About this house rental
Situated in Indian Shores, this lovely house for £867 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This fabulous newer construction home is located directly on the golden sands of Indian Shores. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property, no exceptions are made. The 1st floor consists of the large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. The second floor has a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for six at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area and a large sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a huge balcony that has sweeping views up and down the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores. There is an outdoor bar area, Weber grill as well as space for dining and relaxation. On this level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds which will only accommodate children, these share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area. The third floor consists of 4 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 - has a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms on this level share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor, as well as another large balcony with incredible birds’ eye views over the beach. Five of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience. the whole experience was great! The only reason I didnt give it a perfect score was it was such a large home it took along time for the hot water to travel to the different bathrooms. The other drawback was we paid extra for the pool to be heated and it never reached our expectations. All in all we would stay there again!

Perfect for our group of 13. Lots of room in the Kitchen/Living room area, several people could be in the kitchen without getting in each other’s way. 9 to 10 people could be comfortable on the large couch, watching TV. Each adult couple had a king size bed. Very well stocked with beach/sports equipment; beach chairs, beach toys & games, khaki & paddle boards, skate boards & ping pong table. We Loved that the owner did not choose the “over done” beach decor/ furniture. The interior is weak done with a classy. It was nice to get into a heated pool & hot tub, after being in the cool ocean. The few suggestions we have are; turning on All the lights when housekeeping is cleaning, so the owner can be made aware. The lights in the Master hall & closet were out & the outside light by the pool. We wanted to play corn hole at night and couldn’t. The soaking tub in the Master never got hot water, though I ran it a long time.

This large beach house was perfect for our family vacation with 8 adults and 3 children under 3. The kitchen was amazing being large and well furnished with large fridge, ovens, and plenty of cookware. The bedrooms were large and accommodated adults and children easily because of adjoining baths. The pool was perfect for family time and the house was well equipped for beach time with plenty of sand toys. Location was convenient to grocery stores and pizza and coffee shop. The large balconies were great for lunches and for those who had to work. Leather sofas, long dining table, bar, and tile floors were perfect for carefree family time. So much room! Great hosts.

The rooms were all spacious (especially that amazing master with it's huge bathroom!). Everything was exceptionally clean without smelling of cleaning products and bleach. The beds were so comfy, I've never slept so well away from home! A gas stove is a huge plus! And with six children at the home, being able to apply sunscreen in the shade under the porch was a game changer! And being able to go from pool to beach and back again made the trip! The outdoor shower was right next to the pool gate which made keeping sand out so easy. The elevator is a little slow, but my gosh was it a lifesaver for moving in and out, and for grocery runs. There's a cute little coffee shop practically across the street, and lots of good food options nearby. The pool and ocean were both so warm, the sand was smooth and soft, and the waves were minimal. There were 12 of us in this house (6 adults and 6 kids) but we never felt crowded. This house was an absolute dream! Oh and the washer and dryer work very well, while being quiet enough to not wake the sleeping baby. And since the two masters open up to a private balcony and the beach you don't feel like you need to keep the blinds closed, and you can enjoy that beautiful view all day and night. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Well appointed, lots of extras, coffee makers with coffee, drinks, nice China and utensils. Elevator worked sporadically, several lights were burned out, water around pool didn’t drain, ac went out on upper floor for 1.5 days. Even with all this, it is the best property we have rented in 30 years coming to this beach.

This property was everything it was supposed to be and more! The location was bright and vibrant, easy to access. The home was PERFECT in every way, too many pluses to mention. The home was spacious and inviting to our large family, and the soft white sands of the beach on the gulf were heaven!
We would recommend anyone to stay there.. We absolutely stay there again.

We 5 senior citizen siblings have not all been together since the Pandemic started, so it was grand to have a week together in such a nice house. it is really clean and comfortable. When we arrived there were a few things that needed attention, and Alex arrived the first day and quickly fixed everything. I highly recommend this lovely house.

Everything was just as advertised. Beachfront location. Pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. Elevator was a big plus for my elderly parents (plus it's better than hauling heavy luggage up stairs). Plenty of bathrooms --- 4 full and 2 half. Lot of space in garage. Everyone had a great time --- we plan to come back!

Our family of twelve, from babies to adults,stayed for one week at this beautiful beachfront home. The house was spacious, modern, and clean, with wonderful master bedroom. We, however, spent the majority of our time on the beach and at the pool. Watching the sunset every night was awesome and the memories made were priceless. Highly recommend!

We were 100% impressed with the property. The house was beautiful with so many amenities to keep everyone entertained throughout the week (ping pong, pool toys, beach toys and chairs, all needed equipment in kitchen, beach towels, elevator). The pay-it-forward bar was perfect for checking in and not have had chance to shop yet. Started vacation off right!

We stayed at Sea Pearl with our children and grandchildren! What a fantastic vacation. The ability to go right from the house to the pool and beach made it so easy on the parents of kids and toddlers. The high end furnishings and size of the house made to easy to all be together (or find some peace and quiet). Alex and Liz were great to work with. I highly recommend this place!

This property was fantastic it had everything you needed from sun screen to cooking spices. The ocean view from the decks were stunnng, morning and sun sets. The house was spotless, we had 8 of us total in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great too super clean.
With the house being right on the beach it was nice for the kids to walk right out the pool area and enjoy the ocean and then wash off and head to the pool. This house was amazing and we look forward to comimg back.

This was the perfect place for the whole family! (11 of us) The house is beautiful and there's lots of space. Was a bit disappointed that the ice maker didn't work and the handle fell off the kitchen faucet all the time. The rain came in from under the sliders and soaked the carpet and that seemed like it should be fixed. Other than those few gliches, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Absolutely fabulous!

Even better than the pictures in the listing! Our family (13 people) stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute. The house is beyond spacious and comfortable. The owners/managers thought of everything and were so easy to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating. The “Pay It Forward” bar was so unexpected and such a treat. My mom, who loves to cook, was especially grateful for the spacious kitchen. The master suite is like an apartment all on its own - we joked about doing cartwheels in there. The bathroom in the garage is such a nice touch. The views were absolutely spectacular. We are definitely thinking about coming back in the future. Absolute perfection!

The pictures in the VRBO ad don't do the actual house justice. The size of the house is bigger than the pictures show it to be. The Master suite is like an a large apartment all in it's own. With separate families all coming together the house was large enough for the kids to get away for quiet time and for the adults to enjoy their own quiet time. The bottom walkout to the pool is perfect and a quick walk over the sand dune and your on your own beach. The Owner provides plenty of pool toys, ocean kayaks and paddle boards to use as well.
We will definitely make plans to come back in the future.

What a great location, steps from the gulf and with pool and spa as well as a ton of great outdoor toys. Working with Liz and Alex was great too. The house is under an hour away from the Tampa Airport so very accessible. Wonderful experience!

We stayed at the Sea Pearl April 9 -16th, 2022. THE HOUSE IS SPECTACULAR! It is a fabulous home, great location, beautiful beach and sunsets. Pool area is great for both sun worshippers as well as those needing shade/coverage. Pool was vacuumed mid-week and this was a nice plus. The host answered all questions in a timely fashion. Our lone issue was the dishwasher broke during our stay. We advised the host explaining the situation. We stated it was “not a big deal” meaning things like this happen in rental properties. We stated this because we did not want to appear to be complaining but we did expect some type of response and, unfortunately, got nothing. We did reach out later in the week but the dishwasher remained malfunctioning for the balance of the vacation. Alex did report that a new dishwasher was going to be installed the week after we departed. We had 12 people in our party, thus lots of dishes to hand wash. Overall, this did not take anything away form our wonderful family vacation at the Sea Pearl. As our 6 year old grandson stated every morning: “Breakfast with a view!!” Thank you for sharing this beautiful, comfortable property for a memorable family vacation.
