This beautiful beach front property is located in Palm Beach on the West End of Galveston. Vista Grande is on the beach front and has the largest unobstructed view on West Beach. This property is a great place for families or couples looking for a weekend, week, or month to relax. After having fun on the beach all day, you can relax on the deck and watch the beautiful Gulf of Mexico directly in front of you on a spacious deck. We have a charcoal BBQ pit to cook the days catch. In the evening, sit on the deck , enjoy the ocean breeze while looking at the beautiful stars above. If a movie is in order, we have ATT&T wifi, TVs with DVDs, and satellite cable. This makes for great entertainment for the kids while the parents relax on the front deck. Free hi speed wifi is provided by AT&T. Our location gives you quick access to all the major restaurants and shopping to meet your needs. We have a full kitchen and all the amenities you will need to have a great time on the Beach. We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home! The breathtaking ocean views, comfortable accommodations, and the soothing sound of waves made it a truly memorable experience. The host was incredibly hospitable, and the property's proximity to the beach made it a perfect retreat. The loft does not have exceptionally tall ceilings, but our teenager did not mind a retreat that was all his own and there were lots of amazing caution signs! The pizza pans and air bake oven capabilities help you make amazing pizza! A plethora of coffee cups and an option for a Keurig, or a brewed coffee pot started our day off right every day! Also I am not sure where the deck furniture came from but the high chairs help you avoid the railing and are exceptionally and surprisingly comfortable… to top it off there are thick cushions for every chair. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing and rejuvenating seaside getaway.

It’s a fairly small, but well laid out and well maintained first row house. Porches are great and directly overlook the beach about 25 yards away. Plenty of good deck seating. It’s just a 10 minute walk to Galveston State Park.

Everything was clean, good pots and pans we cooked allot. We walked, enjoyed the sunset and sunrise walk to beach perfect.
The upstairs twin beds were a bit hard to get to - the ceiling is low and people can not be too tall or over weight it is meant for children or adults not over weight or over 5'7''.

A wonderful, well-equipped house right on an uncrowded beach. We've stayed there a few times, and the only problem we had was quickly resolved. Terry's great to work with.

The views and easy beach access are the best parts of this property. We visited the beach multiple times a day and were able to take breaks during the hottest parts of the day by walking back to the house.
Communication with the host was excellent. He was so kind and was available to answer any questions we had and even sent over a maintenance worker to repair a clogged sink during our stay.
The accommodations are ok. The house was mostly clean upon our arrival, except for sand on the floors. It's a beach house, so I understand that it's challenging to keep the floors clean. I just didn't enjoy having sand on my feet for our whole stay. The other issue was bugs. Again, I understand that it's a beach house, and it's hard to keep all the insects out, but having ants crawling all over our laundry was kind of gross. We later found ants in our car as we were driving home. I also saw tiny spiders on the kitchen counters while I was cooking, despite trying to keep a tidy kitchen during our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and stay, but I would probably not stay at this house again.

Can’t beat staying right on the beach. Really makes the trip so much easier and enjoyable when you can set up for the day right in front of the house. Property was very clean and communication with Paul was easy and prompt. We would certainly come back again.

Very nice property, deck overlooking the ocean. Paul was great also, texted with a problem with the lock and they took care of it. Our family had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean at least twice a day sometimes 3.

The location was unbeatable and the property was exactly as advertised. Clean as a whistle and very comfortable. The deck was perfect for enjoying the ocean view!

This home is spectacular and perfect for a great getaway. The home is beautiful and so clean when we arrived. It had everything !!!!!! The beach is right there...... I mean on the beach. You can hear the waves inside and out. The patio is exquisite and has comfortable perfect seats and lounge chairs. The owner is so wonderful and welcoming before we arrived . Everything was perfect and we didn't want to leave. My fur babies loved it too!!!!!!!! We will absolutely stay there again and thanks for all the helpful information you gave us before arriving. . Paul’s house was exactly as described. It suited us and our friends perfectly. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It had a great and I mean great!, deck and view. We loved the big wooden chairs with cushions and spent a great part of our time sitting with a drink or 2 😉 just gazing at the ocean and the few people and dogs that passed our way. Our little, old dogs liked it too. Of course we made the easy trip to Galveston a few times for some yummy seafood and shopping and we discovered ‘our kind of place’ at Venado’s/ Uncle Buck’s Cantina/Bar, just 2 quick miles west, in Jamaica Beach. There we made friends with locals and had a high old time with them, watching the Astros beat the Yankees, twice!! All while consuming yummy food and margaritas! Didn’t want to leave and we will be back!

The property was the cleanest I have seen in a long time...updated, beautiful and everything worked just as it should. The location is BEYOND amazing...INCREDIBLE views of the gulf from the deck, and just steps from the water. The owner was very communicative and helpful as well! Thank you, Paul, for welcoming us and our pets for a wonderful, restful vacation with a MILLION DOLLAR view!

This is a great house and location. The loft is super unique and great for little kids. We brought a sound machine and they slept great even as we watched TV and hung out after their bed time. Paul was very helpful and communicative! Great restaurants within a short drive as well. Zero complaints and enjoyed the location even more than the pics had me thinking.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting the Galveston area for the first time. The property is in a quite location right on the beach. far enough away from the crowds yet still close enough to run into town at anytime.

We loved our days at Vista Grande! It was right on the beach and the beach in front of the house was almost a private beach with so few people on it. The house was clean and well-appointed. Highly recommend!

We were able to celebrate a full Thanksgiving dinner for 8. We had a great time building sand castles on the beach. If we come back to Galveston, this is where we would like to stay.

Beautiful house and view. 3rd bedroom only enclosed with a curtain. Deck needs some repairs not safe for children. Loft has very low ceiling fit for kids only.

This house was perfect for our family. We loved being right on the beach. It was easy access for my mom who is 79. She could come to the beach or sit on the deck. The carport area was great for grilling and playing corn hole on the rainy days!! Can’t wait to stay at this house again. Paul was always quick to answer my questions. We loved our time at Galveston!!

We stayed 6 nights and had a wonderful time. Property was emaculate. Looked like it had been newly renovated. Our favorite activity was sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and people on the beach. The beach was so close to the rental you could feel it at times. Excellent deck chairs and beach chairs. Property had everything you would need. We hope to return next summer.

This is definitely our best family trip to Galveston. Staying by the see, relaxing on the patio, walking and playing soccer on the beach,... what else can you ask for? The house was well equipped and was very clean. The communication with Paul was easy and fast and the check-in was convenient. Both kids and adults had a great time. We will definitely be back. Location of this property is a gem! Loved the cleanness and prompt responses of the property manager. Will absolutely come back.PS: Checkout is at 10am and there is a $50 charge for extended checkout per hour. Had to pay that because of not knowing checkout time ahead in time. So keep that in mind.

If you are looking for a Peaceful Stay, This house will not disappoint. Very clean. Location is quiet, and directly on the beach. Inside is all updated, polished and coastal vibe, new floors, comfy furniture, two great super clean bathrooms, spacious living area and dining room, New Appliances worked great. Beds are all comfy! with High Quality bedding. (My favorite) Huge windows for a Beautiful Ocean view! Large Deck perfect for sunrises & sunsets. Very kid friendly, was perfect for our Family of 5. Owner is super friendly, helpful. Thanks Paul
