Furniture was shockingly old and in bad shape, lots need to be replaced (especially one of the queen bedrooms - bed, chest of drawers and nightstand and both living room sofas). But needs some serious maintenance - following items are in poor condition oven, dining table and chairs, sofa in main lounge. Windows kept blowing in with the wind. Several cockroaches found during our stay, property needs a thorough deep clean especially kitchen area. Urgently needs a new trash bin in kitchen, no amount of cleaning can make that good. One of the beds needs a new mattress it dips badly in the middle so much so that you need to sleep on it horizontally instead of vertically.

The pool was clean and was serviced/cleaned 2x during our stay. A few minor issues the owners should consider include additional deck seating - there were no chairs on the upper deck. The decking is fairly old and needs some work. The door to the deck is badly rotted, can see a gap even when closed all the way. Bath in 2nd floor shared bathroom needs snaked, drained very slow. The sheets on the beds were clean but did have some sand in them, likely from the laundry service. Overall this is a nice property and we would stay here again.

The house was very clean. We had plenty of towels. The pool was very nice and clean. There were beach items available for our use in the closet near the pool. The only problem we encountered was the lack of cooking pots/pans. We do a lot of cooking on our vacations so this was a small issue. I would recommend stocking the kitchen with a few sauce pans. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: Spend Thanksgiving week with the family and had a very enjoyable time. It is in a great location, literally 60 second walk to the beach. There is a big parking area. The layout of the house is a very functional open design with the main living, kitchen, dining and a master bed/bath down, and a second living area upstairs with a master bed/bath (pretty much identical to to the down stairs) and two smaller bedrooms that share a bath. All the beds were comfortable. The other furnishings were "rental quality" but adequate. Check-in and out w/ Paradise was very organized and quick. We would stay here again.

My kids particularly enjoyed the pool and the upstairs living area with balcony. I loved the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable king sized bed. We had six people in our party, and everyone had enough space to feel comfortable. The location is perfect, with just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this property. We have 4 children ages 4, 6, 9, and 11. Our entire family had a blast going to the beach each day and then spending the evening grilling and enjoying the pool back at the house. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the gulf beach even with all our children and bags. That area of the beach was perfect for us because it wasn't at all crowded so it was easy to find a spot no matter what time of day we arrived. It is about a 1 mile walk down the beach to the area where the hotels and restaurants/bars are. We did this with all the kids on 2 separate occasions, and they did fine with it. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed mornings on one of the porches with our breakfast and coffee. To the North of the house, you can see the bay from the balcony and our children were able to spot dolphins jumping out of the water occasionally. We did not have a vehicle during our stay, but it wasn't a problem because we took a taxi between the house and the airport, and we had groceries delivered by Walmart on the first morning we were there. During our 5 days at the house, we really didn't need to get anywhere that we couldn't walk to anyway. I could go on for pages about how much we enjoyed our stay, but suffice it to say we will definitely be looking to book another trip here in the future. Highly recommend it!

House is in need of a DEEP cleaning. Basic surfaces were clean but sand in beds, caked on food between stove and counters, filthy ceiling fans and window frames. Broken railing in 1 balcony & no outlets working in up master bath (just to name a few)The house could be VERY nice if cleaned and is very spacious. Perfect location

We loved the layout of the house with a separate den upstairs for the kids to hang out in while the adults were downstairs. It was great to have 2 masters with their own bathrooms, 1 upstairs 1 downstairs. the 2 queens with the jack & jill bathrooms was great too. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. We loved having our own pool. I'd love to see a few improvements as well. 1.Bedrooms NEED room darkening curtains, we woke up every day when the sun rose
2. It would be nice if they had some chairs, pool toys,bikes or golf cart to use. 3. The carpet is looking rough, would replace with tile. Overall though, we loved the house it's great for our family of 10.
