Perched with stunning views across Wye River Beach, campsite, the Pub, and arguably the best ocean views in town! Her new design has been inspired by the owners and captures all the old At Wye Eyrie ambiance and feel but this time in stunning high-level construction and finish. With a mid-century modern design, At Wye Eyrie II provides a luxurious beachfront getaway while still welcoming a family-friendly experience with friends. The house is located at the private cul-de-sac end of Iluka avenue with parking for multiple cars. Upon entry, you will be met with vast architectural landscaping and as you enter At Wye Eyrie II you will be consumed by 180-degree views of the ocean and natural bush-lands. As you explore our home you will be delighted with the attention to practical detail and the comfort she offers her guests. Whether it's the easy key-less entry, Bose sound systems in the bedrooms, or an outdoor shower with a view, you won't be disappointed with the new At Wye Eyrie II. The views are so close to the beach you can call the kids in from the rock pools or surf for lunch! Impeccably styled throughout, the whole house has a relaxed coastal vibe mixed with contemporary design and features. The feeling of nostalgic summer holidays as a child, perfectly combined with elements for modern living. Enter the upstairs area into the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen - all featuring stunning ocean views. The full kitchen features a central timber island bench, double electric ovens, an induction cook-top, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). Take in the incredible view from a window seat in a kitchen nook. A great feature is the multipurpose bar/breakfast bench with a window that opens out onto the ocean deck. The lounge is a brilliant mix of a relaxed coastal feel combined with warmth from the timber paneling, soft furnishings, and Cheminees Philippe's dual-opening door wood fire. Smart TV with Bose sound system and NBN Wifi to enjoy movies from the couch looking out at the view. Two queen bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are also on this level. Pet welcome upon request (strictly No cats) Pets are not permitted on furniture in baths or in beds. A pre-authorised bond does apply.

We had problems on our first night as the heating in the house malfunctioned and we had to wear coats beanies and scales inside, the next day ( Sunday) Ellie drove from Apollo Bay to deliver two “bar heaters” and with the fire burning we finally managed to warm the house! Apart from this, the house was very comfortable and a joy to be in. Please note, proper doona covers on doonas would be a real plus instead of sheets being tucked over doona! Aside from these issues, everything was wonderful and my husband, myself and our friens that visited for one night had a lovely time! Our three dogs, Henry, Arki and Cherry were blissed out and adored their time on the “ beachy beach” and by the fire at night!!!

Went for 3 nights for oyr 10th year anniversary and loved it, would definitely go back. The views are amazing and the property was beautiful.
