This home and property are in a great location, walking distance to many great spots. The host was very nice and responsive. This property needs to be professionally cleaned. Starting in the kitchen. The fridge and freezer where nasty. Hair and dirt at the bottom, I had to leave my food in plastic bags. The coffee maker was dirty and had old coffee left in the pot, I cleaned it. The toaster was also filthy, I cleaned that too. After taking a shower and walking on the bathroom floor the bottom of my feet had hair and dirt all over them. My sons slept upstair and said the same about their bathroom floor. The grill needs to be thrown away, it's corroded and has seen its day. Having said all this we still had a great time on the island.

This house is amazing. Modern kitchen that is beautiful. Everything you need for wonderful time on the island. We will be back!!

Buddies and I were very impressed. Home is charming, well kept, modern amenities, spacious good layout. Big yard out back, lots of privacy. Couple hours in you feel like its your own place!

Loved this house and the island. Close to town yet far enough away to escape the nightlife. So many things to do at the house, we played horseshoes and volleyball and had marshmallows around the campfire. We could walk downtown it was perfect. Thanks we will be back!
