Great place for a weekend stay. Residential neighborhood, but nonetheless within walking distance to beach and Washington Mall. Loved the outdoor seating areas and the living room arrangement as both were conducive to long chats with family.

Cute, clean little spot very convenient to everything in Cape May. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a cute house. It's just what we needed for a small family vacation. It's only two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen but the simplicity of the house makes it truly delightful. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!

Lovely neighborhood and great location. I was surprised by the requirement to bring my own linens and towels. In all my years as a VRBO owner and traveler, this was unexpected

First time visit to Cape May. Spent a weekend there with son’s family who rented a place a couple of doors down. Nice, quiet location. Outdated furnishings. Not luxury, but sufficient as a landing place.

We enjoyed our stay here for a quick trip to Cape May. Home was close to beach (walkable for kids and the beach wagon) and Washington Street Mall area.

Was able to rent for one night which was great in the middle of summer. I appreciated the flexibility

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and it was a nice little spot a 10 min walk to the beach. It was quiet and the communication with the host was great. They responded quickly with any questions we had. It was nicely decorated.

This is the second year we stayed here and it was just as great. Plenty of room, clean and well stocked place. Location is close to the beach and stores; neighborhood quiet, and the host was welcoming and communicated well. A great place and host

The property was comfortable and the owner was very accommodating and helpful. The ceiling fan in the living room was not working and it would have been a huge help in moving the air. The outside shower was wonderful. Nice place to stay in Cape May.

Nice house / townhome, part of a quad of units. Corner lot.
House is clean. Cozy living room with seating for five to six. Breakfast table and nice kitchen. Washer dryer in the kitchen.
Two rooms. House is cool. Great for sleeping. We had three girls in the back room with a rolling cot. My wife and I in the front bedroom.
Nice spot if you’re looking to spend your days at the heavily or in town. Perfect nest to come back to. There is outside seating on a wrap around deck. Residential neighborhood but not super busy. People out walking, bikes, etc.
We drove a few blocks to Virginia to a friends house. Parked and then to fifteen minute easy walk to #16 on the beach. Much shorter if you’re not going that far down Ocean.
I would recommend and would rent again. Thanks to the owners.
Ps: decor In the house if very beachy. Pretty cool.

We stayed in Rob's house for an annual girl's trip and had a great stay! The house is a bit small, but super cute and equipped with anything you might need. The outdoor deck, grill and shower were a huge plus. The neighborhood is super cute and a short bike ride (or not too long of a walk) to the beach and town. Overall we had a really great time and would definitely stay again!

Location: excellent. A few blocks from the beach. Hyper-quiet neighborhood. "Center City" Cape May is a five-minute car ride away.
Property: Excellent. A lovely porch with a table, umbrella, and chairs was most welcome and added greatly to our experience. Morning coffee sitting on the porch with people going by walking their dogs was heaven.
The interior of the house was in great shape, as was the exterior. A little tight but otherwise fine for 5 adults and a 13-year-old kid on a 4-day stay.
A wonderful place for our short stay and is most highly recommended.

Quiet place close to everything
We had a very pleasurable stay at the home. We cooked dinner almost every night and had all the kitchen amenities. Ate outside on the deck. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to everything. Would definitively book again!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood
I’ll break this down by the pros and cons.
Pros:
The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
We had to travel in 2 vehicles, and parking was never a problem. There was always plenty of street parking available, and next to no vehicle traffic in the neighborhood.
It’s relatively clean, and nicely decorated.
There’s a huge deck with plenty of furniture to enjoy outdoors.
A nice tv and appliances are provided.
It’s a straight, 15 minute walk to an entrance to the beach.
Cons:
I love that a washer/dryer were provided, but the ones provided were old, tiny capacity, and the dryer took an hour and a half to dry even small loads. Plus, they’re really loud when they run, and they’re right in the kitchen, so it’s annoying if you’re in the kitchen or living room.
It’s clearly stated that no linens are provided, but having to lug linens with everything else that we have to pack was a nuisance. It would be nice to have those things provided.
The air conditioning was extra cold in the bathroom. We had a toddler with us and had to wrap her in blankets after her baths because she was shivering from the cold, and there was no way to divert the cold air.
The flooring wasn’t properly installed, and there were big gaps between the planks. Ordinarily I wouldn’t care, but there were tiny ants in the gaps near the front door. The front screen door also doesn’t close completely, so if my granddaughter pushed on the screen door, it would open. Not a feature you want with a 15 month old that likes to run.
Even on the highest setting, the fridge was barely cold. The freezer worked perfectly, but not the fridge.
The property manager is very hands off, which is nice for privacy, but we stayed at a different rental house in Cape May last summer, and that property manager touched base with us at check in and check out to make sure things were ok. He provided beach tags for guests’ use as well as a binder full of useful information about Cape May for guests. I missed that kind of hospitality with this stay.
All in all it was a nice house. I just wish there was as much attention paid to craftsmanship of things (like the flooring and sloppily installed bathtub) and working condition of appliances as there was to decor.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit a few blocks from the beach in Cape May. It was nice to have a corner lot with easy street parking, and a nice-sized deck and yard. It felt very safe and family- friendly, which is what we were looking for, having a preschool aged son.
There were a few minor issues with the home. The outdoor shower didn’t work. And there seemed to be some electrical issues. There was a sign in the bathroom stating to push the reset button on the outlet if the light didn’t work. One day of when I was toasting a bagel, a spark flew out of the toaster and then that outlet wouldn’t work. My husband was able to simply flip a switch in the circuit breaker box and solve the issue, but the owner may want to have the electric checked
Overall, we enjoyed the this rental and our vacation! The check in process was simple and easy, and the host was responsive when I messaged him. The house is an easy drive to the beach, restaurants, and lots of other activities.

I would not stay here again unless it was priced a lot lower and repairs were made. Here’s why I think it is overpriced and what needs to be repaired:
The dishwasher was broken and there was no mention of it until we arrived and saw a sign posted. I looked back at reviews and found one from 2021 that said it was broken. Maybe it was never fixed or if it was and is broken again, is it time to replace it? It does look older.
The microwave sounded horrible, which might explain why a smaller one was on the counter, but not plugged in. It was weird and took up needed space.
It took the dryer two cycles each time to get my clothes dry. I am assuming it needs the vent cleaned out by a professional or repaired. Either way, it was annoying. It is in the main living area, in the kitchen (out in the open) so having it run so much was very loud and unpleasant.
The bathroom door is in need of repairing. It wouldn’t close and if you wanted it to stay open you had to use a rubber wedge to prop it open.
The pullout sofa should not be used. Our boys used it one night and just slept on the two couches the rest of the time. Those mattresses are never comfortable, but this one has a pretty bad slope to it making it extra uncomfortable.
The ceiling fan in the master bedroom cannot be run on high otherwise the fan hits the light making a loud sound.
The outdoor space was disappointing. There is no privacy or attempt to offer any privacy. You get to stare at the neighbors junk next door. It’s messy and unkept. There is no landscaping, but there are weeds growing through the deck and around the base.
It was ok as far as cleanliness goes and the location was fine as far as distance from the beach. My husband and I just agreed for what we have rented in Cape May previously and paid the same amount, this place is not up to par with other places at this price point. And with so many things broken, it was a very frustrating time being there, knowing we were paying for and did not see the value in return.
