- Great location, close to the cablecar and metro station
- Located in quiet street, no car or bar noises
- Very comfortable and modern looking rooms, cleanliness on the spot
- Comfortable bed with lot of pillows, including most giant pillow I have ever seen
- Excellent bathroom facilities with all the necessary amenities
- Ali is a great host
- Cute rooftop terrace available
- A small fridge in the room would be a welcome addition

I loved how clean the hotel was, everything was where you needed it to be, you had your own key and lock for the door and the main door, so coke and go as you please - the location is the best, literally at the start of Istiklal Street (all the main shops in Taksim) everything is a walking distance away. I will be back! The staff were exceptional, great hospitality
Nothing really, if I had to be really critical, it would just be the shower was a bit awkward, but it wasn’t even bad at all in all honesty, couldn’t fault the hotel, had everything I needed

EVERYTHING! this place is just amazing and Oktay (the host) was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bed was a dream and the shower also very nice. The whole hotel is newly renovated and it’s just so relaxing and beautiful. The terrace is a nice addition for summer nights.

absolutely everything was great. The room was cozy and stylish, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is very central so you will be in the heart of Istanbul.
Because of the central location you should mind the traffic, my both transfers screwed the cause they got confused with all these little streets and then we had to spent almost 30 minutes trying to get out from one street. So anywhere you plan to go with the car make sure you have double time comparing to normal. (but the hotel is still great!)

the size of some of the rooms is a bit small! and no elevator.

Location was great. Close to metro and restaurants
1. No lift and stairs are too steep.
2. No available staff at night.
3. Water heater in our room is not working. So I've to shower with cold water.
4. There is no ac remote in our room
5. We stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean our room nor replace the towels.
6. The curtains do not fully cover the room.

- we had an upgrade thru booking but didn’t get the expected room

The hotel is extremely well placed just around the corner from the busy streets of the Galata district but faces a calm and charming street. The room was stylish, well-equipped, and clean. The Wi-Fi connection was very good! The staff was helpful and friendly.

The welcome from Akin and Ali are wonderful. The proximity of places to visit old Istanbul! The Galata Tower is 5 minutes away.

Very welcoming stuff, cozy place in the heart of Beyoglu, easy to find, tasty coffee, great terrace. We enjoyed our stay.
