Situated in Coligny Beach, this lovely villa for £250 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. A tropical motif is very fitting for this 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Forest Beach villa in Hilton Head Island's luxurious North Shore Place. North Shore PL 305 is a warm and welcoming Hilton Head vacation home. Just inside the front entry are a formal dining area on one side, with a table and chairs for six, and several closets on the other side, one of which has a convenient stack washer/dryer. This area flows into a galley-style kitchen with all full-size appliances, and a curved dining/serving counter with five barstools. The living room features a stylish seating group, an entertainment center with 58” flat screen, CD system, and a door to the outside balcony, which has two lounge chairs and a dining table for four. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 40" TV, a door to the balcony, and a private bath with a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two double beds, an armoire with 32” TV, DVD player, and a private bath. North Shore Place is a beautiful new complex in North Forest Beach, just across the street from the ocean and beside Coligny Plaza. The complex features a 4th floor rooftop pool, a landscaped inner courtyard, and beach access through the Sea Crest complex across the street, as well as use of Sea Crest's oceanfront guest pool. Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations on Hilton Head Island. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the world-famous beach, the bustling Coligny plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family. Very impressed with cleanliness, upkeep and location. Super convenient to the beach and shopping. With doors closed you get just the faintest hint of the live bands playing music, which we actually liked. Hope to be able to stay here again!

Amazing location and very well kept unit (too many codes)

Loved the location, and the overall appearance of the unit! We have 2 toddlers so we would've liked a "hotel latch" on the main door so we could keep them from opening the door freely. But the open floor plan really didn't make that an issue of seeing when a toddler did happen to open the door. The only real "complaint" was the number of codes to access various locations seemed to never be accurate in what was provided to us at check-in. Being granted access to SeaCrest in addition to the North Shore pool is an awesome feature. But had we not been walking in as residnets were walking out we never would have been able to enter. The proximity to Coligny plaza was amazing (literally across the street) so it made running out for a quick grocery trip during nap, or grabbing ice cream/dinner before bed extremely easy. You could quite literally park your car and not touch it for your entire stay with the location of North Shore Place.
