You will see amazing sunsets in our community's sandy beach, fish or relax on the NEW pier, dip in the heated pool, take a few bikes for a ride to Founders Park next door, slide over the water on our kayaks. You can also simply work from home from one of our 2 ready-to-go fully functional offices. I am also on Insta-Gran for vacation ideas on the same GoToKeys! QUICK OVERVIEW: We offer you our clean 2 bedrooms with an extra bedroom space and 2 full bathrooms. Our townhouse sleeps 5 to 6 very comfortably. Extra charge for more than 5 guests. Our townhouse is nicely-appointed with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio. We have two office areas to catch up on your work... both ready desks have large dual monitors (4 in all), flexible arms, and high-end comfy exec chairs. One desk is electric adjustable height with a business printer. (There is more on the home office details below.) The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and offer a quiet deep relaxing sleep in 2 king size beds. Plus we provide numerous extras to make you feel completely at home. This beautiful townhouse is fully furnished & equipped with all possible amenities. Our townhouse is away from the main Overseas Hwy, so we are very quiet. We offer a personal semi-private backyard patio furnished with BBQ and complete outdoor patio furniture. 3 BEDROOMS: Our vacation home has 2 separate bedrooms, with one being subdivided with a wall and door. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed (with great high-quality comforter, sheets, & pillows) & TV on the wall. We get many compliments on comfort and sleep on our high-end mattress, with many asking us for the mattress brand. The 2nd bedroom is 14’ x 13’ with a king size bed. There’s a large smart TV on the wall. The 3rd bedroom is open and has a daybed and comfy trundle bed underneath. EXTRAS: The rooms have their own Comcast Xfinity Cable Smart TVs (3 in all). Plus the living room has a fold out sofa-bed. All very nice bedding & towels included. We have plenty of beds, but we stipulate only 6 guests. Special owner exception is required for additional guests. BATHROOMS: We’re proud of the most spacious master bathroom possible. Its high open ceiling shows off the natural wood beams above. The surrounding shower walls & floors are beautifully tiled & enclosed with glass & stained glass window features. To top it off, we installed a new spa-like rain-like shower with multiple body sprays which gives the very best showering experience possible, even better than many 5-star retreats. My wife, a licensed designer, created this luxurious bathroom. We also upgraded and redesigned the first floor bathroom. This included adding an awesome overhead rain shower. KITCHEN & LIVING AREA: Enjoy the most spacious & functional kitchen in our community. We also supplied our kitchen with just about EVERYTHING that you may need for creating delicious family meals. The kitchen has an open design that flows with the rest of the first floor. So enjoy cooking while still being engaged with everyone. Close is a large & inviting family friendly table & entertainment area. ENTERTAINMENT AREA: The 1st floor has a very comfortable open layout, which is very accommodating for families. We offer the newest entertainment technology TV / super-fast fiber optic secure WiFi. Very few homes offer high definition cable channels. We have numerous board games if you want the family to go low tech (for a change). SEMI-PRIVATE BACKYARD: Our backyard patio has beautiful lush landscaping. Our backyard is very private due to the privacy wall and surrounding palm trees with orchids, cactus center garden, privacy wall on one side, and trellis plus more trees on the other side. Our patio is furnished with complete outdoor patio furniture (table, shade umbrella, and chairs). For the grill master, we have a very functional BBQ with two propane tanks ready to go. WORK FROM HOME DREAM! We created two separate full functional working areas. We have 2 desks and 2 new high-end, highly comfortable executive chairs, extra 4 flat largest monitors with HDMI cables ready, keyboard/mouse, & printer. These are all ready to connect to your personal or work laptop. Desks are stocked with just about every office need, including even multiple laptop power supplies. One desk is height adjustable, so you can stand and stretch out as you work. EXTRA AMENITIES: We have numerous additional amenities to our vacation home. This includes 2 kayaks, some kids and adult bikes (in “AS IS condition”), different size snorkeling gear (goggles, fins, vests, & diver/snorkeling flag), 4 to 5 higher end tennis and pickleball equipment, fishing gear & net, beach floats, beach chairs, picnic coolers, a large array of beach towels, beach bags, sand castle building stuff for kids, various board games, balls, Frisbees, hats, and our list keeps growing. (If not sure, just ask us.) TOP QUALITY: All comfortable bedding, linens, bath towels & towels included. (No cheap TP paper, or towels / linen found here.) You will find all beds are made. OUR SPECIAL LOCATION: Our condo is in a very private area. Our community has 24-7 onsite security & yet everything is close by. Our townhouse is a very short walk to the pool & clubhouse. The big heated pool surrounded by lounge chairs, the fishing pier & private beach area. Manatees come by swimming around the community fishing pier / boat dock. Due to our picturesque shoreline (with its small lighthouse, boats), it provides incredible daily sunset photo opps. So plan on taking your favorite drink to relax in the beach chairs in this family friendly setting as the sun goes down. You are within walking distance to Founders Park Complex. This offers you a large Olympic sized pool with diving boards, large sandy beach, sand volleyball court, walking jogging bicycling trails, full basketball court, large soccer & baseball fields, Olympic size pool, kiddie water park & more. Founders Park has a full marina with rental boat dock slips available. There are numerous popular FREE to you (due to location) events at Founders Park that take place throughout the year. Yes, this is all close by & situated in Islamorada, the Sport Fishing Capital of the World. MORE EXTRAS: We prepared a 3-ring binder with information about the local area (site seeing, local events, many discount coupons, maps, & more). Plus we will be available for any questions via text messaging before & during your vacation. SUPER CLEAN: Our townhouse is kept extremely clean. Absolutely NO Smoking in unit. Sorry, no pets are allowed by condo association rules. No carpeting, just smooth high-end tiles & wood flooring, marble floors & counter, washer/dryer, screened doors. & ceiling fans to circulate the air in all rooms. (Yes, we have excellent NEW central air.) VALUE & OUR RATES: Compare and you'll find that we offer so much more in terms of true value and all our extras allow you to spend less. So please compare our location, actual home value, extra comfort, and the numerous amenities. CANCELLATIONS: Refer to the published cancellation policy. NUMBER OF GUESTS: Our published rates are based on double/quadruple occupancy. There is a charge for adding guests (yes - including children). It is a reasonable assumption that additional guests increase our costs. Therefore, we do have a slight additional daily charge per guest beyond FIVE. Security will monitor the number of guests. However, we may NOT rent an entire month (28-nights), so we may be flexible & consider one single rental during that period. We usually stay in Key West in March. This year we decided to try Islamorada. It was fabulous! This condo was absolutely perfect! It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was so comfortable and well equipped and Jose and Marcia were exceptional hosts. The mattresses were superb and the selection of spices in the kitchen made it just like home.
The community was great- friendly, welcoming residents, a lovely heated pool and a short walk to the beach. What a delightful place!
I didn’t give the highest rating for check in because, even though Jose did all he could, the community was having some issues and getting into the gate took a little work. I’m sure this will be cleared up soon. I also didn’t give the highest rating on accuracy of online listing because the place was even better than the pictures show! The upstairs bathroom is much more luxurious than in the pictures. It should also be noted that there is a spiral staircase that is not shown in the pictures. It is very sturdy and easy to use.
If we come back to Islamorada, I will definitely try to get the same place.

Wonderful Escape
My family stayed for the month of January and it was a wonderful time. We enjoyed the condo, the pool and the beach. Very nice complex, clean and quiet. Tons to do in the Keys.

Despite this being a rental, we truly were made to feel like guests of the owners, Jose and Marcia, with every little need taken care of. The home is tastefully decorated, with a spectacular shower in the upstairs bathroom. The Executive Bay Club is a gated community, which gives a feeling of security. The other residents are friendly and helpful and it is only a short walk to the pool and beach, as well as Founders' Park, with their walking/jogging paths, beach, and pool. The location is ideal, just a short drive to the supermarket and great restaurants.
We really felt like we could just stay at this location, but did venture out most days to explore the Keys. We went to Bahia Honda Beach twice, about an hour away. This is a state park, with wonderful beaches on both the bay and ocean side. There is an admission fee charged, but well worth it for facilities available. We also discovered a gem of a beach, Sombrero Beach in Marathon, just a little closer than Bahia Honda. This beach was not as large, but was nicely maintained, with rest rooms, picnic tables, and a playground, and it was free. A full day was needed for our excursion to Key West, but well worth the trip. Be sure to visit the Butterfly Gardens and Hemingway House. We did check the schedule of cruise ships entering the port and chose a day when only one was coming in.
There were also some good attractions in the area for days when you are tired of the beach. Check out the wild bird sanctuary and the diving museum, each only a short drive away. There are some really good restaurants in the area, but we soon settled on two favorites, Harriet's and Bob's Bunz, for breakfasts. Each of these has its own special pastry, the first wonderful muffins and the latter tasty large cinnamon buns. For dinner, our hands down favorite was Marker 88. We ate there several times and were never disappointed. Of course, we also did a good deal of cooking at home, both on the grill and the full-sized smooth top range. The dining table could easily seat a crowd, but we preferred eating on the semi-secluded patio whenever possible.
Like all of the townhouses in the area, this unit does have a spiral staircase. Though this looks intimidating at first, we soon adapted to going up and down quickly, so if you are physically able to climb stairs, this should not be an impediment. One word of advice: unpack and store your suitcase downstairs.
All in all, this was a wonderful rental at a good price.

We saw lobsters, stingrays and a variety of fish, and one night two dolphins, chasing fish swam right up to the dock and played for a while - very exciting! This property absolutely met our expectations and allowed us to relax and enjoy the area
We enjoyed our stay in Jose and Marcia's condo very much. EVERYTHING is provided. They really have thought of odds and ends that a guest might want in the kitchen. The shower upstairs is terrific and my husband commented on the comfort of the large king size bed in the master bedroom. This is a man who ALWAYS complains about beds, but he loved this one and slept very well. Everything was well maintained and easy to find. My twin 15 year old daughters loved their room and spend a lot of time there. There is a binder that details things about the condo, the condo community, and the larger community, including activities and dining options. We enjoyed the Grullon's suggestions, although we spend most of our time doing activities with friends who live in Tavernier. Even when we weren't out and about doing scheduled activities, we walked down to the dock and enjoyed watching the birds and boats. The neighbors in the community were very friendly, and we enjoyed watching the young kids play in the community pool
I think we enjoyed Islamorada MORE because we stayed in a place that was so easy and comfortable. We had discussed driving down to Key West, but discovered we had more than enough to keep us busy locally.

Very acomodating property. Beautiful out on beach
The condo was great. The owner Jose and his wife were very accomodating to us making sure we had everything we needed. The condo was fully stocked with essentials for a fun week including snorkeling gear of numerous sizes, boogie boards for kids and beach toys for kids. It was a good size and slept 6 (4 adults and 2 toddlers) very comfortable. It was updated nicely, kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. The beach area outback was beautiful, just a minute walk from condo. Great snorkeling and fishing down there off the docks. We also rented a kayak for a couple of days which the kids loved. Beautiful sunset on that beach also. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The condo was really equipped with all you need and more. We really enjoyed the amenities.
We also enjoyed the marina every day early morning and at sun down fishing.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. I would like to return again.

Well equipped and ready to relax
I had a great time with my son and buddy in this islamorada condo. Sleeps up to 7 but 5 are comfortable. I would stay here again. Spiral staircase was no problem as others suggest. owners are quite helpful!

Fantastic 1st Homeaway experience, fantastic property!
Seriously, wow. This was a girls trip, and our first experience using homeaway, as well as first trip to the Keys. To start with the transaction - Jose is a pleasure to work with, with timely, personal responses. The home is his and his wife's, and the pride they take in their belongings and surroundings is evident. The home itself is located in a condo community on Islamorada. The house is jam packed with BEYOND anything a guest may need, want, or like to do. The kitchen is fully loaded (pots, pans, utensils, gadgets, etc and beyond), the pantry has some starters and plenty of household goods. The entire house is filled with linens, towels, beach gear, games, and all kinds of other incredibly thoughtful additions. The home is clean, well maintained, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. The 2nd full bath is on the first floor, and both are extremely well equipped (rain showers!) Would absolutely recommend this rental. The property has a private beach (water access is a little rocky but there is a dock with ladder, plus a pair of water shoes are in the house) and also a beautiful pool. I would recommend anyone unfamiliar with the Keys do research on their unique beaches prior to visiting, but this rental, area, etc was a gem!

Lots of supplies to snorkel, swim, play and enjoy the keys. Tons of towels, which we needed. Plenty of sleep space. 2 showers were convenient after a day at the beach. Felt safe and away from any noisy groups. Very family friendly.
Appliances all in great working condition.
Owner is very good at communicating and taking care of needs.
Caution, the small winding staircase that leads to all the bedrooms may be a challenge for elderly or very large people. No bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Nice condo, but...
Owner was easy to work with and very helpful. The condo is located in a lovely gated community and the neighbors are all nice. The decor of the condo is tasteful and the kitchen living area are very comfortable. One big drawback not mentioned is the acces to upstairs bedrooms is only via a narrow spiral stairs. This is a real pain when trying to negotiate suitcases. The bedrooms share a bathroom, so not recommended for two couples but would be ok for a family. For some odd reason the larger of the two bedrooms has twin beds and the king bed is crammed into the smaller room leaving a very awkward access. Also the showers in both bathrooms are beautiful but have defective plumbing hardware. Aside from these inconveniences, this is a very nice rental.

So relaxing and well beyond accommodating
I'm not one to post reviews. But when something is done right, you just have to say something. My wife is a high school principal and I'm a graphic designer in New England. We came down to Isla Morada for a break and found all that and then some. The owners of this property have gone to great lengths to make renters feel at home. There are personal touches throughout the unit. They keep extra sun hats, fishing poles, bikes, snorkeling equipment, a private bbq grill, a large portable cooler, strange books and stranger movies. We were never bored. We decided what to do each day based on what we found in the unit. As suggested, we stopped at the Win Dixie (a supermaket 10 mins en-route) on the way in and stocked up on the essentials. Great amenities on premises and there's a great little park next door called Founder's Park with a 2 mile walk/run path that circles the playing field and goes along the marina's edge. Plenty of space in the living/dining room area to spread out and play board games or watch TV if you have additional guests. Bedrooms are upstairs so kids can stay up all night downstairs without a care. The second bedroom is compartmentalized very nicely with 2 beds on one end, a work space with desk / computer / printer and essentials on the other end (with a nice divider to keep one from bothering the other). There are 2 extra beds in that room that are upstairs (on a 3rd level), perfect for the pair of teens that need "their own space." Master bedroom is exactly what a master bedroom should be. At night, I lost my wife a few times in the king size bed -had to swim over to find her on the other end. Small walk-in closet is a nice touch. Main shower was... well, just take a look at the picture. Water coming from every angle you can imagine. The place is very clean, very well maintained. The pantry had additional items that one normally forgets to grab (condiments, detergent, etc.). The owner even left a couple of locally brewed beers in the fridge to sample. I think we found our second home. My wife concurs. My wife NEVER concurs.

Islamorada gem
Terrific townhouse absolutely well equipped and even better than described on VRBO listing. Clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable. Owners did everything humanly possible to provide appropriate information, recommendations for restaurants, etc. and made themselves available 24/7. Only downside- please be aware there is a very narrow circular stairway to bedrooms on 2nd floor. Renters need to know that and be willing and able to manage the stairway.

Truly Amazing 5-Star Vacation Place
This place was recommended to us by friends. Yes, they were right. We had a terrific vacation experience. First, it is obvious that the owners take excellent care of their vacation home with all extra attention to detail, so many amenities, and higher quality everyday items (such as high-end spa shower, upscale kitchen, soft clean bedding, many beach towels, snorkeling gear, USB charging stations, and much more). Secondly, it is a place made for quiet, peaceful relaxation. We truly slept well. We needed that. Third, the community is well maintained and has everything (a sandy beach with great sunsets, nice heated pool, fishing dock, and more). The condo is in a very location - close to pool and beach. Finally, the community is surrounded by many good restaurants and plenty of Keys attractions. We will definitely pass this recommendation on to our friends.

Great Place To Stay
I am not one to write a review by nature, however I thought it was important since I used them for our vacation. I had a struggle on where to stay for our vacation in the Keys. I decided on the EBC, and booked it. I showed my daughter who is 16 and she had other ideas…she was not happy with my decision. My daughter was going to be taking a friend who was also 16.
I did have some conversations with Jose, who was more concerned about us having a good vacation than renting his house. Needless to say we settled on EBC. Imagine how I felt pulling in and then opening the door to our vacation.
Let me stay with the girls… When they walked into this house, things changed as to how they felt about staying here. They were extremely happy. In fact, they loved that they had their own room and own beds with a TV. They loved the shower. They loved the space and accommodations, the TV and music. I asked them what they wanted me to say about the accommodations and they said it was perfect.
As far as being perfect, the one thing they said liked best was the home cooked meal. We also managed that night to play cards and games which was great.
The first thing to know is that the description of the condo/house is accurate. So I have nothing more to add here.
I think this location is excellent. We were only a short distance from Key Largo and about 2 hours to Key West. The beach is nice at the EBC and Founders Park but unfortunately we had little time for these. We managed to swim with the dolphins, kayak, fish, parasail, snorkel and visit Key West. Also, this location has good restaurants close by and ones that will cook your fish if you happen to catch some. Which we did and dinner was excellent.
This is the first time we tried something other than a resort or hotel and I would sum it all up by saying we are glad we did and will do it again.

Pride in ownership throughout
My family headed down to Islamorada to go scuba diving during our kids' spring break. I was SO HAPPY with this property! They had plenty of space for us to spread out and there wasn't a single thing we were lacking. Great kitchen supplies, a dvd player to enjoy a movie at the end of the night and peace and quiet throughout the evening. The kids and my husband did enjoy using the tennis rackets in the unit one afternoon, while I took a nap on a chair on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. It was also next to a really nice park where I went to run most mornings. Our hosts also left a binder full of information answering every question we could have had. We loved our visit and our home away from home! This is a perfect location for people looking for a quiet, peacefully place to rest your head.

Property was fair to good. Had a few window blinds that didn't work well. The front door lock is a pain and door needs re-hinged or adjusted? The spiral stair case is not something many people would want to navigate - and the only access to upstairs level. (children, elderly, disabled, etc.) Owner was friendly and helpful.

GREAT Vacation in Islamorada
We enjoyed our week long stay and are not ready to go home! The Islamorada area was GREAT and not too far from the other Keys for day trips. The beach/pier onsite was awesome! Four manatees came to visit the pier everyday along with lots of other fish, etc. Both of our kids caught a nurse shark off the pier along with some snappers, etc. The sunsets are beautiful! All the beds were so comfortable and the upstairs bathroom is amazing! Our daughter loved the loft area in the bedroom. We had fun at Founders Park (beach, volleyball court, baseball fields) which is walking distance next door. The kids loved feeding the Tarpons at Robbies Marina. Our son was pretty brave and had his entire hand in one of the tarpons mouth. Bahia Honda State Park is beautiful with some good snorkeling. The wild bird center in Key Largo does some great things for the injured or no longer wanted birds. If you go, talk to Pickles and Fredrika the parrots - they're a hoot! There is also a pelican who was released back into the wild over 20 years ago and he decided to come back and follow all the workers around. We chartered a boat with a GREAT captain! You will be sure to come home with fish if you use him. The extended snorkeling tour at John Pennekamp State Park was great! The waters were crystal clear and we saw so many colorful and beautiful fish - paradise! We had some great food at the following restaurants: lobster/shrimp/crab cake sandwich at Bentleys, conch fritters up at the Conch House (Key Largo), conch fritters, pizza, salsa at Springers (Big Pine Key), fish reuben, shrimp burger, fish tacos and chocolate pie at Snappers (Key Largo), and Hobo's in Key Largo. We LOVED The Keys and cannot wait to come back.
