About this condo rental
LOWER UNIT 2 Bedroom at the Beach in Carlsbad! Walk from your door to Carlsbad's famous Tamarack Beach Park in 50 steps, and less than 3 minutes! You can also walk to the Village, only about 1/2 mile away, where all the shops and restaurants are. This unit does not have a/c only portable fans. Spacious and comfortable, with partial ocean view from the living room, this beautiful condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, big kitchen, living room, deck, grill and outdoor ocean view dining area. Fully equipped with 1 big TV, WiFi, beach gear, all linens, kitchen tools, etc. Gorgeous inside and out and super convenient to everything with off-street parking, two car garage. There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and one bedroom, we can also add a twin bed if requested, just let us know. If you love the beach, this is the place for your vacation! Area Information Carlsbad has it all: great beaches, great restaurants, fun nightlife, and plenty of interesting little shops to visit in the Village.

Came for a family wedding and decided to stay a little longer with our two adult children. Per previous comments the house truly is sparse but has everything you need. Only comment would be that while the fans provided do help, the house can be a bit muggy and warm. But the location can’t be beat. The house is very clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Really appreciated having a garage to park in too. Thanks again for making our weekend getaway so fun!

Everything was great! The place was very clean and spacious, plenty of room. We loved being able to sit outside and have dinner. We loved being so close to the beach. Communication with the property manager was quick. My only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows and blankets. Overall this place was awesome and my family and I will definitely stay again!

The location was about as good as you could get without being on the beach. You pass two small home/buildings and the crosswalk is right there to get across the street and down the stairs to the beach.
Garage parking is great. We only had one car, but I believe it is a two car. A litttle storage would be over the hood of the second car.
We didn't notice the outdoor shower right away, but there's also a hose in the front to wash sand off.
We needed help with something shortly after we got there and they came right out to help.

Perfect set up for our family of 5! Location was great, close to beach and shops. Very clean. We appreciated the boogie boards and use of the garage. We will be back for some ocean time!

Fantastic Stay
From start to finish everything went seamlessly. The location was fabulous, a minute walk to the beach. We also walked to town for yummy food. It was also convenient to day trips in San Diego. It was very tidy and had everything to fit your needs, including laundry. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful experience staying at this home. The place was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here and recitals place.
We do recommend replacing the bbq grill. It is rusted out on the bottom and can leak causing a huge mess.

Smart people will work with the owner to get something like instacart to come and stock the fridge and pantry before you get there. Upstairs neighbors could not be nicer! I only wish we could have just stayed a month or more.

Owners obviously have been doing this awhile. Seamless check-in, spotless, and over delivering on the listing. With my family of 5 plus pooch had a great time. Only advisement for future renters make sure to bring your own cooking oil and spices. Still a 5 star.

Perfect Beach House
This property is perfect! Parking is great with a two car garage. The home is well decorated and very well maintained. Great location less than a block to beach and close to downtown Carlsbad. I would definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend Get Away
Great location...less than a block away from steps leading down to beach. Great surf location. Appreciated all the beach "supplies" in the garage. Parking would be a pain, but with double garage behind the house...not an issue! Well definitely consider in the future!
