Located in a quiet neighborhood but less than half a mile walk to the white sandy beaches and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this comfortable and beautifully updated single level home is the perfect spot for your family's next vacation or weekend getaway to Marco Island. When staying at this home, guests are sure to enjoy its modern kitchen, spacious living area, and bright master suite that all offer access to a covered patio and screened-in pool area. What’s nearby: The home is just three blocks from South Collier Boulevard which offers a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options to choose from. For family fun, the Marco Golf and Garden miniature golf course is less than a mile away. Tennis enthusiasts can keep up on their game and enjoy Florida's famed sunshine at the Marco Island Racquet Center which is a mile drive from the home Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $32 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We had a fantastic stay! The property is ideal for a family and I used the property to work remotely for the week so the extra space was ideal! The pool was super clean and a great size. They also provided tons of towels, outdoor seating, and beach amenities such as chairs, noodles, beach cart, and an umbrella. It's an easy 10-minute walk to the public beach to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We can't wait to return!

We had a short trip to Marco and spent our time in this home. We paid to heat the pool which was delightful. We found the property super clean upon our arrival and the pool was nicely heated. The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is due to the need for the house to be updated a bit. The appliances are dated and the frying pans were in need of replacing. There is also a portion of the screened pool enclosure is missing which allowed bugs to come into the pool as well as the outside seating area. With a little TLC, this would easily be a 5 star review. Nice walk to the beach from this home.

Property has great location, but needs a few maintenance and upgrades.
1) our hot water wasn’t getting above “Luke warm/cold” the entire week, and we made sure we weren’t doing laundry, etc on warm to not deplete the hot water heater.
2) there is no pool light remote, pool has a light but not in the basket… so swimming in the evening isn’t as fun.
3) upon arrival, we had ghost ants, a baby frog and a few other bugs… the property manager did call and we had the ants taken care of which is nice.
4) the window in the living room is barely cracked, and won’t shut all the way.
5) doors looked worn, fresh coat of paint would help, baseboards are beat up a little here and there.
6) couches are pretty worn
7) the front bedroom window was paper thing, you could hear all the road traffic, etc.
8) almost of the blinds are missing pieces or the rod, have to manually move them in position.
Overall an average property that needs a little TLC… but it’s in a great location.

We stayed in January 2023 and while the rental is in great location it is very used with lots of damage and no updates. Almost all things are chipping or have something broken. Pool screen panels are missing so pool was filled with bugs throughout stay and chairs were so rusted parts were breaking off. Super easy walk to the beach which was great but for how dated it was not worth rental charge per night.

I was with my family for 5 days, the place is very cozy, I felt like it was my home. I want to recommend that you please change the mattresses in the 3 rooms, no one in my family could sleep well the mattresses are very old, I thought it was just the mattress in my room, when I turned to sleep the mattress made a lot of noise, I slept in the room which has 2 twin beds with my 2 children and the mattresses were the same every time I turned and got out of bed to a terrible noise probably none of them could sleep well. When you go to a vacation spot and spend the whole day as a tourist and arrive at night to rest and you want to go to sleep in your mind, it happens how delicious I am going to rest and sleep well in bed, but unfortunately that did not happen to us None of the 5 of us had a terrible time sleeping on those mattresses. I recommend you change them. Thank you

The house was nice and we really enjoyed it overall. Good amenities with everything in functional condition, although some areas of the house could use new paint. Great location. Two issues, both of which relatively minor. One, the children's rooms did not have the TVs shown in the ad. Second, the pool still needed to be cleaned and vacuumed when we arrived. Would stay here again but would request they ensure pool is cleaned and ready before arrival.

Check in was fairly easy and painless. That was quickly changed with a broken hall closet door that almost fell and hit one of the guests. Then leading to the back door handle being broken. On top of that the tv didn’t work. Don’t expect to freeze anything in the freezer because it wouldn’t even keep a frozen pizza frozen.

Not much cookware to work with.Few things need to be addressed :window and door blinds, toilet needs adjusting,screen oven pool need’s repaired,5 bulbs burned out,including pool light,1 pool recliner was unusable,bikes in the garage were unrideable,need to treat for ants,the pump on the pool was starving for water when I got there, I knew to add water.pool was always clean and warm . Very nice I’m not complaining. I enjoyed my stay. If know one says anything you don’t know.We never did figure out the tv in the living room. I talked to Grant and Monica and I think they do there best to take care of you. O yeah those beds need some attention. I hope to be in there again next year . Thanks

The place was clean and easy to check into. The location is great, but it’s an island so it’s all good there. The fridge was not working right, nothing stayed cold so I had to throw some things out. I called twice, nothing was done and no one called back, I checked rental contract and it says everything is “as is” , I thought maybe after reading that I had bought a used car instead of renting a vacation house, so I’m not sure what “as is” means. Also, I am a fan of Wim Hof and his ice shower/bath which is good because the pool was artic cold, apparently I missed the memo that said I needed to pay extra to heat it (I think I paid around $4,000 for week so I’d assumed that was included, silly me). The beds are not comfortable but in all fairness none of them are that I have stayed in. I’ll just go with the rental company located in town when I go back, I used them in December, they came right out when we had a plumbing issue. I wouldn’t say my experience was the worst ever, it just could have been better. You really can’t go wrong anywhere you stay on Marco, this company just wasn’t up to par with customer service.

The property was close to the beach, was clean and had a great pool and layout. Management was easy target a hold of and work with. Things it lacked were enough beach towels, beach accoutrement (sand toys, cart, chairs, etc).

There was more to not like then to love . Pool deck was filthy and the pool was hot the whole time the bathrooms were old . Had issues with the air conditioner not cooling The house needs to be upgraded for the amount of money that is being asked to stay at this home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location, just a short walk to public beach access. There were a few minor issues such as the remote to the garage door not working and no light in the garage. Also the freezer smelled like fish so we did not use it at all. Overall, we were pleased with the home.

House was clean, but really needs some maintenance, beds were terrible, fan on master bed made terrible noice, had to turn if of permanently. Pool area needs some clean up and pressure wash, BBQ and utilities had not been cleaned in long time. We stayed on pool area till a bit late talking, no music, no speaking loudly, a neighbor kept calling the police, they keep telling me they waited outside to see if there was really noice and they couldn’t hear anything, police said not to worry, that they have to show up every time they called. However we had a great time. House is pretty close to a beach access.

Perfect home away vacation.
Property was spacious, walking to beach and dining out. The only issue was one toilet, no grill and hard beds.

Nice home
Generally this was a very nice house with good location. We enjoyed the pool very much. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is similar to other reviewers comments the toilet in the main bathroom still has an issue. It was very annoying to have to jiggle inside the tank to get it to work. Still overall we enjoyed our time there.
