About this cabin rental
This home is next door to our popular 4BR/3bath vacation home: 13 Witchhazel (https://www.vrbo.com/459304) which can be rented to accommodate larger groups. These homes are located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Sunriver, Oregon. Both homes have been renovated and have new everything! New flooring, new windows, new doors, new appliances and installation of central heat, air and a hot tub. We have a strict NO PET Policy and NO, we do not make exceptions, sorry! In the great room there is a 48 inch flat screen TV with Free Netflix and Amazon Prime, a blu-ray DVD player and WiFi. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new master bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a twin daybed with trundle to sleep 4. A new deck was installed April 2018. When you rent this home, 8 SHARC passes are included. *** Due to staffing shortages and/or poor air quality during the summer: the SHARC may not be operating at full capacity. Please check the SHARC website :(https://www.sunriversharc.com) before your stay for the latest information on hours of operation/closures and be prepared to be flexible! **** This home is located off Cottonwood road and Beaver drive and is central to all that Sunriver has to offer: The SHARC recreation center, tennis courts, Golf courses, Sunriver Village, miles of biking trails and rafting on the Deschutes River and is a quick 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor.

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Great setup for 2 kids room on one side of the house and master on other side. The hot tube was great and worked amazingly. Looked like no neighbors were home so we basically had the entire loop to ourselves. No bikes there so take your own bikes.

This home was perfect for our 3-night stay in Sunriver. We enjoyed the SHARC passes and the hot tub. The kids enjoyed the toys in the bedroom closet, and the layout was perfect for two adults and 4 kids, with the primary suite on one end of the home and the two kids bedrooms on the opposite end. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, as well as some pantry staples like salt, pepper and coffee filters. The door code was easy to use to access and lock the home. The location was great! Not too far from a bike path, and nice and quiet. It was a 15 minute walk to the Fort Rock playground, a 6 minute drive to the SHARC, and a 6 minute drive to the Village. The home was clean and came with sufficient towels for the showers and for the SHARC. The washer and dryer came in handy, as did the a/c. Several deer greeted us in the backyard shade as we arrived. Overall, a great home for a family of 6 in Sunriver!

The house is in a great spot; fairly private and close to everything. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There are a few items that need attention like the missing toilet seat cover, broken fridge drawer and missing floor molding at the entrance. Overall the home is clean and comfortable EXCEPT the beds. We left a night early because the beds were soooo uncomfortable that none of us could sleep well. I literally tried every bed in the house and the only one that was sorta comfortable was the bottom bunk. Upgrade the beds and we would certainly be back.

It appears that the toilet seat lid was broken in the main bathroom (not the master) . We tried to fix with super glue but not sure it will hold

We had a great extended weekend trip with extended family. Having access to the SHARC was awesome and made for a great day of pool fun! Can't wait to plan another trip to Sunriver in the future!

Perfect vacation rental!
Our family of 4 just spent a week at Sunriver and felt so lucky we found this rental! The back patio is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. The house was cute, spacious, clean and had lots of thoughtful touches! I would definitely stay here again!!

Nice house, clean and well maintained. All the usual amenities provided, everything as advertised in the listing. Not huge, and no garage (not that we've ever used the garage at a rental), but it fit our family reunion of six adults and two kids. We'd stay there again.

Relaxing stay at simple home in private location
The house met the needs of the two couples staying there. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the very private back deck and hot tub. The bed in the master bedroom is in need of being replaced or turned. It was surprising to us that no bureaus or shelves were available in the bedrooms so we were living out of our suitcases for our three night stay.

The place was perfect for our family of four. We have two daughters ages 6 and 2 and there were great options for sleeping and a few toys. The decor was kid-friendly, so we could relax. The property owner was very responsive with one issue that was no fault if the owner. Will definitely stay again.

I love how the master bedroom is separated from the other rooms. The morning walks and the hot tub are very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time in here. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. We woke up with stiff neck and back pain every morning.
