The host was very responsive and accommodating! I was notified and provided access/check-in info way earlier than expected! We have stayed in this particular complex before; its safe and in a great location, close to all the main attractions. The condo itself was nice, but could use a little TLC and updates. The bathrooms were a bit small, but the main area was huge and the bedrooms were pretty spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The location was amazing. Very close to the beach, the pool is steps away from and the condo, close to attractions, and stores. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

This is a 5-star property. Everything was as advertised. Only one hiccup - the pool code was incorrect. But mgmt was readily available to respond to text and correct. Only inconvenience was weather. But accommodations made it easy to ride out the rain.

Pollen can’t be helped on porch but bring cleaning supplies for it.

Stayed at a condo from VacationMB in North Myrtle October 13-17 so we could attend the Homecoming game at Coastal Carolina University. The condo was a spacious 3 bedrooms and perfect for 5 grown men to relive their college days if only for a short time. VacationMB was extremely accommodating and allowed us a later checkout since our flight out wasn't until late afternoon. Already planning to go again next year and will definitely be hitting up VacationMB again.

When we arrived at the building and everything looked very nice. However we did notice that there was a lot of dust and the infant was crawling on the floor and it was dirty. Property manager did offer to come back and clean the floor. The email had advised there was a pull out couch which we found there was not. The building was stocked with plenty of dishes and towels to use.. We were expected to run the dishwasher and wash the dishes but there was not soap in the house, you will need to purchase this. Pool was nice and never was very crowded. The building was very close to things but not within walking distance. Overall was a really nice place, biggest issue for me was the dust.

Condo with all perks
The condo was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Property management made the late check in process a breeze. The beach is about 10 minutes away and less than 5 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. Will book this condo again.

Carpet dirty everywhere. Poor lighting in rooms, no overhead lights. Both bathrooms were disgusting. Shower handle broke in one bathroom, and couldn't turn shower on/off. Second bathroom had some type of rust everywhere, faucet, handles and curtain rod . Blinds extremely dusty/ dirty. I had to clean and disinfect unit just to allow my family indoors for what should have been a relaxing weekend getaway including washing all the sheets because I didn't trust since we are still in a pandemic. I am so glad I brought cleaning supplies and lysol spray.

This is a great open floor plan condo that was perfect for our group of 2 families. We had an amazing view of the pool area and golf course right from our deck. And the beach was only a few minutes drive away. Broadway at the Beach was also only a few minutes away. The condo had pretty decor and was well appointed with nice furniture, several TVs, and a well-equipped kitchen. The rental company was also amazingly easy to work with - checkin and checkout were a breeze.
