Just what we expected

We travel to the CDA area frequently to visit family. We loved this home! It had everything we needed for a long stay; lots of towels, extra bedding, a very well stocked kitchen. The home itself is beautiful and spotless. There were cute decorations for the 4th and homemade cookies! And Dennie was so kind to bring us extra propane for the grill. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Dennie was easy to communicate with from the start. When my family got to the house everything was comfortable, furnished, well stocked and Dennie was readily available with any questions. I love when VRBO houses think of all the little things. This owner/home did that. Easy in and out of a secure, gated neighborhood. A fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again!

The house exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do justice to the cleanliness and attention to detail that this home has. Dennie has thought of anything you may need during your stay! The location was perfect: 5-20 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. It was peaceful and relaxing, and I would highly recommend this home!!

Spectacular House
We’ve stayed at this property twice now, and both times have been amazing. Good location, quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean and comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. Every detail is taken care of perfectly. Hopefully we can stay here again on future visits to the area.

We had an amazing time at the property. We stayed here for a week during my childrens spring break at school. The house was set up great for my 2 year old. The house is very spacious and wonderful. The neighborhood is beautiful. We went for a walk around the bike path along the golf course and to the nearby park and had a great time.

Wonderful Hostess, Beautiful Home, Great Location
The stay exceeded all of our expectations. Dennie is a wonderful hostess and goes way out of her way to make you feel at home. Her home is fully furnished and beautiful. It includes all of the amenities you could possibly need. All you need to bring is your cloths. food and be prepared for a great time. The kitchen is fully stock with every pan, dish, utensil, small appliance, etc. you would ever need. There are four flat screen TV’s with cable, WiFi, outdoor patio furniture, a BBQ and plenty of recreational toys. It’s in a great location, close to restaurants and shops, with easy access to lakes, golf courses, bicycling, kids fun zone, etc. Don’t think twice, make the reservation and plan on having an awesome time.

Great House, Very Comfortable
This house exceeded all of our expectations. The owner was incredibly friendly and had every detail covered. The house was immaculate, and seemed to have everything. All we needed to do was show up with our clothing and food. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed for cooking, plus we used the outdoor grill a few times. The bedrooms and family room were very comfortable, and we felt like we were at home. Very quiet neighborhood and the kids were able to play in the yard and have fun.
I was so mad at myself when I realized a few hours after we had departed that we had forgotten to empty the refrigerator of our food items. The house was so great that I felt bad creating extra work for the owner having to throw away the food we had forgotten.

Perfect Biking Getaway

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! AMAZING PLACE!!
This was by far the best place we have ever stayed at! From the location to the house itself, everything was absolutely wonderful. The information provided leading up to the trip was perfect and Dennie's hospitality upon arrival (waiting for us at the house, spending time walking us through the property and giving us information on the area and fresh baked, homemade cookies) was above and beyond.
The house was immaculate - highly doubt we will ever stay in as wonderful as a place as this.

Comfy Home Away From Home
Our family of 3 stayed here for 5 days while we checked out the Hayden/CDA area. The house is in a small gated community which felt safe and cozy. We even had a few deer visitors!
Dennie met us at check in, showed us around, baked us fresh cookies, and answered all of our questions.
Renting this VRBO is like staying at a relative's house for vacation. It was comfortable and had EVERYTHING you find in your own well stocked home. This is not a flashy modern VRBO- it is a home. The surrounding area is great- close to the golf courses and Honeysuckle Beach. We explored all day and then came home at night, cooked dinner, and relaxed.
We hope to be back sometime soon.

Pleasant Stay
Dennie was very kind and thoughtful. The house was clean, child proof and relaxing. There were plenty of linens and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice area, gated community. Easy access to highways and shopping, food etc.

The homeowner asked if she could decorate for Easter and our kids were thrilled with the many thoughtful decorations, candy and even newspaper clippings of local Easter activities for kids! Fresh baked cookies were on the counter when we arrived along with a thoughtful gift, and the owner delivered homemade fudge halfway during our stay. The home was spotless and comfortable with every thoughtful touch you could imagine. Extra diapers, a sleeping mask, slippers, ample towels, a nice gas grill with outdoor seating, well-stocked kitchen, and on and on. It was a special place that we can’t wait to come back to soon. It’s centrally located and convenient to everywhere. The home is in a gated community with other nice homes. We had deer visit and heard birds chirping. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

Great Overall Lodging Plus Nice Small Touches!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The house was safe, attractive, and well laid out, with plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. All our needs to feel at home were stocked, both throughout the house and in the kitchen. Owner was very personable, and went out of her way to make anyone staying there feel extra welcome. We appreciated her many unexpected touches, like a heated mattress pad, candies by the door, and a handwritten welcome card. We'll definitely return the next time we're in the area!

Great home in a perfect location
The home is a perfect place to meet with family and friends in a great quiet location. The living area is the perfect setup in today's distance conscience climate. We had the opportunity to meet with family and friends while keeping a safe distance. The home has a great fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen that would make anyone comfortable. The homeowner was very responsive and the house was exceptionally clean. Next time we come back to Hayden we will look this place up. The only downside was the master bed was so comfortable my wife wants us to buy a new one :)
