About this house rental
Situated in Sister Lakes, this attractive house for £432 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 4 Bedrooms (all1st floor), 4 Baths, Bar area, 800 sq. foot rec room upstairs that sleeps 8-10 with big screen TV, Netflix ready, electric fireplace, kitchenette and full bath with shower. WIFI. 2 wood burning fireplaces inside, Screen Porch with wood burning fireplace, firepit at the lakeside, wood is provided. Gourmet Kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, Wolf 6-burner range, dishwasher and open concept to view the lake or talk with others. Steam shower in master bathroom. Air conditioning. Large outdoor patio table and picnic table. House is 40 feet from the lakefront (no stairs) with 160 foot pier for docking your boat on 550 acre all sport Magician Lake. 2 wave runner lifts and one boat hoist (rated up to 3000 lbs.) is available for your speedboat. Sandy area for children to play, lake is shallow in swimming area, and usually very warm. House sleeps 18-20+, up to 16 can easily sit at large farm table for family dinners and games. We are pet friendly (I don't go anywhere without my dog) and do not require a pet deposit. However if your at does damage or soils carpet or furniture, cleaning or repairs may be deducted from your security deposit. Lake is great for dogs who like to swim. This is a very family friendly location, ideal for reunions and special occasions. The house is professionally cleaned between each guest and we make updates and repairs on a regular basis. Cancellation Policy: If you make a reservation and must cancel, I will refund 100% of your money providing I can re-rent the dates you had reserved. I am usually 100% booked in the summer, mostly with returning guests, and have a waiting list at times, so typically with enough notice, it is not a problem. I am sorry, I cannot refund last minute cancellations unless I can find another renter.

We made lasting family memories at this property on Magician Lake. The house is beautiful with ample room, but also comfortable. The teens essentially had their own apartment upstairs with bathroom and kitchenette...Jeanne is a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Jeanne was absolutely delightful. Any questions or concerns she answered quickly. The house and property was magnificent. Everything worked like it was supposed to including the many fireplaces. The steam shower was great. Overall a wonderful time and would recommend to family and friends .

We LOVE this lakeside property and rent it every year, alongside the neighboring house as we have a large extended family. The owner is very accessible and friendly.

Fantastic spot and set up!
We LOVED our stay and have already booked again for next year. My only complaint is the egg smelling water. Showers and doing the dishes weren't very fun. Other than that we loved it!

This property is AMAZING and the owner is beyond AMAZING! Pictures do not do this house justice. It is absolutely beautiful and HUGE! I chose this location because it was close to the venue my son was getting married at. This house was perfect for the rehearsal dinner and the bride wanted pics and to get ready for her big day with us versus the house she rented. House is located in a cute, quiet and safe
neighborhood. This house is perfect for young children to older adults. You can block off areas to keep the little ones contained and everything you would need is on the main floor for older people. The walkout to the lake is a flat surface and the dock is sturdy and huge. Beds are comfy and the linens are perfect. Washer and dryer worked perfect! Kitchen is beautiful and has everything you might need or don't think of. The bathrooms were amazing and clean with plenty of towels. Plenty of hot water! Screened in porch was our favorite. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning with a fire and the beautiful lake view at night by the fire. There is nothing negative about this house! It is perfect.

I decided last minute to plan a trip. I wanted a lakefront property, no stairs with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and dog friendly. This property was everything I wanted. The owner was very helpful and great to work with. Definitely want to come back to this property.

We found this gem of a property as several family members needed a place to stay for a nearby wedding. The location is wonderful and, as one other reviewer stated, the pictures do not do the house justice. It is more spacious than we expected and all of the bedrooms were very comfortable. I left after 2 days so can’t say how the rest of the trip went for the others. We issues with the locks and some of the screens were torn so it was quite buggy otherwise, location was great.

OUR FAVORITE GETAWAY!!!
We cannot say enough about this property. This was our third year and we plan to go back every single year. Owner is so easy to communicate with and is very attentive. Property is clean and extremely spacious. Beach and water is fantastic! Perfect family getaway!!!!

The pictures don’t do it justice! We rented this house for our large family vacation and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to stay and the kitchen/living room area was perfect for whole family gatherings. Plus the “apartment” as our big kids called it, over the garage was a great space to put all the big kids where they could hangout together. They had everything they needed up there, so it was a good escape for them. And the yard was amazing. It was right on the water, had plenty of tree coverage and the small sand area was fun for the kids. The water was shallow enough that the little kids could easily play in it but we’re still able to jump in at the end of the pier. Also the owner was great! She answered all our questions and responded to any problems we had right away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Reunion on Magician Lake
We had great weather for our annual family reunion near Dowagiac, Michigan. The house is perfect with everything you need for family fun - plenty of beds, well equipped kitchen with a huge table for eating, rooms for privacy if needed, huge yard, small beach area, shallow water for the little ones to play, a dock with a lift for our small boat, plenty of shade and a beautiful view of the lake for sunsets. Dowagiac is close by for trips to the grocery store and a great history museum if you have a rainy day. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood for long walks too. The WiFi connection worked well also.
The week went by too fast but we all left with warm memories. We will be back next year.

There was plenty of room for our group of 12 (2 adults, 8 young adults, and 2 kids (4 & 6)) to allow for privacy and quiet time, plus lots of fun water time. We prepped and ate all of our meals but one at lake house. The kitchen had lots to offer for prepping (pans, dishes, etc.) and the grill is a big one with a side burner to accommodate our large meals. The rec room area above the garage was perfect for our group that had the littles. The 3 seasons porch was great for the evenings after the sun sets because the mosquitoes are vicious at night. We enjoyed the outside area tremendously. The water is shallow and sandy and perfect for kids (young and old). There is not an easy way in/out (no steps) for older people or anyone that cannot kneel on the dock or jump in. There are beautiful sunsets to watch, and the lake mornings are peaceful to enjoy too. The area between the house and water is shaded, and there was some outdoor furniture to utilize.

It's a beautiful location on the lake and the house has a lot of space. Priced and described as luxurious, but amenities fall short, we'll find another place next year.

Great Weekend Stay.
We had our annual family get together and had a wonderful time. The house was roomy enough for all of us with plenty of room to spread out. The waterfront was wonderful, the house clean and well stocked with everything for a large group of people. Beautiful lake with sandy bottom . We will definitely consider staying here next year . A big plus was that the owner was one of the best owners we have dealt with .

This is our second year staying for a week at this lakehouse, and we liove it! Sandy bottom and shallow water for young children is great, plus shade for adults makes all happy. We will be back next year, also!

Guys golf retreat
We had 15 guys get away for a week of golf and fellowship. The house was fantastic! We loved the screened in porch with a fireplace. The lake was very clean and great fishing of the end of the dock.
