Just 1 mile to the lake, trails, or Golf at Suncadia Resort. Snowmobile, bike or hike into miles of maintained trails from your backyard. Enjoy Swimming during the Summer at the Roslyn Ridge Pool Facility! This is a fantastic area to enjoy snow activities, such as sledding, snowmobiling and outdoor ice skating! Explore all the recreational activities this area has to offer! The upstairs Master has a King Bed, Twin Bed, and a private bathroom. The 1st Bedroom on main floor has a Queen Bed and the 2nd Bedroom as a Twin over a Twin Bunk Bed, and a Twin Bed with a pull out Twin Trundle underneath (a total of 4 Twin Beds). There's also a full bathroom on the main floor. The cabin is equipped with a flat screen TV, basic Cable, and DVD. In the Garage there is an XBox Gaming Station, an extra dining table, and a spare fridge. It's a great spot for the kids to hang out and enjoy themselves. Ridge Crest Chalet is an inviting and relaxing venue! The kitchen boasts full slab granite and is fully stocked with basic essentials! Out back you'll find a relaxing fire pit area and a gas BBQ. During the Winter you may snowmobile directly from the cabin to over 100 miles of groomed snowmobile trails with big views of the Cascade Mountains. There's great areas for the kids to sled within Roslyn Ridge! This cabin comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, a private facility! This FUN facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment. Just a short walk from the cabin. Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend through mid June on Weekends only and everyday through Mid June through mid September.

We arrived to the home in the middle of an incredible snowy winter to find the fireplace burning and some fun music playing. It was a very inviting atmosphere. Although the house is in the middle of a housing development, it felt more like a luxury cabin in the woods. It was cozy, comfortable and inviting. Management was wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen did lack some essentials. Very few essential condiments (salt,pepper, tin foil) so make sure to bring everything you need to make meals.COuld also use a few more frying pans.

Nice area. Inside the home needs updating. The carpet and floors are not clean. I wore socks because my feet were turning black then my socks looked black. Very old bedding.

We had a great weekend stay here, the neighborhood of Roslyn Ridge is fantastic. This specific house wasn't as updated (furnishings, decor, or TV/tech) as others, but it did the job. Nice grill, hot tub, and the AC was a must! I'd suggest new dinnerware (plates) they were SO heavy and big, also maybe better quality paper towels, and having Salt and Pepper, oil for guest use- as there was none.

The house in Suncadia is gorgeous and the surrounding community is a relaxing place to wind down. Everything was clean, organized,and ready for the guests.i highly recommend this location for comfortable and fun stay in Suncadia.

The house was well equipped for two families with 5 kids. The hot tub and fire pit were great features. The living room was comfortable for everyone to relax and for the kids to play. As other reviews have stated, the kitchen was spacious but needs the pots and pans replaced. There are no scissors, tin foil, or ziplock bags available. The stove top is electric and the pans don’t lay flat, making it difficult to cook efficiently. The extra game room is out in the unheated garage so prepare for that if you are visiting in the winter. We took daily walks around the neighborhood and down to the playground which was fun for the kids. Overall, we had a great stay and I think if the kitchen items were updated, this would be a 5-star rental house!

Our stay at Roslyn Ridge far exceeded our expectations! The property was exactly as expected and portrayed on the site. The neighborhood was VERY quiet and remote. There were a LOT of options for adventure in the area with snowmobiling being the biggest draw right out the door. However, we spent a couple days on Snoqualmie at Summit and had a blast. The drive was relatively short and manageable at only 35 minutes door to door.
I think the most impressive part of the entire experience was how seamless it was with the app. Everything was very clearly laid out, instructions were simple to follow, and questions could be asked right from the app. It was amazing, no searching my email for codes or directions.
Overall, it was an epic adventure and I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking for the blend of a quiet remote neighborhood and access to winter adventure!

We had an amazing time at this cabin. Perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow. Played board games and danced to music. I would definitely come back again next year.

Great beds at this rental! (The king bed is high,bring step stool if you're short 😄) Very basic kitchen (only salt and pepper) Bring outdoor chairs,there are only 2 chairs there. Nice big outdoor table. Great hot tub.Don't plan on watching any local live is Hulu streaming,so not cable.

Could not have been happier with our experience at this home. We spent a long weekend here and did not want for anything. 5 minute drive to Lake CleElum, where we played soccer and football on the beautiful sandy beach and floated in the warm water. Also, a 5 min drive into the cute town of Roslyn for shopping, great food and an amazing Sunday Farmers Market.
There is a ton of privacy, particularly in the backyard, the kids were able to play music, cornhole (we brought our own set) and get in the hot tub without worry of disturbing our neighbors.
There is also a kids lounge in the garage with an Xbox, couches and an extra fridge.
The house was spic and span and had every utensil and appliance we needed. Beds were comfortable, I was a little anxious of not traveling with my own pillow but slept like a baby
Communication between us and All Seasons rentals was fantastic. We had zero questions or needs that were not met.
We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

The pros were that the house was clean and tidy. There was a nice gas fireplace in the living room. The cons were that the hot tub was not turned on and took the entire night to heat up. They have overly excessive cleaning instructions for paying a cleaning fee. I probably wouldn't book this house again.

Beautiful tranquil getaway
The perfect location that is close to everything that the towns of Roslyn and resort of Suncadia have to offer. The amenities, appliances, accomodations were all wonderful. Communication with the property management was quick and easy. The hot tub was awesome!

We loved our weekend at this chalet! I love that I can expect a similar level of quality and cleanliness when I stay at an All Seasons rental. We stayed in a house with this same layout last year but liked this one even better. Our 4 kids loved sleeping on the bunks/trundle all in one room and I loved that it did not have a TV in it. We loved the big table so we can all eat together or play games. My kids love sitting at the bar. It was a super snowy weekend but the roads and driveway were all plowed. Our little guys loved the jetted tub bath and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The staff is always super responsive and communicates promptly.

Home was clean and fully functional. It was well decorated with a cozy cabin experience. Extra amenities were provided for my child, such as kids plates, silverware, and even a doll house. Home was perfect. Only small gripe is that property management company sent a dozen separate emails about the property; some did not apply. Would be very helpful if all details about rental, access, care, and clean-up were in one simple email specific to the property. We’ve stayed here twice now within the last 6 months and had no problems. The house is very clean, cozy, with spacious rooms and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised the house was decorated with Christmas decorations this time around and it made it feel more homey. The neighbors are very friendly. I would say for future visitors staying in the winter we came in the evening with heavy snow fall and the driveway is at a steep slant. We parked our SUV with the emergency break on and it still slid down the driveway. They leave you snow shovels and road salt. So i would say shovel before you park, but the next day while we were out someone was nice enough to plow the rest of the driveway which was nice to come back to. My family and I would definitely come back again.

Great house for a weekend getaway!
House was great, clean and lots of amenities. It is close to town and the lake. Lots of space for kiddos to play inside and out. Would recommend!

We loved our most recent stay! It was a comfortable home with access to the community pool which was a highlight for us! We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. This house is very close to the lake and pool. The only thing that was disappointing was in the pictures on line show the room with the bunks has a double bed on bottom and a twin bunk on top. This is not the case. They are all twin beds. Unfortunately one of our couples had to sleep in separate twin beds. Also the twin bed in the little alcove in the upstairs bedroom is deceiving on line. It looks like it has it’s own little area not sharing the master bedroom. I would suggest updating on line photos. Other than that we had a fantastic time and house was very comfortable

Roland stay
We had a great time. This house is very close to the lake and pool. The only thing that was disappointing was in the pictures on line show the room with the bunks has a double bed on bottom and a twin bunk on top. This is not the case. They are all twin beds. I also had to wash every dish before my family used them because they weren’t thoroughly cleaned before someone put them away. The BBQ is also in dire need of a cleaning (way too greasy). Three windows were left unlocked (I checked before my children went to bed). The Activity Center requires reservations for 2 hour slots, so you’ll pay $10 a person for 2 hours of use each day you opt to use the facility, pretty pricey after considering the already steep rental fee. ASVR rentals makes the process simple and easy (my 3rd time renting with them).
