Spend your days relaxing at the beach-entry pool and hot tub. If you didn't bring a boat along, don't worry, there is putt putt mini golf, paddle boats, rowboats, kayaks, beach area and more to enjoy. There is also boat/trailer parking available with on-site launch for use if you do bring your own boat. Come dinner time, there are charcoal grills available for cooking and a fire pit to enjoy the rest of your evening. The condo is minutes away from the heart of Hot Springs. There is so much to do and not enough time to do it all. This is the second time I stayed at this property and we absolutely love it! The property owners/managers are amazing and so friendly and accommodating. The house is spacious and has everything you need. It is perfect for kids, teens and adults. It’s a great property for a pet traveling with you with lots of space to run outside. The amenities on site are amazing with grills, a hot tub, sauna, basketball goal, tennis court, walking trail and so much more. Definitely recommend staying here.

Hi, I really liked our lodging. He’s right on the lake with a nice view. Plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. The resort is really nice and I would like to come back in the summer with the rest of the family and enjoy all the amenities.

Me and a friend had a great 5 night stay here in November. The pool and hot tub were both open, but the pool is not heated, so be aware that it will be VERY cold. The hot tub seemed to be the right temperature. We had planned to go out on the paddle boat one day, but we were unaware of the $20 charge, so we opted not to. It's a very old and dirty paddle boat, so it wasn't worth it to us. The property was great (very quiet). The condo was clean and had lots of kitchen utensils, paper towels, soap, TP, etc. My only complaint would be to update the binder as it seems some of the info was outdated (i.e., the instructions to lock the door were not clear, many of the restaurants/activities were closed, etc). My only other complaint would be to get a screen door for the master bedroom. I wanted to open up the room and get fresh air but my only option was to open the door.

We stayed for 6 nights. Everything was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with the door lock, but the owner quickly got on it and it was resolved. The condo was very comfortable and it was enjoyed by old and young alike. The pool is right across from this condo which made swimming fun and easy. We totally enjoyed our stay!

We couldnt have asked for a nicer place. Beds were amazing and having the pool steps away was incredible. Also we couldnt figure out the shower but the host responded back with help within mins. You'll love this place!

The condo itself, the property amenities, everything was perfect! Condo was a great size for our family of five, which included three kids ages 14, 11 and 9. Kitchen was very well-equipped, from every spice, containers for picnics, cooking utensils, etc. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Great selection of movies (both family friendly and more mature). Plenty of space inside. Outdoor amenities were awesome. Great pool and hottub, and they are located right behind this condo. Grills in the common spaces for use. Lakefront area was awesome - we played pickleball and basketball, but there was also sand volleyball, a beach area, shuffleboard, a place to dock boats, etc. Owners were very quick to respond to questions before we arrived. Property is in a great location to visit downtown Hot Springs, and surrounding areas (like Lake Catherine and Garvan Gardens). Would recommend without question as a 5/5.

The rental was very nice and beds was really comfortable. The kitchen was just right for the 4 of us to enjoy our meals. Very pretty in fall and hot tub open till 11pm. I would rent again if I come back.

A 5 day October visit with close friends. Less crowded this time of year. We enjoyed a fully stocked and spacious 1st floor walk out condo with close proximity to pool/spa, free kayaking, and fire pit. Beds could be firmer. 10 minute drive to Hot Springs for biking, hiking, and thermal spa experience. It was a great experience!

The only complaint I have is the WiFi was very unreliable. If you need to do any work on a computer or on your phone I would not choose this property. But, if you want to go without electronics this is the place for you. I really didn’t mind it that much. It just took an extra long time to figure out where we were going to go. But other than that it was nice.

This is my second year at the complex, first time in this condo. Complex can’t be beat - access to Lake in great location with all the amenities. This unit is at the end, right across from pool and by fire pit and rec room with an easy walk to the lake. Perfect spot for families with kids. Unit is nice and has EVERYTHING you need. I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and can honestly say I’ve never been in a unit stocked like this. Very much appreciated not to have to buy soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc during our trip. My only caution is the guest bed is very soft and wasn’t super comfortable (only bed I tried) so if you have a sensitive back, might be a problem. It would not be enough to keep me from renting again. Appreciated the nice place, the easy check in process and especially all the amenities.

I don’t write many reviews but this one I had to. If you’re browsing local listings please stop here and rent this place. From the beginning the owners responded to my many annoying questions quickly and politely. Lol. When you have owners that responsive you know the property will be well taken care of. The property itself was nearly spotless everywhere. My wonky recommissioned a small one and that is to clean the washing machine inside. Not a huge deal. Everything that matters was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), the pool was right outside and important to my teenager. It is a zero entry pool (I loved this). The beach area is about a 3 minute walk so pretty close. Lots to do there like pickle ball and other activities. There are paddle boats (my husband used one to fish). There are kayaks too. All free to use. The unit had board games for families. Hand sanitizer dispensers. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need just about (maybe add some twist ties to take home used food). There were tons of sauce packets, spices, pans…well…everything. We loved this stay so much. Thank you!
