GULF SHORES/ORANGE BEACH: 2013's BEST PLACE FOR A FAMILY ESCAPE voted by Louisiana Magazine! Crystal Towers is a beautiful complex with stunning views of the Gulf. The ground floor has 3 swimming pools: a large outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, a fully-enclosed heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool with a lazy river. This unit is located on the 15th floor allowing for spectacular views of the Gulf and local surroundings, with a balcony. It has direct elevator access to the room for your convenience. The first floor contains a large marble tiled lobby, sauna and fully-equipped fitness room with a heated pool and outdoor pool. A nice grill pavilion is available. Floor two contains the entrance to the beach club, a sitting area, card room and restroom at the beach. There is 24-hour on-site management, security and maintenance. The Tower is located north of West Beach Boulevard and connected to a private beach club located on 100 feet of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach club is accessed from the Tower through the enclosed, air-conditioned walkway over West Beach Boulevard. No worrying about crossing the highway. Families live it. The beach club contains full restroom facilities, the swimming pool has a lazy river and is surrounded by a landscaped wraparound deck with a gated boardwalk leading to miles of Alabama's finest beaches. Nearby is an amusement park, golf course and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Dolphin cruises, parasailing and boating activities are available. Keywords: Condominium

Everything about this condo was amazing!
Communication was excellent! Had everything we needed and then some:) The only thing that could possibly have been better, would have been the bed. Our backs hurt the entire time, but having a clean place, great communication and an amazing view from a large balcony made it worth it! We took some ibuprofen and moved on with our plans for each day:) we understand that ever persons backs are different and you can’t possibly please everyone all the time:) would we stay again? YES! I a heartbeat:) Thank you Kim for everything:) The Sloan’s 2/24

My family and I stayed here for a few nights and it was our first time at this condo. We were really impressed with how clean it was. It even smelled so clean! It's literally right in front of the elevator so it's a quick trip down to the pool and to the beach. Perfect location and the view was amazing. The water and the weather were perfect. We definitely plan on coming back!

It was great! Next door neighbor had a water overflow problem that seeped in to the bathroom and bedroom of ours place. But resolved post haste by owner and maintenance. Very satisfied with this place and owner Kim!

From booking until checking out …everything was great! Good communication from host! Everything was just as it was listed online. Very clean and well stocked. This was our first time staying in this particular unit. We will def be back!! We love Crystal Towers!! Don’t hesitate to rent this unit!

Our room on the 15th floor was immaculate and well-decorated. View was great. The room was quiet and had a large deck overlooking the ocean. Be careful on the wooden deck at the beach as I slipped on the wett stairs and severely injured my back on the last morning.

We had an amazing view and the room was really nice and clean. The pools were clean and we felt safe there. I do have one recommendation. It came a storm the morning we left and we had to load the car in high winds and rain. It would be nice to have a parking garage or something. Under the portico the winds were too high so we parked behind the building but then it started pouring.

This was our second stay in this condo and it did not disappoint. The unit was clean, well stocked and spacious. Kim was responsive and accommodating. We look forward to coming back for another visit soon!

Everything was great. Access to heated pool was nice since it was a little too cold to swim outside. There was always staff to talk with and once our room door didn't quite shut and he knocked on the door to make sure we were ok. Close to restaurants and the beach.

The condo we stayed at was great! Everything was as it showed online. Very clean & decorated nicely with soft towels & comfy beds. The view was beautiful & the pools were well kept & clean.
First time to Alabama gulf shores & it was lovely.
I would highly recommend for families but couples looking for romance might be put off by the amount of kids.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and love it there. The children really enjoyed the large pools and Jacuzzis. Watching the dolphins from the balcony and the closeness of the beach was also wonderful. We really appreciate the fact that Kim text you the door code and the parking pass and wrist bands are waiting in the condo for you, so much nicer that fighting to check into others we have stayed at. The condo was very clean. We all had a wonderful time and plan on returning.

We absolutely loved this place. Typically stay right on beach. Loved all the city lights and the ocean view......the moon bounced off the sea everynight beautifully.

The condo complex was awesome, multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Condo was decorated well and incredibly comfortable and check in was streamlined to just an email with our door code! We could not have asked for a cleaner or better experience!

We love Crystal Towers and have stayed there before in a different unit. This was a new owner who wasn’t very easy to communicate with. Make sure you get your second parking pass well in advance from her as it was a big mess to do so on our way in to town. There seems to be poor communication between owner and pass provider. Also the beds were awful.
The up side, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens. It was clean and fairly comfortable furniture.

We loved this condo and Kim was great to answer all questions and accommodate us as she could! We will definitely be back for another stay! We love gulf shores and this has been by far our favorite place we have stayed! I can not say enough about this property!

Our family of 4 was very impressed by this property. It was so clean and well kept that it felt like we were the first guests to stay! The space fit our family nicely, the location was great, and the building/pools were also very clean and well kept. The condo included everything we needed, and had a beautiful view of the Gulf. We will definitely be rebooking for future stays.

I did not get to go because of husband’ s cancer surgery, but my grandson and his family. Rain every day so trio was cut short 2 days. They said the condo was excellent.

As a family of 4 with two kids, this place was amazing. Clean and gorgeous living area. Easy walk to the beach using the walkway. Kids loved the pools and hottubs to relax in after a day at the beach. Perfect location to restaurants and shops as well. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.

Very nice property with an amazing view! The bridge to cross the street was excellent. The larger hot tub was closed down on our last night there, but luckily there are two so we just went to the other pool for a while. The indoor pool was also closed one day. There were plenty of restaurants and shops close by, some that we were able to walk to. My only suggestion, with the amount of money we paid to stay there, would be to leave a couple more rolls of toilet paper and a few more dishwasher soap packs as we did have to go buy more. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely recommend this place. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had a parking pass issue.

Perfect location
We absolutely loved this property. The Crystal Towers location was fantastic for families especially with small children. The condo was clean, spacious and exactly what our family needed. Everything in the area was convenient to access and we loved our beach views. We will definitely be back.
