Its not 5 star hotel, bot good enough for value

Located in perfect place close to bars and beach park, with mini market and groceries around. Quite nice view (we had city towers view). Fridge with “minibar”, great bed. People are friendly.

Major: Situated in the apartment building, no real foie or entrance, you need to enter like from back door were cargo cars are parked and use one lift mostly. Safebox was not connected to the wall Minor: Cleaning is daily but due to the only one cleaning lady is working it is in can be done late after lunch and you continuously ask for towel, soap, toilet paper as they might forget. It would be better to clean every second day but do it better. Design of rooms is special and dark (some lights are not functional), you can like or not but they try to be modern. However the wall near the bed in one room was soft in another our room was wooden with edge upfront to the head and hit it few times when sleep. Also electrical sockets in the middle of pillows looks not safe to me.

I booked room with large double bed and with sofa bed. They charged 50 Lari per night for opening of sofa bed. Breakfast is not good. Some items like look like very old like cakes were useless just kept for display. No other amenities in hotel other than room. Not at all 5 star hotel.

It is not a five star hotel. Breakfast was bad with only few choices.

Quiet sleep, however, there’s an ongoing renovation on the roof top that produced some noice staring at 9am. Didn’t bother us too much though, as we used to leave apparentment early

Impossible to regulate temperature per room, hence, we had to turn down air conditioning because it got too cold in the main room where kids slept. There are only 2 parking places for guest which were never available. Had to park a few blocks away which was fine
