About this house rental
The NatureWalk community only allows a Saturday - Saturday, 7 night stay for vacation rentals. NatureWalk in Seagrove Beach is the perfect spot for your relaxing beach getaway. Spend your days poolside at one of the two pools or grab a book and lounge in one of the hammocks. At night, your family can cozy up next to the fire pit at the Gathering Place. You will also find a hot tub, basketball court, and pickleball court at the Gathering Place, which is the community center. Upon entering this professionally decorated home, you will find the open-concept living area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large island with a rounded breakfast bar that has seating for four. The living area has a large sectional and a 65" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom has a king bed and a large master bath complete with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. You will also find the guest bedroom with a queen bed well as the bunk room with full-size bunk beds. NatureWalk is tucked in the middle of the Point Washington State Forrest where you will find yourself among miles of walking and biking trails. It is also only 2.5 miles from Seaside, a community with numerous dining and shopping options. We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee is a small, locally owned company. Comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Our local office is located within 10 miles of this home. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. We are right down the street and are happy to head your way! We have been coming to this area for 20 years. First time renting through Oversee and they were attentive to detail in every way. The house was lovely and furnished perfectly. We will always continue to rent through Oversee.

The owners need to consider whether they really want to rent this home. There are no perks with this rental and the kitchen left much to be desired. It lacked needed tools and the pantry was locked.

The house was comfortable and perfect for us girls. Recommendation, supply the house with a broom and a dust pan so that the house can be kept clean. The only thing was a vacuum that doesn’t work well.Also, the dishwasher door needs to be fixed.Also the doors in the second floor get stuck, especially the one to the hall bathroom. These are easy fixes, but overall the house os great!!

June 2021 Stay
Overall it was a good trip/stay. Just a few annoyances. One arrival day, check-in was at 4pm. My family arrived a little after 7pm and there was a car blocking the driveway. I went in to investigate, and it was the cleaning service and they said they would be done a little later. Once we got in the house, we got to the kids room to notice the trundle bed that was said to be under the bunk bed and shown in the pictures was not there, so kids had to double up on a bed. The kitchen pantry was locked up for owner use only, which I didn't see in the description anywhere. Having a large family requires good bit of food, so pantry access would be nice so we would not fill up the counters with food. The door lock code would not allow us to change it per the instructions, so we had to remember a 9 digit code to open the door everytime we entered. We never could get the tv to work in the master bedroom though when we called about it they said someone would come out. Just a few of the things that I was frustrated with.

Our experience was very good. The house was barely lived in and was as good as advertised. We found a shortcut to the pool area which made it an even better location. The bikes worked great and all the combination locks made it very convenient. I only wish we could have had more people stay with us to use all the extra room we had.

The pantry was locked and we couldn’t use. The fan pull cord was in the guest bed. The oven beeped with an error the whole time we were there. We notified oversee and they always answered when we called, but it was never fixed. The master sheets didn’t fit the bed. The vents air rattled.

December 2021 Stay
We love Naturewalk and plan to stay at Naturewalk again. But will not stay at this house ever again. When we got there downstairs toilet was messed up, the pull chord to the guest bedroom fan was under the sheets. The oven kept beeping the whole time we were there. We let oversee know about the oven multiple times and it was never fixed. The air vents were messed up and needed to be reset. They rattled the whole time. We had no access the the pantry. The owner had a lock on it. Oversee was super nice and answered every time we called, but honestly while I’m on vacation, I don’t want to keep calling for maintenance issues every day. There was wood damage on the floor next to the refrigerator and locked pantry. We loved the location. It was just this particular house, we won’t stay again.

Overall our stay was good. I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the kitchen upon arrival. There were fingerprints visible all over all of the appliances and leftover food on the stovetop. Things a quick wipe down would have cleaned. Just a bit off-putting given we are in a pandemic. Appeared inside of refrigerator had not been wiped down in a while as there was spilled food stuck under all of the glass. It was also obvious the downstairs floors had been poorly cleaned if at all. I wiped up some food with a wet paper towel and it was black.
However the management company was quick to return my phone call on the weekend and promptly sent a cleaning lady over.
The house itself was cute, new, and fit our needs. Most rentals I’ve stayed at are a lot more stocked for this price point. We were given one trash bag for an entire week. We were warned of this prior to our stay however.
Did appreciate the bikes that came with the rental. We took the trail each day and it worked out perfect with the kids to avoid parking.
Giving a 4 star for Check in as we never got the door lock reprogrammed per the instructions, appeared the light was broken.

Bike paths galore, no need to get into your car. Oversee rentals is a great rental company, loved the app they provide with all information. Immediately I was impressed with them - I contacted the office to come pick up a fishing rod we had mailed down ahead of us and they immediately replied back saying they would be dropping it off at the property. I would definitely return.

Wonderful Vacation
The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was very nice. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was also very nice. Our only complaint was the washer and dryer. The washer did not get the water out of our clothes and the dryer didn't blow any hot air. When we called we were told someone would be out to fix it. We never saw anyone come look at the washer or dryer. They were never fixed during our stay so we ended up taking a load of wet clothes home.

Nice house, trouble with appliances
Great property, amazing neighborhood love the location. The Dryer never worked and it unfortunately never got resolved during our stay. We have vacationed in this area the last 7 years and plan clothing and towels very efficiently. The use of the washer and dryer is a must for our family. Lack of communication from Property Manager was a struggle. The propane tank was also empty and had to be filled late in our stay.

Great property and location
We enjoyed our stay for a week in this nicely furnished and comfortable home. The neighborhood location is perfect with close access to Publix and 5 min drive to the beach. It was nice to have 2 adult bikes and bodyboards included.
Would definitely recommend and book again in the future.

This home was in a good location near Seaside. It was about a 30 minute drive to Destin and about a 20 minute drive to Panama City Beach. The beach was about one mile away. The good points: house was clean, nice big kitchen, new furnishings and a big TV, heated pool in common area, management was quick to respond to questions. The not so good: the houses are very close together, very limited parking space (two small cars at best), no bedroom on the first floor, 18 steps to the second floor, no instruction for the smart TV, no broom or extra roll of toilet paper (come on, even cheap motels have this) and probably the worst thing was the traffic and ALL the people. This area was probably a nice place to vacation 20 years ago, but the congestion and crowds really spoiled it for us.

We have stayed at this home several of times now over the past couple of years. Priced right, well maintained and always clean.
I would highly recommend this house to friends and family. Close to community pool which is always kept clean and maintained as well. Short distance to the beach which is great as well.

The home is beautiful, spacious, and located in a nice neighborhood with a community pool located just about 5 mins walking distance. It's also located away from the hustle and bustle of beach life, so if you desire peace and quiet on your vacation, then this is a great neighborhood. The beaches are within a short driving distance. Our family never took the tram to the beaches, but that is also an option. Restaurants and grocery stores were about 10-20mins drive from the neighborhood. The house came with 2 bikes, but unfortunately they were bigger (adult bikes), so my little 10 year old could not ride. Some cons--the washer was not evenly balanced, so every time it spinned to rinse, there was a very loud thumping noise which was very annoying. Although the house appeared to be very clean upon entry, they could probably do a better job cleaning the baseboards and behind furniture and beds. It was pretty dusty around "hidden" spaces. There was no broom available to use, but I called Oversee and they took care of it by sending out someone with a broom. I also felt that as vacationers, we shouldn't have to worry about purchasing extra toilet paper for our stay. Just a couple of extra rolls in each bathroom would have sufficed...after all, when you stay in a hotel, you don't have to worry about bringing your own TP...just being honest. I would recommend this house to friends with some reservations, as mentioned above. All in all, our family enjoyed a very nice vacation at this home.

The home was even better in person then it shows in the pictures. Wonderful, serene location in a natural environment, only a short 10-minute bike ride to the beach. Family oriented community with a great pool and play area for the kids. Seagrove and Seaside proved to be a foodies delight. Destin - 30 minute drive and Panama City only 15 minutes. Beach and Ocean are perfect with ample room to relax and play. Overall wonderful experience for my and my family!

We LOVED our stay at 134 Flatwoods! It was beautifully decorated, the beds were all comfortable, the playground and pools were awesome! The only thing we had trouble with was the washer and dryer. The washer didn't seem to always spin which left the clothes really wet and made the dryer work extra hard (sometimes it took 4 cycles to dry towels). I don't know if that's just the HE washer and dryer or not because we don't have that kind! Other than that, it was perfect! The first night we were there, the the upstairs wouldn't connect and customer service was awesome and walked us through it! Even said they would come out but I asked if it was something we could do ourselves because I didn't want him to have to do that! Places to eat that I would recommend would be The Bay, Hurricane, Goatfeathers Seafood and Great Southern Cafe! Our family loves coming to 30A and We will be back for sure!
