The house and views were great.
The house was great, the Wi-Fi was not good and could not connect multiple devices and stay connected on the wi-fi. TV in living room did not work (one Roku device was in the bedroom) so multiple tv's were not usable.

Great place, awesome view, quite neighborhood. If I had one complaint it would be that the shower is a little small for all of me lol.. but I would definitely stay here again

Very nice place. Great views! The hosts were very helpful and solved a small problem that arose. Great access to all the sights we wanted to see. Plenty of room. Great deck on the back. I would suggest that maybe softer chairs in dining room and bar. Us older folks can't be comfortable in metal chairs. Would definitely recommend this place. They were very quick to refund our deposit money.

We were the first renters of this house. It was recently renovated and the house is nice, very clean and comfortable. The ac went out on the lower floor while we were there, but the owners were quick to get a repairman out. Christine was very helpful and accommodating from planning to responding to emails once we arrived. The wifi was in and out while we were there and seemed to be linked to the weather. It rained several of our days which kept us inside. We made the most of it with games and cooking. There was only one tv so the kids used it mostly leaving the adults to find other fun. It was okay with me, but if you need your TV know that there is only one in the house. The dock was lovely and we enjoyed kayaking and fishing right off the dock. Know that the dock for the house is the nice one to the right not the one directly behind the house. It was a quick 25 minutes to either Jeckyl Island or St. Simond Island. Both were lovely though we spent more time on St. Simond. The beach access was less of a walk there vs. Jeckyl. We got some great fish from Poteet one of the nights. It would be a nice touch for future renters to have a folder of recomended take out menus, resturants, places to visit and hacks for the house such as wifi pswd ect. The updated furnishings and decorations were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestions I have are additional tvs, additional pillows for the beds, a tea kettle, a pitcher for drinks and a blender or food processor. We really like to cook since my husband is a chef otherwise we would have been fine with the kitchen items provided. My husband loved the grill and large kitchen. Pantry and bar areas were a plus as well. Thanks for a lovely stay and your kindness and promptness. It was great to explore a new area.
