a few simple rules apply: If you’re looking for a place to party, please move onto another property Must be 25 to rent (families) Sorry no fur-babies allowed (feline or canine) No smoking, vaping or drugs permitted Must be 21 to operate the optional golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines) We want you to enjoy your stay and hope that our guests will become our second Ocean Lakes family and will stay with us for years to come. You will be required to purchase your car passes through Ocean Lakes at $15.00 for day, this does INCLUDE all the amenities in the park Ocean Lakes has so much to offer families with a mile of beach and is a 24-hour gated community/resort with all the amenities you will need. * 4 Acre Water Park * 22,000 sq ft of recreation area * Olympic size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, splash zones for the children with mounted squirt guns, and fountains for the children, water slides, lazy river to relax * Basketball court * Shuffleboard * 2 Playgrounds * And not to forget the golf cart parades in the evenings * Daily scheduled activities for all ages in the rec hall (crafts, bingo, arts, and ceramics) * Miniature golf * Grocery store with a gift shop * Stage for karaoke, fire pit and much more * Laundry mat * Several snack bars & Pizza delivery Security is 24/7 and strictly enforced

We had all ages for our family vacation and the house fit our needs completely! Megan answered anytime we needed something. The house got us all great! We will definitely be back!!

My family stayed the weekend and everything was absolutely amazing. And when I need to message the property manger they were quick to respond. I’d recommend this property to anyone.

The floors needed to be mopped, the bathrooms were half way cleaned, & the entire stay we had no cable or WiFi. The complimentary golf cart had flat tires.

My family stayed the weekend and everything was absolutely amazing. And when I need to message the property manger they were quick to respond. I’d recommend this property to anyone.

This was to be a quick family getaway to celebrate my parents 50th as they absolutely love Ocean Lakes and always wanted to stay close to the beach. However, the house leaves a lot to be desired. See issues below:
1) house was not clean. Dishes were dirty and hair in the first floor shower. Live roach found in upstairs bedroom.
2) TVs in 2 of the upstairs back bedrooms did not work.
3) dishwasher smelled like sewage. No water was getting to it when running. Could not use.
4) pillows were very dirty
5) porch screen was torn
6) glass coffee table in the living room was broken
7) There was mold and mildew in the washing machine
We have rented a lot from VRBO and unfortunately this is by far the most disappointing stay. I’m really not sure why we paid such a high cleaning fee when it obviously is not going to good use. I hope this review will ensure these items get corrected for future guests.

The screen of one of the sliding glass doors had 3 holes (one very large). A closest in one of the bedrooms was broken. We really enjoyed the campground.

Enjoyed the trip with family. House was walking distance from beach. The house needs a little TLC. Wish it had a larger deck to enjoy the outside together but space between houses is very close. The owner should spend a weekend in the house then they would see the updates needed.

Everything we easy and fast. It was a great experience working with the home owner. She was very easy to work with and did awesome with giving us info!!!! Highly recommend and will go back.

A great place to spend your vacation
This place was great and very accommodating. We had 8 adults and 2 children with room to move! The access to the beach was within steps! The amenities were also outstanding. A great place to spend your vacation
