About this house rental
Nani O'Hana is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home located in the quiet neighborhood of Poipu Kai. The house is located in the Lanai Villas subdivision of Poipu Kai community where you can easily walk to beaches, tennis courts, pool, Grand Hyatt, Spa, restaurants and more, via the Greenbelt. With a short drive, you can also access a dozen more restaurants, shopping areas, botanic garden, snorkel, cruise, zip lining, ATV riding, horseback riding, and a lot of other things to enjoy. This spacious home has all the amenities that you would hope for and the private driveway can easy accommodate two cars. You do have access to the community pool. The community pool is located along the greenbelt, as you head to Poipu Beach, just behind the tennis courts. (About a five-minute walk.) We allow up to eight guests including infants, babies, toddlers and children . * The master bedroom: Has a King size bed and attached full master bathroom. *. Bedroom #2 has another king bed, with attached full bath *. Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin beds, that can be put together to make another king bed if needed *. Bedroom #4 offers 2, full sized bunk beds that is ideal for the two adults or children to enjoy. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV where you can access Amazon and Netflix movies. We also have a beautiful dining area that can accommodate ten people for an evening meal. Each bedroom and living area provides climate control with individual A/C units for personalized comfort. On the lanai, we have a gas grill for your barbeque needs and our kitchen is a full sized kitchen, with full size appliances. It is also completely stocked with lots of small appliances, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and more for your cooking needs. We supply towels, linens, board games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The beach gear is located in the garage for you to enjoy on your Kauai vacation! We always recommend purchasing "The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook". It is full of great island information. The neighborhood is very quiet and truly a lovely location to get to just about everything. Spacious, private house, perfect for a family vacation. We are a family of 8 adults, but house would be great for small children too! House is located on a tranquil green belt and is a short walking distance to several beaches. Kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with every appliance you could possibly need. Also included are 8+ beach chairs, several umbrellas, 2 coolers and even a wagon to carry your gear to beach. Community is great, we didn’t use the pool but played pickle ball at the community courts. Dining and shopping are a 10 minute drive away in Poipu or Old Koloa town. The owner is very responsive and made sure we checked in and had all we needed. You should note that the main bathroom is open to the bedroom, separated only a with pony wall, so privacy is limited. Also, noise carries within the house probably due to the flooring being all tiles.
Overall, I highly recommend this house!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! It was exactly as we expected. There was a minor issue with the door lock, but it was repaired quickly. It was definitely a vacation that we will cherish.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this residence. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 4 kids (teenagers) to spread out comfortably. The rental access and communication was smooth. The owner responded same day to an issue with an AC unit in one bedroom and we didn't skip a beat.
The location is excellent. It was a great midpoint between the furthest NW location at Waimea Canyon and last stop on the NE side at Ke'e beach. The close walking proximity to Puipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach was great for our group.
This is a spacious, comfortable home with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any families looking for a comfortable home away from home on Kauai.

The house was great for eight people. The location from the beaches was perfect. We enjoyed coming back to the house and relaxing outside on the Greenway. House had everything we needed.

We had an idyllic two weeks at this home! The split floor plan with a great room was perfect. All the beds were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. The location was terrific. Poipu Beach was about 12 min for me since I walked slowly. The kids could make it in 10. Shipwreck was 5 min the other direction. The pool was lovely and we made good use of it. The home was the best equipped place we’ve ever stayed and we have come to Kauai countless times. Lots of beach toys in the garage. The kitchen had great quality utensils! We highly recommend this home!!!

Loved our stay at this vacation rental. The kitchen was very well organized and well equipped to cook meals. The location was excellent to visit either Shipwreck or Poipu Beach, both were just a short walk away.

My family stayed here for 10 days and the house was perfect for us. The living/dining area was very large as well as a big master suite. A second refrigerator in the garage was a bonus.. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The wagon was helpful to carry everything to the beach. We didn't use a cooler or snorkle gear but that was also available.

Exactly as advertised. Family room and kitchen area is huge and fabulous to hang out in together, cook and bbq. Being on the "greenbelt" is a huge plus in our opinion. Master bedroom is also huge with a wonderful bathroom and shower area. The kitchen is the best equipped we have experienced along with spices and other surprises. Location is dependant on one's needs. We were very happy

We had a nice time here. There’s a large master suite at one end of the house. Big, open living room and kitchen, and three smaller bedrooms at the other side of the house. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was about a 5 minute walk to the ocean.
We definitely enjoyed the house.

This spacious, lovely home was great for our family vacation. The kids (2&7) loved playing on the greenspace out back, and the 30-somethings and 60-somethings loved the short walk to beaches, restaurants, and pool. This was the best equipped VRBO we’ve ever encountered: coffee grinder & filters, booster seat for the keiki, boogie boards, soccer ball, full spice rack - you sure made our stay easy!

We've been visiting Poipu for over 50 years so this was a major trip for our family including grown children and twin grand babies. How Poipu has grown! This community did not exist when we first came to Kauai. Kauai is still so lovely and this house was very convenient to the beaches we love and have spent many years enjoying.. The house was perfectly clean and as advertised. We had a group of 6 adults, two infants and we were very comfortable in this lovely home.
The property manager and owner were really helpful with any questions or problems . Great home to enjoy all that Poipu has to offer.

Very nice property. Clean, great kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent. I was able to walk to the Grand Hyatt (<5 min) for a conference along the green belt. The property was situated about half way between shipwreck beach and brennecke’s/poipu beach which were each about a 7 min walk. Well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards and even snorkeling gear. The pool was at the other end of the property/community and even though we passed two other pools on the walk, it was definitely the nicest pool on the property and worth the walk. Would stay again!

We we so happy with our home away from home! Our days were filled with fun and we came home to a cool and comfy place to relax and regroup! Beds were awesome, kitchen perfect for family breakfast and location could not be beat!

This house and its amenities made our Poipu experience playful and memorable. The beach gear (masks, boards, umbrellas, etc.) was plentiful. We couldn't ask for anything more--maybe bikes.
The owner, Jon, was super easy to communicate with and was available any time we needed him--which wasn't often.

Great Place!
We had a wonderful stay. The house was within walking distance to the beach and pool. We did drive to the beach at times.. Because the kids were too tired to walk back. The house was comfortable…especially the huge master bedroom. There was a lot of beach equipment to use, which was nice! Poipu is a nice area, very touristy. We ventured all over Kauai, all within easy driving distance. Had a great trip to Kauai!

Super comfortable home & great location
We loved the house ... very clean, beautiful ocean-themed decorations, comfortable beds, nice layout. The kids loved all the backyard space for dancing, etc. as well as the hammock in front. Loved the easy accessibility to Shipwreck Beach in one direction (5 min walk) and Poipu Beach in the other direction (10 min walk). Great cooking supplies and very helpful to have wagon, boogie boards, cooler, etc. available for walks to the beach. Enjoyed grilling one night and eating in the back tables. Highly recommend.

The greenway just behind the house gave the kids a place to toss a ball and hang out. It was just 5 minutes to the pool and only 10-15 minutes to beaches. In other words, an ideal location. Best location around!
The house is perfectly located to get to everything you’d want in Poipu. It had everything we needed and was very nicely taken care of. Perfect for our extended family, including kids and grandparents. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house - Excellent location!
What a beautiful home! It was perfect for my daughter, her husband, her four children (aged 1 1/2 - 10) and my husband and I. My daughter's friend was with us for 5 days. Plenty of room for all of us. Jon was very communicative and responded quickly to every question or need. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots and pans and lots and lots of dishes. There were plenty of paper supplies for our two week stay. The dining table was HUGE and very comfortable. The location was perfect with being positioned on the green, and the sidewalk made it easy to walk to the beach and pool in one direction, and the Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach the other direction. The stars were amazing! And we could walk to sunrise and sunset very easily. Highly recommend. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent home and location
Our family with young kids and grandparents stayed at this home - everything was fantastic. Communication with host was excellent, house was clean with all the needed amenities plus more, and the location was amazing - easy walk to several beaches, we could enjoy the sunrise at one beach and the sunset at the other. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Spectacular home with huge green space close to amazing path!
I cannot say enough about what an amazing property this is! The home was gorgeous with plenty of space for us to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked and tons of snorkel and beach gear in the garage. The location just can't be beat. It sits right on the greenbelt where there is tons of space for the kids to run and play and a short well lit path to two gorgeous beaches. We got up every morning and walked to Shipwreck Beach in front of the Hyatt to watch the sunrise--just magical! Then at night it's an easy walk to Poipu Beach to watch the sunset. Kids also loved having access to the pool and tennis courts. If you get the chance to stay here be sure to take a walk late at night to Shipwreck Beach to see all the stars!
