Aloha and welcome to Maui. This gorgeous 3BR/3BA condo is oceanfront. Hokulani #350 is among the very finest 3 bedroom condos in the entire resort. It is one of the select OCEAN FRONT residences that are considered Ali'i condos-fit for royalty. This 3rd floor, resort front condo offers sweeping majestic views over the manicured resort grounds and pools to Ka'anapali Beach and beyond. Look down to the pools, waterslide, and beach below. Enjoy the pulse and activity of the resort. The magnificent vistas extend over the beach and the Auau and Kalohi Channels to the islands of Lanai and Molokai beyond. The sunsets are spectacular all year around from the spacious 560 sq. ft. lanai. Full outdoor kitchen on the lanai features Viking BBQ, outdoor refrigerator, and sink. Watch whales frolic in season directly from the lanai and condo. Watch and listen to the waves. This condo offers a superb location. #350 Hokulani overlooks the waterfall pool and waterslide. All the pools at the resort are visible from our spacious L shaped lanai. Dine on the lanai or inside the condo. The beautiful kitchen offers all Viking appliances and includes a separate wine refrigerator. All granite counter tops and full granite backsplash add to the gorgeous refined feel. The walls of folding Nana doors can be opened and the lanai space can be incorporated seamlessly into the living area. This condo also has surround sound throughout the condo. The bedrooms are separated from the main living area which provides added privacy. There is a large master suite with an extravagant bathroom which includes a free standing soaking tub. Farzie was an amazing owner to work with! She was responsive, accommodating, and very helpful during our two-week stay during Christmas. The condo was very clean, open and airy, well supplied and quiet. The property is just as pretty in person as it is in the photos. I loved the fact that each of our kids had their own bedroom and restroom. We were all able to spread out nicely and relax in the living room together without feeling crowded. The location could not be beat! We were easily within a short drive to anything we wanted to do. There are plenty of food choices around to walk and/or drive to. Duke's restaurant is literally right outside the condo. The view is absolutely stunning! We loved watching the sunrises and sunsets either right from the patio or on the beach. No need to worry about beach chairs and beach supplies. Everything you could possibly need was in the closet. The washer and dryer in the condo was a wonderful convenience! For exercise enthusiasts, the gym is very legit and there are plenty of running paths on property. Farzie is one of the best owners we have worked with. She put me in contact with a local concierge who booked all of our excursions with ease. I did not have to plan anything! Farzie was very flexible with our arrival and departure changes, and we were very grateful to her. When we return to Maui (as we often do), we will definitely not hesitate to book from Farzie again! You will not regret booking this property!

This property and owner were deceptive. When we tried to reach out to them about our concerns, we were offered a nominal refund in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that prevents negative reviews. Our experience with this property and owner was so disappointing that we felt strongly about not accepting a refund and instead leaving our honest review to help inform other travelers. Our group was traveling to Maui for a wedding scheduled for a month after the Lahaina fire. When the wedding was relocated to Wailea, the bride and groom advised us against staying in Lahaina out of respect to the local families. When we reached out to the owner, she was inflexible. We were offered a complete forfeit of our trip or to rebook within a year. Other friends that had scheduled in the same building had their reservations refunded in full. (We could not financially afford to abandon a fully paid reservation and stay elsewhere.) The unit has a serious cockroach infestation. We understand it is an island location, but the volume and frequency of the cockroaches led us to believe the owner had not maintained her pest control. Cockroaches were coming out of the appliances (including the fridge), drawers and floor. We were so disgusted by the pests, that we did not prepare meals at the condo after the first day. We loved our stay here for our Hawaii vacation! The property was beautiful - unlike some places where the photos are misleading, the photos were spot on to what we got in the property itself. We had plenty of space for our family of 5 and the views of the pools/beach/ocean were phenomenal. The entire resort was beautiful too - the kids loved the pools and it was an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay on a Maui vacation!

Great place for families to stay of all ages. We were a group of four adults with a teenager and it worked out perfectly for all. Everyone had their own space, quiet environment to sleep even with others up and moving in the condo. The parking was wonderful with the spaces in the garage being directly below. We would definitely stay here again. The property in itself had everything needed for a family of any age.

A few suggestions for improvement: • Smart TVs in all rooms • issue with bracelets having to be programmed multiple times • several issues with poor internet connection • ice maker? • Remote batteries bad needed needed replacement
