About this house rental

Located just an hour and a half from Sydney in Pearl Beach, one of the Central Coast’s most beautiful and exclusive beach-side villages, this delightful retreat is perfect for a relaxing family holiday or fun getaway with friends. Experience a finely designed home filled with warmth and character less than 100 metres from the beach. This beloved family-owned rental has been operating for many years and has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from guests. The space Designed by Connor + Solomon Architects and featured in several national magazines including, the cover of Home Beautiful and Trends. - The property comprises a main house and detached studio, hosting up to 12 people in total (8 adults and 4 children). - The main house contains two bedrooms with queen beds on the ground floor and a four king single beds communal bedroom upstairs. - The detached studio includes a queen bed upstairs and a devan single and pull out queen sofa bed. (Made up on request at a small cost) A portable cot is also available on request. Both dwellings have their own living spaces with television, fireplace and bathrooms. - There are 3 bathrooms in total (3 showers, 1 bath, 3 WC). The main house includes a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven/stove) and a laundry (dryer and washing machine). - The outdoor spaces are designed for comfort, relaxation and outdoor living. The expansive deck offers alfresco seating for 10, while a secondary secluded deck features a generous north facing outdoor lounge and fire pit. For your comfort in all seasons the main house living, dining, kitchen and upper level is air conditioned. The Studio loft also has reverse cycle air conditioning. Children are encouraged and the property comes with everything you will need - cot, highchair, plastic plates and bowls, toys and smart tvs ready to stream their favourite tv channel. The garden is level, fully fenced and child friendly. An earlier check-in or later check-out time may be arranged close to the booking dates provided they don’t clash with other guests. Our house is located next to the Community Hall. Sometimes there is an event such as a music concert or a ceremony that could makes noise either during the day but also in the evening. This is rare but it does happen. WALLARA'S POLICIES - Maximum of 12 guests and never more than 8 adults (unless specifically approved in writing by the owners) - No smoking - No parties or weddings - never more than 8 adults allowed in the premises at one time - Noise to be kept to a level that is consistent with a residential area. - Bond of $1000 is taken one week before check-in date. Bond is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out provided Wallara Policies have not been breached and there has been no damage to the house, its gardens or its contents. Check in/out times - Unless prior arrangements have been made check- in is after 3.00PM and check-out is 10AM AEST sharp as cleaners will be arriving. Please note cleaners are on busy schedules and will not commence the clean until you have vacated. Guest access I rent the entire house and garden ( large garden) you will get access to the entire house, huge terrace, everything. The house will be your house for the time you stay. Checkout On checkout please ensure that all rubbish has been placed in the council garbage bins and the dishwasher has been run and unpacked. Cleaners charge $60 fees for dirty BBQs so please clean after use. Please leave the property as you found it extra charges will apply where a property requires more than usual cleaning. What does the property supply? One complete set of bed and bath linen is supplied in accordance with the number of guests your property sleeps. All beds are made for your arrival. We will organise your arrival, and everything for your comfort prior arrival and during your stay. Our house and garden is fully maintaining before your arrival. We provide high quality maintenance and services for your perfect holiday. WALLARA'S LOCATION: - 30 seconds walk to the beach - 15 seconds walk to the cafe and shop - 30 second walk to Amalfi's, one of the Central Coast's finest restaurants, The Box in Ettalong and Osteria il Cocchia also in Ettalong. - 5-minute walk to the magical Arboretum walk - 5-minute walk to the famous Pearl Beach to Patonga track - 5-minute walk to the tennis courts - 10 minutes to beautiful Patonga with its fishing village vibe, art galleries and hamptons style pub with sea side beer garden - 10 minutes to a large number of beautiful National Park walks of varying distances and difficulty to cater for all abilities - 10 minutes to Brisbane Waters for boating and fishing - 15 minutes to surf beach at Killcare - 15 minutes to Bells, another of the finest restaurants on the Central Coast - 20 minutes to Terrigal and the shopping at Erina Fair ACTIVITIES CLOSE BY: - Golf - Whale watching - Great surf beaches - National Parks - Horse riding - Deep sea fishing - Shopping - Gourmet restaurants - Yoga Other things to note We have a strict no party rule We are next to a community centre where there are activities such as yoga and events such as a local growers market on a Sunday each month.

What a stunning property! Wallara is so beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could need for a perfect stay. The gardens are gorgeous and eating dinner under the fairy lights makes it all the more special. Such a relaxing space and blissful holiday. Can't wait to come back.

Had a lovely relaxing stay for girls weekend away. Fantastic location only short walk to shop, cafes and beach. Home is very comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, lots of games for kids. Only negative no fly screens on the windows.

Stayed 2 nights to celebrate family birthday. Amazing house that was the prefect for the family to spend some time together. Comfortable and well-equipped. Owner was friendly and helpful.

This is a perfect Spring weather house. The architecture is most interesting with the main house and a separate studio. There were 4 separate spaces for 4 families and a good efficient working kitchen with a large family sized fridge, long dinning table and a number of separate sitting areas for 4 children and 8 adults. We especially enjoyed the outside private garden space with the rustic table and seating for 12 and a fire pit for after dinner conversation. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the black bamboo is a great backdrop which gives a perfect privacy boundary. The beach is a minute’s walk away and Umina only a 10 minute drive for grocery shopping. A wonderful place to share with family .

Fabulous location , well appointed and well stocked . House is simply gorgeous , comfy beds and beautiful gardens . Fireplace made it so cosy for our winter stay!! Would highly recommend it!

We all absolutely loved our stay. The outdoor dining area and fire pit made our stay that little bit more special. We all enjoyed a lovely long lunch in the garden. The host was very accomodating right from the get go. We will return!

We had a wonderful weekend away at Wallara at Pearl Beach. Property was just like the photos, lots of space, kitchen and bathroms clean and well equipped. Great seperate spaces for couples and families, super close to cafe and beach. Outdoor area superb. Thanks for being a great host Dominique.
