The house was perfect for what we needed. It was a short walk to Atlantic Ave and a short drive to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Greg was a great host and was available if we needed him. The backyard was nice too, but unfortunately it rained most of the trip. We will definitely stay there again next time we come back.

Excellent Stay at the Beach House
The house was perfect for what we needed. It was a short walk to Atlantic Ave and a short drive to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Greg was a great host and was available if we needed him. The backyard was nice too, but unfortunately it rained most of the trip. We will definitely stay there again next time we come back.

The property was awesome. Old FL feel with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you need in basics and the beds are comfortable and spacious. It is conveniently located as well. We walked most of the time and ubered when it was stormy or too hot.

It was okay but I've stayed in better places in the area for less money.
POSITIVES:
- Very responsive owner. He fixed the broken toilet and replaced the broken grill promptly
NEGATIVES:
- This is a pretty worn out place. Paint peeling from the ceiling, cracked tiles, cabinet doors won't stay shut, etc. Could either use a serious makeover or a reduction in price
- The laundry is in a separate building out back. There is sand in the washing machine and the dryer runs forever unless you stop it. In the owner's defense, I didn't bring this to his attention because I had already bothered him with other things not working.

Great house!!!
Some friends and I recently vacationed in Delray and stayed in this adorable house. Everything was so clean and nice and the house itself is so cute. The owner was very accomodating, he left new beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and even a boogie board for us to use. The house is a great location to downtown and it’s an enjoyable walk. It’s a little father to the beach, but it’s really not a bad walk at all and you can always drive and park along the beach. There are wonderful restaurants near the house and there’s always something lively and fun going on in Delray. We all truly enjoyed our stay in the house and would definitely stay again.

Clean apartment in a great location!
The apartment was exactly what I needed for a weekend in Delray with my mom and sister. The apartment was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom provided us with beach towels! It is about a 3 block walk from Atlantic Ave. Loved this apartment! Thanks!!

Lovely little home - lots of character and great outdoor space!
My husband and I and our 16 year old son and my mother-in-law shared this home for a great week in Delray. Walkable to Atlantic Ave where all the shops/ great restaurants are. We drove to the beach- about a mile away. Need to go pretty early to find parking close to beach. ( we usually went around 10:00 am)
Gregs home is well stocked with everything needed for a nice stay. The three bedrooms were great for our family. One bathroom was a little tricky, but we managed. Greg responded quickly whenever I had a question. Everything was in working order in this quaint older home. We loved sitting in the back yard and enjoying our morning coffee. We took advantage of the gas grill back there too!
I would definitely stay here again.
