Our home is approximate 2200sf and has 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (all on second floor) and a first floor bedroom (not en-suite) and a first floor powder bathroom. It is 3/4 miles to Oak Bluffs Center (15 minute walk), 1.2 miles to Inkwell Beach, 1.5 miles to Farm Neck. You can also view the video in YouTube by searching "Visit Dot's House."** Detailed Description: First Floor The main floor includes a spacious, fully equipped, kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances and Quartz counters. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which has a large table with seating for 10 (plus 4 additional stools at the kitchen island). Off the kitchen is a large screened-in porch as well as a patio with a gas grill. The screened porch has two ceiling fans for added comfort and 4 porch rockers. There is a picnic table in the back yard that comfortably seats 10. The living room is off of the dining room and has a 65" Smart TV with large sectional couch. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed off the living room and a first floor powder room. Second Floor Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer and linen closet. The 1st Primary bedroom has a Queen bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and claw foot bathtub. The bedroom also features a private balcony with seating for two. The second primary bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has 3 Twin XLs, and a private bathroom with large walk-in shower (this bathroom also has a door to the main hallway). Guests have use of the entrie house with exception of the Primary bedroom closet. Two other full closests are available in the other nearby bedrooms and hooks are available in the primary bedroom. We had an amazing stay at Dot’s house - it was so clean and comfortable and had so many nice touches for those with kids! There were books, beach toys, and kid plates, cups etc that were especially appreciated. The screened in porch was delightful for sitting in the evenings. We loved all of the host’s tips and with the shortcut path found it to be a quick walk into town. We hold love to stay here again!

Exactly as advertised. Very clean four bedroom house. Large kitchen and dining area made family meals and game nights fun. We would definitely stay at Dot’s House again! Our only very minor comment would be to maybe add a free standing clothes rack in the main bedroom. The main suite closet was locked (which is totally understandable) but it would’ve been nice to be able to hang some of our clothes in the room. The overall experience was wonderful! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Liz’s home. The house was just like the photos if not better in-person. We were pleasantly surprised by the family of deers that visited us in the morning. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about the great sleep they got each night. All felt very relaxed by the end of our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is amazing. Liz and her family have all of the amenities you'd need for a stay with family and friends. Beach chairs, bikes for the whole family, and games. The location is perfect for walks into Oak Bluffs and near all the great beaches. The screened-in porch is the go-to for morning coffee. Washers, AC, appliances, and TVs are all modern and top-notch. Couldn't reccomend this house more.

A gem! Comfortable and clean with attractive and sturdy furnishings (we had kids), with beach toys, adult and children’s books, fully stocked kitchen and modern appliances. Porches, basement space and outdoor seating provided private time or group gatherings as desired. Outdoor grill and umbrella, allowed us additional savings on home cooked meals. Would definitely book again, looking forward to a future stay.

This was our first trip to Martha's Vineyard and it was wonderful. This rental was as good or better than any I have stayed in as Liz's house provided every amenity needed. Not only is the house amazing, the access to games, beach chairs and towels made packing easier. We enjoyed all the interior and exterior spaces fully and loved the location. But even more helpful were Liz's recommendations. She was so helpful and easy to reach. Can't say enough and we hope to come back next year.

Perfect spot for 3 couples to get away and run the half marathon. Every couple had their own bathroom, location was great, and the place was immaculate. I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling to Martha’s Vineyard. It had everything you need and more!

This is the second summer that I have gone to this property with my daughter and friends. They were able to enjoy walks and shopping while working remotely and as soon as they were able they hit the beaches. The Vinyard is always magical, and this was truly a wonderful vacation.

We have stayed in a few homes in Oak Bluffs over the years. You will not be disappointed. The home is updated, clean, with plenty of bikes, beach chairs, fishing rods, games, etc. Anything you can think of, this house offers. It is even kid friendly with attachments to bikes, kid friendly plates, cups, and games. I highly recommend this home and our guest inquired if we could stay at this house again next year. Everyone was satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality and quick responses.

Liz's home was fantastic! Everything you could possibly want or think of was available. Following Liz's instructions we were able to get back and forth to the center of town via foot or bike in no time. Even my 81 year old mother was able to make the walk. The house was clean, and thoughtfully furnished - just like the pictures. We spent lots of time reading on the closed in porch and picnicking in the backyard. I am absolutely going to book this gem again.

Highly recommend staying at Dots House. The property is absolutely fantastic and has all the amenities you could think of. Liz's recommendations for food and things to do were on point. We went to a couple of the restaurants she recommended and had a great time/ate delicious food. The location is perfect as it is close to downtown. Thanks again Liz for all your attention to detail. We had a great time despite the rainy weather!

This was our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard and we stayed in Liz’s gorgeous house. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The pictures of the house are beautiful, but the house is even better in person. There is plenty of space for everyone, but the lovely open floor plan makes it easy to all hang out together. The location is so convenient to the ferry terminal and many restaurants, etc. Liz has thought of everything and was so kind and quick to respond to any message. This was definitely one of my favorite properties we have ever rented. Loved it! Thank you, Liz!

The property was better than advertised. It was fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Everything was in first class order and very clean. The only thing to be aware of is that the water heater is on demand, which means you may have to wait several minutes for hot water to flow from the tap. This was duly noted in the materials about the property.
